Wag N' Wash took over this location, and I was a bit nervous about bringing the pups here for grooming for the first time since the changeover. We were so happy it was actually a better experience. The dogs were greeted when we walked in the door, and both were taken in right away. Service was fast, and I received feedback from the groomer on how well they did. They well deserved their treat from the large bakery cookie selection. We will spread the word and will definitely be back.

Wag n wash is the best place EVER to get your dog a spa day! All the staff are so friendly and give super helpful advice on products and will help you find exactly what you’re looking for. I absolutely love all the groomers who work there, they are so kind and caring about not only the dogs but also about their pet parents, if I could give this store 10 stars I would!!!

This place is amazing and the staff are so nice!! The store manager Theresa and the assistant manager Marcus were no nice they helped me with every question and as you can see my dog couldn't get enough of him! Theresa introduced me to who seemed like the Imventory manager Jistine who knew so many things about the different kinds of dog food and even wjat was good for my cat who is super picky about what she eats. Justine told me what brand to switch to and even carried it all the way to the register and out to my car. When i came back in Theresa then introduced me to the best groomers Alyssa and Sam! Sam was very educated in grooming all together and especially my dogs breed and Alyssa did an amazing job on the bath and I'm not sure who actually did the groom but those girls were wonderful! I was so nervous because I've had some pretty irritating experience with some groomers but these girls made me feel so comfortable...even let me into their grooming area and explained all of the steps to the process! 10 out of 10 I would recommend this store for grooming and and pet needs I mean every time I turned around there was a sale and you just can't beat that...The customer service at this store was just completely mind blowomg its like they dropped everything they were doing to help me and you just dont see that anymore. I mean usually when i walk into any business and there are teenagers working its like im not seen because Im old enough to be their parents but at wag n wash these kids just wanted to help. It was very refreshing I can't wait to tell everyone about my visit to the store and then to go back again for my baby's next hair cut!

Excited to take Lily to get a grooming, however I left a bit disappointed. Groomer was knowledgeable and helped explain the bathing/grooming process at drop off. At pick up Lily came out with her collar and her bandana on (has a clip like a collar). However it fell off as soon as we took a couple of steps in the store before checking out. I noticed it was broken and I am just disappointed the staff didn’t say “hey sorry her bandana clip broke”. Accidents happen and it wouldn’t have been an issue. However there was no acknowledgment of the matter. I also would like to verify cost for services. I had a family dog attend earlier in the week and were charged the same however one had teeth brushing done and Lily did not. Again, not a huge issue as I still tipped for the services completed but think there is a lesson to be learned here for the team moving forward. I’d happily speak to the staff/management to discuss further.

My experience at wag n wash was nothing but terrible. Experienced racism and micro aggression from the employees. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an establishment before and it was only my first time there. Do not recommend going if you are a person of color such as I am, I hope that your experience was better than mine.

Found this place not too long ago. They’ve got 2 self wash stations, no appt. needed. Clean, towels readily available w/a couple options of shampoos and conditioners. I gave Chance a quick bath, “vacuumed dried him and towel dried” as it was pretty cold outdoors, so I didn’t want him to walk out wet. The best part for Chance is leaving the store w/me buying him a treat. The best part for me is not having to deal w/any mess at home. It’s all under $20 too, can’t beat that deal!

This is the best pet store I’ve ever been to. It’s way better than the previous store that was in the same location (Loyal Companion). They have a great selection and great service, but my favorite part are the discounts they send me by email. I just got 25% off my last purchase which is a massive help to my wallet. Thank you, Wag and Wash!!

Alyssa + Sam are the best groomers! They take such good care of our complicated English bulldog, both are so knowledgeable with the breed and helpful in navigating his ongoing skin issues!! Thank you for being so good to Mac :)

I think you guys are great! I should have written this the first time I took Lucian. Unfortunately I forgot. He’s getting a little stinky and I wanted to see what time you open and it reminded me to give a review. Of course I had to read some of the others. That made me think I wish customers came with reviews. So then you would know if the person who wrote the review is a Karen.

If you are a POC do not go here. They’re racist and accused me and my friend of stealing which they had no video footage of after I kept explicitly asking for the proof ! I’ve read other reviews complaining about the same thing so it wasn’t just 1 persons experience

Great experience for us and our dog. The self wash service is terrific - nicely stocked with quality options, easy to use and VERY clean. The staff was friendly, outstandingly welcoming and instantly accessible. We have a Bernese Mountain Dog, who when we bathe at home - takes along time to dry and the hair……it’s just an overwhelming in a residential bathroom. At Wag N Wash, there was no pressure to use a limited number of towels or time to ensure he was clean and dry, and no shame for hair left behind. It makes a difference for all of us when the environment is that welcoming.

Stay away from this place. The selection is good. However...the staff will profile and follow you all over the store. I assume that they have an issue with shoplifters. But not all customers are there to steal. I also did not know that we were on a "5 min" timer when looking for and comparing items.

I highly recommend visiting Sam at the Wag n' Wash! Sam has been my groomer for years. She's friendly and my dog loves her! She is highly knowledgeable, professional and I trust that my animals are in great care with her. Most importantly, her grooming skills are excellent - I can't recommend her enough!!

Our PWD puppy just had his first ever full groom with Sam at Wag n Wash and what an amazing experience she provided for both of us!Sam is so lovely, friendly and communicative. She treated our pup Jetty with kindness and enthusiasm, and was amazing at giving feedback on how he did during the various parts of the grooming. I am so appreciative of the feedback because it means I can get him used to specific handling that will make it easier for them (and him) next time.He also came out looking SO great. And the pricing was very reasonable (wish they offered human haircuts too, haha).Highly recommend seeking out Sam.
