Four Leggers has been amazing with our dog Echo! He now goes to Day Care a couple days a week, but first started out in Four Leggers University since he was a bit hyper and anxious. The trainers have all been AMAZING with him and we can certainly see the marked improvement with his behavior and responses after being there. There is so much to like about the team at Four Leggers. The retail shop has lots of great foods, treats, toys and training items in stock and they are very helpful. The ability they have to assess, train and then transition dogs through their University program and then into Daycare was amazing as well. From our experience, Echo was able to develop some great relationships with the trainers throughout his process and their care for him has been evident from the start. 5 Stars for sure!! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I really like four leggers ! Jenn is very calm, never over reacts. Very patient with the dogs and accepts them as their own temperament and personality. I boarded my four-year old collie with Jenn and he came back a happy boy. I like that she did an evaluation process before boarding and he passed! (He’s reactive). Staff is polite and helpful. We’re in level 3 nose work. Well run class - we are anxious to move up to level 4. Also appreciated the Instinct run seminar on raw food.

I am so excited to have found Four Leggers! My go to shop for dog food/supplies closed in December. Thankfully a Google search for shops carrying some of the foods I buy led me here. I was blown away by the selection of frozen products and single ingredient treats. Many of the products I used to have to order online but this shop has them in stock. Previously, I would need to shop in several locations to get what I need and pay shipping for various supplements. This shop is a one stop place that’s also fun to go to. My granddaughter loves Larry the cat who is often just hanging out in the shop. I have 3 large dogs and I always find something new for them to try. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking them out for your four legged friends. You won’t be disappointed

I cannot recommend this place enough for training, daycare and boarding and the bonus of having the store for items.We brought our dog a little over a year ago to nursery school and she thrived. So excited to see Rich and team every day. She did so well and we learned so much with her. We had a vacation planned and needed to board her and Jen the owner was amazing. Our dog came home bathed and happy. She did several more nursery school sessions prior to be able to feel comfortable to move on to daycare. We are so grateful to this team of trainers some of the things I never thought we would get her to do. Walk off leash, recall, place, wait she listens to every command that they taught her and us on how to continue the work at home. Added bonus we get a report card daily to see who her friends are. They all really care about the well being of your dog.

This will absolutely not be the only review that I write about this place.I will never take my dog here again and I advise everybody else to take their dog there again if they want to feel safe.I was told that my dog would never be allowed in the daycare because they don’t have German Shepherd there when that’s a complete lie they do they just don’t know how to train them and they don’t know how to handle them, which is absolutely obscene to me if you are a training center and a daycare center. I was told by the daycare manager that my dog would be better off with her own kind, and when I went to complain to the owner, Jen, I was told the same exact thing I’m absolutely disgusted with the way that this conversation my dog was blamed for everything even though she did nothing wrong I paid thousands of dollars to take her to The training center where I had to pay more money to retrain her because all they do for training is give your dog treats all day long there’s no real training involved. She told me we don’t do your kind of training so I don’t understand why you kept bringing your dog here and the list goes on. I have never been more disrespected in my life.. The owner will absolutely not take any type of responsibility for any of the actions that go on at that daycare and when I drop my dog at a daycare, I want to feel safe and feel good that the daycare actually likes my dog and with the staff at the daycare, I could tell that they did not like my dog and that’s just not right. For the bad reviews that I will continue to write about this placeI love how you make it so that I can’t reply to your comments, first of all the fact that you’re implying that I would ever use punishment on my dog is absolutely disgusting. All you do is give the dogs treats all day long and think that that is actual training well honey it’s not you almost killed my dog multiple different occasions because you can’t get her to listen to you by just giving her treats all the time and then you, allow her to go off leash in a parking lot. Yeah that’s great .As we discussed on the phone, do you mean when you were laughing the entire conversation that we had because that’s what you did the entire conversation you took zero accountability for anything you blamed my dog for everything and then you sat there and you lied so I will continuously write reviews and have every single person that I know Wright reviews until this whole entire place is shut down because All you have done is insult me and I would never allow my dog to come into your facility again As a dog owner and somebody who loves their dog, I actually feel uncomfortable for the people who do allow their dogs to be in your care all day long because last, as I previously said, all you do is lie manipulate people insult people as you just did in your little response back and take accountability. Oh, and you don’t refund anybody because you steal money and call it training its a joke, So like I told you on the phone yesterday you can try as much as you want but you were never going to win this conversation. You were wrong wrong grow up and take some responsibility.

I adopted a rescued husky a few years ago and I use the services at Four Leggers frequently. I have her groomed every month to keep up on the shedding and the groomer does an amazing job! I also did the Reactive Rover class to work on her pulling and reacting to other dogs when we walk and it helped tremendously. I also use the dog walking service frequently and that’s great too, they take her for a nice long 1hour walk like I normally do. My dog is always happy when she sees the staff at Four Leggers. I highly recommend them, it’s a great business with awesome staff!

Jenn and team are amazing! We have a very difficult dog and they are always kind and understanding. Highly recommend for training and boarding. They also have a wonderful shop filled to them brim with great products from our favorite brands.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my CKCS, Harper. From her early days at puppy kindergarten, to her weekly daycare days, to grooming, to weekend (and longer) boarding stays, I know Jenn and the entire staff at Four Leggers are giving her the best care when I can't be with her. Love you guys!

Full disclosure I didn't use their services.I emailed to have someone explain to me what program I should sign up my new pup. And the difference between programs,how many people per 🐶 ratio. So the lady in the email told me to come in at 11:30 never did she tell me I was going to be charged $75 dollars for having someone explain to me their services. If she did I wouldn't of have scheduled that.When I when to the desk I told the lady I was meeting with someone to explain to me the service and what I should sign my pup up for. I bought a few other thighs while I was waiting for the lady to come , she held everything in the back for me till I was done talking, now I know why she chose to do that so once I was done she could slap the 75 $ fee telling me it was a 30 minute training. Like excuse me I didn't do any training so why are you charging me to have someone explain to me what your programs offer. As someone who had learning disabilities I feel s I was taken advantage of and I would not return.Also do read the fine print of what they give you.Also after that it's the 2 hour evaluation that's another $50They came across as a money hungry place that only care is the $$I'm not going to be using their services.

On a recent trip back to my hometown, I was excited to see that the old Zenon's has been re-imagined! It's been renovated beautifully with gleaming hardwood floors, vibrant wall colors, and sparkling light fixtures. Couple that phenomenal Mexican cuisine and the reno is complete!! Reasonably priced. Super friendly waitstaff & a laid-back atmosphere. We had the nachos app & I had a glass of the red sangria, while my sister had the traditional Margherita, both excellent!! Definitely put it on your list of you're visiting Kingston, NY

I had a rough week, and the folks at Four Leggers were there for my pup every step of the way! She was new to the place and took some time adjusting, but staff were patient with her and made her feel loved until we could pick her up. I can already tell she is working on her manners with other pups and learning their body language. Excited for her to learn more from the fantastic place!

We brought our puppy here for training instead of giving any training the person tried to sell us overpriced stuff and ignored where I brought up different concerns and didn’t want to see how we interacted with our dog. I asked to speak to the owner and was told it would take an hour and they only reduced $15 and we still had to pay $115 to get told to buy our dog more stuff and not listen to our concerns very disappointed I would not recommend bringing your dog here for training at all.

Four Leggers is the only place I trust to send my dog to daycare. We drive 30mins to get there but its worth it. He goes to daycare a couple times a week and cannot contain his excitement when I say "four leggers". We've tried other daycare locations over the years and he actually became fearful of them. I trust that my dogs happiness and excitement here means a 5/5 star review from him. He comes home happy and tired, which means I'm happy!We also use the grooming services with Gina and she's the absolute best. He is always de-matted, trimmed, fully dry and fluffy, and smells amazing. She takes her time and she's good at it!The front desk and daycare staff are always a pleasure to talk to - any questions or concerns are met with understanding and a positive resolution.

If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. My dog is groomed 4-5 times a year and he's 4 years old. He has been to 3 different groomers before with zero issues. Minutes after dropping him off for this first grooming appointment with Four Leggers, we were asked to pick him back up because they couldn't get him in the bath. Curious how 3 other groomers were able to at least 15 other times before, but they were not. Will not be returning. Don't waste your time.

Rich and the entire nursery team are the best! Our puppy Arlo went through all 3 levels of nursery and it’s made a huge difference. He’s learned so much and had such a great time, he never wanted to leave at the end of the day! He’s now attending daycare at Four Leggers for full days, he loves everyone who works there, and gets plenty of exercise and playtime with his friends. The girls up front are so helpful and kind every time we come in. Can’t say enough good things about the staff at Four Leggers, thank you all for caring about Arlo as much as we do!

I had a few awful experiences at Four Leggers. I was unhappy with the groom, It was VERY expensive too. The owner was condescending when I tried to explain why I was unhappy. There was zero effort in trying to rectify the situation.My puppy chewed through his harness at puppy training school for the second time. I was told it didn’t happen at school. It 100% did happen at school. I would’ve taken full responsibility if it happened on my watch. I didn’t appreciate their dishonesty. My puppy has NEVER chewed through his harness since being home with me full time. The customer service is AWFUL at Four leggers. I recommend going to DOGSPA in Beverly for grooming and Wags in Wenham for training.*I can understand that you want to protect your business from a negative review. I did attend 3 or 4 of the training classes, go ask your trainer. I had my puppy enrolled at Fit N Trim in Rowley on Thursdays also. I highly recommend!Your classes were changed from Saturday to Thursday at 4:00. I had already paid for the classes on Thursday with Fit N Trim. I was never told your training classes on Thursday were mandatory. I was thankful that you evaluated my puppy for $140.00 for 25 minutes. I was happy with the progress that he made at your training program. If I am paying $2,200.00 to have my puppy trained and watched, he should NEVER have chewed through his harness with you. Why would I be dishonest about this, I was happy with the program! All the trainers were great! I was unhappy with your dishonesty and your response to the situation. Your VERY long response sums up my experience at Four Leggers. You need someone else to handle your customer service and social media. This isn’t a good look for your business.***Please reference Kate Boyles review. We both had a similar issue with the owner being dishonest.

Puppy jump start program was great for our dog. She was 12 weeks old I believe when we started her.We boarded her awhile ago for a weekend. Jen (owner) explained that she was aggressive when Jen tried to get her from under some piece of furniture. She told us that our dog “needs to be medicated and she will most likely have high high anxiety during boarding.”We did not get ANY calls during the weekend about her “poor behaviour” if they had problems then I’d expect them to share instead of us asking if she enjoyed her stay then hearing that she was aggressive and allegedly biting.Now, we have NEVER seen this happen with our dog. Other daycares have told is she is so gentle and friendly with other dogs. Nor have we ourselves experienced this kind of aggression with our dog. The only time we saw this side was when our pup was terrified so much that we had to remove her from the situation.We later found out that four leggers had 13 dogs staying with Jen at her house. Our dog was under 15 pounds and she told us they were much bigger dogs.After learning this we can only assume our poor pup was absolutely terrified and no wonder she had shown aggressive behavior. It left us feeling uncomfortable boarding with four leggers again.Our dog is now training to be a therapy dog and passed her good canine citizen test.We are still upset at how boarding was handled and upset that we were not informed of any issues until we asked directly. We also understand that not every boarding place is right for every dog, however the fact that we were just told our pup would need medications for anxiety rather than discussing that other options might be better for her left a bad taste.We have boarded much more successfully with muddy creek.All this being said, please be aware of boarding here if you have a small pup like us!

My dog Memphis adores this place. he is so happy to go, plays hard all day and comes home happy and exhausted. They teach him manners while he's there and all the people who work there are so nice. Highly recommend. Plus it is reasonable price wise compared to other facilities.

Our puppy was enrolled at the very last minute. Mita spent a great deal of time explaining everything about the facility and puppy nursery school late on a Saturday afternoon just before closing. She was patient and professional and really gave us a great understanding of the program. Today was our puppy’s first day and the facility and staff were fantastic. The trainer met us at the end of day and explained everything she did through the day and the tasks she is working on. We are fortunate to have such a professional facility so close by!

Worst grooming experience. I've never in my life been compelled to leave a review, positive or negative, until now. They didn't listen to a single thing I asked for, I came to pick my dog up and he was shaved down entirely head to toe. No excuse for ignoring a customers request. I understand grooming isn't an easy job, but this is like going to the salon asking for a trim and they give you a buzzcut. It's not acceptable. Not to mention this is BY FAR the most expensive groom I've ever paid for. Incredibly disappointed. Be warned- DO NOT take your dog there for a groom. I'm sure their daycare and training is great, but I will not be returning there ever again.

We love Four Leggers!My pup is doing the nursery program there and she seems to really enjoy it, so much so that she hops out the car and runs to the door for drop-off each morning. I honestly think I’m having a harder time being apart than she is lol. Everyone on the team, from the front desk to the trainers have been fantastic. I definitely trust them to care for Penny. They’re all very friendly and communicative, making themselves available for any questions or provide recommendations.I also love that it’s a one stop shop! Grooming, boarding, store front, etc. We’ll be life long customers for sure.

Our almost 2 year old lab enjoys his time at 4 Leggers Day Care. He jumps out of the car wagging his tail when we drop him off and is always tired after playing all day with his fellow pups.We buy our dog supplies food, treats and toys andhe is groomed at 4 Leggers also which is convenient. He has no hesitation at drop off and looks great when we pick him up.We used 4 Leggers training services when he was a puppy and would highly using them. Having Jenn's expertise and extensive knowledge of training is another bonus of 4 Leggers.All in all Four Leggers is a one stop for our familyand we highly recommend Jenn and her Team !

I am very happy with Four Leggers. This was our first time having our fur baby groomed here. We definitely will be back. The prices are great. They are very professional and really care about your pet.I’ve been to the national groomers and they didn’t listen to what we requested, and it seemed as my baby was more scared every time I would take her.

My puppy loves Four Leggers. He completed a week of boarding and training and came back in such a good place. We boarded him for a week while we went on vacation and he was so excited to see the staff again! Every time we walk into Four Leggers, our puppy is beyond happy; it’s like being able to leave him with family when he’s at Four Leggers. I know he’s happy and they take great care of him!

I have a Goldendoodle and have been using Four Leggers grooming services for a couple years and have always had a good experience. Yesterday he had the best grooming cut he's ever had, and he looked amazing. He is 9 years old and I've never seen him look so good. The groomer did an amazing job and we were so happy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They always treat the dogs so well and are very professional.
