After having Dogwatch save me again, I wanted to share our wholehearted recommendation for their company. We have used them twice to install at our homes, multiple times to fix self created issues, and every time without fail, they have been reliable, prompt, fair, knowledgeable and kind. We even tried a different company once (wife called the wrong company) and we were so disappointed. We went back to Dogwatch and they again went above and beyond our expectations. It took 48 hours to get them to our house and they fixed the issue for an extremely fair price. It is without question I recommend Dogwatch. They are legit and I promise better than other local companies. You will not be disappointed!

Putting in a dog fence on our two acres has been the BEST money spent for our dog. We are able to enjoy her outdoors without worry. The staff at Dog Watch are always responsive and prompt if we have questions or concerns. When we misplaced our collar and the team was here to help so we could swiftly return to having the dog outside safely. The Dog Watch System is excellent! We have 2- 80 lb labs that were escape artists and dug out from under our stockade and chain link fences. We could not stop them and we were scared they would run into the street. This system works perfectly and the service is wonderful! We have had the system for 3 years. Highly recommend Dog Watch!

Daren was the utmost professional. He provided us with the information needed to make a good decision for which fence to install. He didn't try and push the highest priced one, but the one that would be best for a lab and an Alaskan malamute. Our lab was a bit stubborn so we needed to go with a stronger collar. The install is the same day if you choose. The dogs are so very happy now with having the ability to run on almost an acre of land! We recently had an issue with a collar, brought it to the office and they were able to fix it right away for us. I have already recommended DogWatch Systems to others and will continue to do so. We used DogWatch for over 20 years (two different dogs - both were lab mix) with great success. The second dog became deaf and DogWatch had a vibrating collar that worked well for her. The system worked great for us for over 20 years. The company is local and their service is excellent.

Had Leddy install dog watch 20 years ago. Had them come out to fix a break because i had two new dogs. leddy is awesome fixed the fence and works perfectly with the new dogs. Dogs were trained in a day. One of the two would leave the yard hunting for squirrels but after activating the fence he stays in the yard. Can’t be happier with the product and the service they provide

Our fence is now three years old and was working fine until last week. Emailed them and had really quick responses and things to check before a service call. They came the next day and found where a chipmunk had eaten the wire. Got fixed quickly, very good covid distancing and friendly service. (The install was also quick, easy and friendly). Good company.

4 of my neighbors use Dogwatch...dogs can visit one another and we feel safe since the collars work in all the yards. LOVE Dogwatch. Support staff is super, very helpful and responsive. I tell everyone that walks by and sees my furry friend sitting safely on my front yard if they want to protect their furry friend from roaming out into the street....call Dogwatch 😊🐶

From my initial inquiry working with Adena, and ultimately Leddy and the installation team everyone is friendly , efficient and professional. I highly recommend Dogwatch as it has solved a big issue for me with my two Australian Shepherds who are a 'flight risk' without this new fence. I can open the door let them out and feel confident I wont be driving down the street trying to get them back in the yard.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! We had the system in our previous house and they placed the wire over our fence instead of underground and the wire would break every time we had storm and we were charged Everytime they had to fix it despite of us asking them to place them underground.Horrible at scheduling an appointment. I gave up on them when I called them to schedule an appointment and left voice mail and didn't receive a call back to this date.
