I have been taking my dogs to the Pet Supplies store in Billerica for grooming. The team is wonderful. They are kind friendly and are very attentive to your dog’s needs and personality. My Ginger is anxious and they immediately calm her down so when I pick her up she is wagging her tail!!

Very good prices and a cool staff. You just have to make sure you watch your receipt and make sure. All of the discounts are taken off because getting into your car and noticing that they didn't do it and going back in is kind of annoying. But they still got a good rating

I love that we have this small pet supply store in our town (Billerica) the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean and well maintained. What I need is always in stock and I have a variety of pets with varying needs, from a turtle, lizard, snail, hamster and cats.

Self wash station is NEVER clean. There's always so much hair that the drain is clogged , there's hair on the floor, and no clean towels or aprons. The water is also COLD! I miss the self wash station at the Bedford location (since closed). If the self wash is improved here, that would be a tremendous benefit to the dog owning community of Billerica and its surrounding towns.

Wrong dog food delivered. When I called I had to go exchange the food not an offer of a delivery exchange. When I got there they asked if I wanted to go get the 25 pound bag of the new dog food vs them getting it for me. I do delivery for a reason. I typically avoid this Pet Supply Plus.

We have a full size German shepherd .. we bath her in the self wash ... Everything you need is there and it was clean. We buy her food there too , it's our pet store

I go there for the first time ever so I can purchase many things for my dog I walk to the back and check out the grooming station and witness the workers making negative comments and making fun of a dog been groomed like really have more respect for all animals rude workers they deserve to get in trouble

Great place! I had no idea there was a self dog wash in these stores until I saw a comment about it in the Grooming with Kate Facebook group. Big game changer for bath time with my collie! We've been here for baths twice now and I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The cashier even turned the water back on for me after it had automatically shut off, since I had not finished rinsing the conditioner out of my boy's fluffy fur. The water pressure is strong enough to easily rinse products out of double coated breeds. The store provides the bathing station, shampoos and conditioner, a force dryer, towels, and an apron to keep you dry. I brought my own products and dryer because that's my preference, but they do provide all of these. Be aware that they do not provide brushes or nail clippers/trimmers, so plan to brush your dog and do nails before coming. Thank you for having such an awesome place! We will be back on the next bath day!

My dogs FreshPet food is always either soggy or frozen. No in between. Bought one yesterday and it was half frozen and now its soggy and gross. They need to either get on track with freshpet and the temperatures of their refrigerator or get another one. I’ve never had this problem elsewhere and will no longer buy it here. If the food isn’t stored at the correct temperature, your making animals sick.

I like this store because it has great prices and the items that I need but today they had a shelf full of half price beta fish that were dead or half dead in scummy water. Not a good look.

This is a great place to go for your pet supplies. There is a huge variety and the shelves are always well stocked. The staff are friendly and always available to answer questions or help you find something. If the line is long they always open a second register. I always have a great experience here, and the prices are reasonable too!

Love Pet Supplies Plus! Much better than the big chain pet stores. Employees here at this location in particular are exceptional and extremely helpful. I find most locations they're pretty great. They always help with getting discounts, coupons and using points you've earned. Points program can really save you some money, unlike some others that don't save you much. And they have great sales quite often. I use Redford naturals kibble for my dog. A brand distributed by pet supplies plus. I did tons of research and this is one of the best dog foods you can get at a very reasonable price compared to the top brands out there. I'm a former pet professional of 40 years and highly recommend this food. My girl has sensitive digestion, some allergies and can be picky. This food ticks all the boxes and has lots of flavors and versions to choose from. Grain free or including grain. Restricted ingredient versions for allergic pets. Lots of flavors and sizes. It has chelated vitamins and minerals usually only found in higher priced quality dog food. They also have a self washing station at this location to give your dog a great bath and power dry without all the mess and killing your back at home. Can't remember the exact price but remember it was super reasonable and well worth it. Maybe $7-$10ish? I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus and this location in Billerica is really excellent.

This store is hands down one of the BEST pet stores that I've ever been too. WHY? The staff is awesome! Seriously consistently awesome! Zahir, thank you for taking the extra effort unboxing inventory to search for my pup's food. And Owen, thank you for such a pleasant attitude cashing me out. Great place for a wider variety of pet foods regardless of what you have. The self service pet washing bins is a great idea and I know a bunch of people that use them all the time with great success with little and big dogs. They have great coupons and the prices are already competitive with both local and online stores. Their stocks of some of the dogs foods is normally limited to only 3 bags at a time on the shelf on certain brands. Their online ordering is really easy and only takes them 2 hours to fulfill them.

Michele did an incredible job grooming my pup. She has never been professionally groomed before and Michele made her feel comfortable and safe. My pup came out smelling amazing and was so soft! I will absolutely be back in the future

I went there last week in the morning when it just opened and it was dirty. Floors were dirty, self washing station for the dogs was dirty must've been from the day before because I was the 1st one there that day. No place to hang coats or purse, one of the dryers was broken. Some of the shampoo bottles were empty.

Do not ever bring your pet here for grooming. They are not to be trusted with your pet. My dogs leg was injured by their groomer, and the company asked to cover her vet bills because they knew they were responsible. Stay the F away with your fur babies.

I was looking for a special kind of dog food and all the other popular franchises don't carry the product, Pet Supplies Plus had it. I priced out the more common dog foods and this place is compatible with the other franchises on the other brands of dog food.

Store is clean, selection is good, prices are fair for the most part. Some things are certainly way overpriced, but that's typical for a chain pet store. We love the dog wash stations, and it's handy when someone is there who will also clip nails.
