CVS Blackstone MA.I needed to pick up one thing for my wife while I was out.I walked back to the RX counter and asked where this product was.The clerk came around the counter and took me directly to the product and similar options.I walked to the front of the store and used some extra bucks points. Paid my 34 cents and was out the door.Super easy.

I honestly have no complaints with the store. It's a normal cvs. The only issue lately is that one of their workers breathes down my neck while I'm at the self check out. He stands and just watches. So close. He has done it twice now and it makes me seriously uncomfortable to the point where I may switch to the bellingham cvs.

Signs and employees were rude and not polite or helpful at the pharmacy. Typical bad service at CVS. Still waiting even with an appointment. Why bother making an appointment when you let anyone go in-front of me.

My meds are on auto refill 90 day supply. My last refill ran out after 45 days. I went back to the Blackstone CVS. They told me they had a picture of the prescription. Then they told me they could give me a 6 day supply but I would have to pay for it. I asked what happen to the rest of my pills that I didn't get. They said they didn't know. No doubt they messed up here but won't take responsibility. All they had to do is say sorry about that and give me the other half of my prescription. In the future I'll open and count the pills at the counter

Manager is so rude . I was shocked .Most of the reviews are very low score and complaint’s that staff is rude .I will never go back there , there is way too much competition to spend my money where it is not appreciated.I urge everyone to go else where we have so many options.This store doesn’t care at all!

I have been to this store many times and Corson and Bruce always tell me exactly what and where everything is that I need. The store is always clean with a nice atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Best CVS in the tri-state area.

Well they don't count their medicine correctly and something's going on at the pharmacy and they're also disrespectful and they also don't give you your medication hostage if they dnt like you.Keith and Jill at pharmacy counter are the most solid legit 👌 ones there...however that place needs a better manager and training on customer service

Pharmacy is NOT at all reliable when it comes to getting any prescriptions that are needed and god forbid if it’s a life saving prescription that is needed 24/7. Definitely do not recommend this certain location of a cvs pharmacy.

Carol(Pharmacist) is beyond rude and should not even be in customer service. She spoke to me in a rude tone and told me "you better make it quick, we wanna go home and you better not have any questions on your medications". I reported her to the Store Manager Ted who told me "Sorry" and told the head pharmacist Keith and he told me that was who she was and if I was unhappy with service there, there were other pharmcies to work with! Ummm, what, excuse me! I will no longer be utilizing this store or any other CVS FOR THAT MATTER!

Closed 1:30-2:00. No notice. They text you that your meds are ready, and they’re closed. They should note the closure when they text you. Disabled, and you have no idea how difficult and painful it was to get here!

I ordered a pizza from this place. And when I went to pick it up, they gave me this wonderful cocktail of I have no clue. All I can say is, that the colors and sounds were amazing, completely amazing! This is my new favorite pizza joint.

One of the few CVS stores that hasn't been renovated, despite being minutes from the headquarters. Other than that, the staff is friendly and they're generally well-stocked with the typical CVS items.
