We love Farms Veterinary Clinic. The staff is always friendly, on time and gentle with our dog who has a lot of vet anxiety. More so, Dr. Watson worked closely with us when our dog developed an inflammatory condition seemingly out of the blue, researching medicines and exploring treatment options. She also responds to our emails with updates promptly and with attention to detail.

Everyone at Farms Veterinary Clinic are wonderful. They have been our vet for over 20 years, spanning the care of our 4 dogs. Our last surviving dog is now 12. I went to see Dr.Watson last week for a "sick visit" as my dog had a mysterious ailment, limiting her movement. Dr Watson carefully and with compassion, for both me and my dog, made an assessment and outlined a care regime, and happily addressed a couple of other concerns I had. Within a few days, my dog was back to her normal self. This is just one of the numerous examples of excellent care we have received from Farms Veterinary Clinic. I highly recommend them!

Farms veterinary is an unusual place. The team, love animals and they love YOUR pet. From the beginning, there is a kindness and a sense of gratitude that you brought your dog or cat to the practice. I’ve noticed over the years the same staff people are there except, occasionally, new doctors are joining their clinic, as pet owners want to be a part of this practice in our community of Prides Crossing, Manchester, and the the North Shore.of MA.Head Veterinarian Dr. Watson always has a smile and tons of information about what’s going on with our dog. She’s never in a hurry and no question is silly. She wants to reassure you at the same time. She’s frank about what your needs are for your pet and she’s up on the latest vet research. We have a particularly difficult dog, a nervous schnauzer, a barker, and he does his share of growling. The first thing Dr. Watson does is get on the floor with him and uses his name frequently and before you know it, he’s in her lap, that’s the kind of Dr she is, and her practice reflects that. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.Lisa and Chris Van Allsburg, with Smudge

I have been a client of Farms Veterinary for decades. I find their compassionate care extremely reassuring. They are very good at most health issues and when they are unsure, they are able to recommend a specialist that can help. Their Vet Techs are excellent, often saving me the expense of a vet visit for routine care. I heartily recommend them!

I’ve been taking all my dogs and cats here for nearly 20 years. I am always touched by the level of care the entire staff shows to my 4 legged loves. I’ve said goodbye to the best dogs and introduced new additions to our family. … the level of care is matched only by the exceptional compassion they offer. I trust them implicitly with all my beloved furry family. I have 4 kids as well so I’m not just dig/cat mom … they get it and are SO accommodating. Their prices are inline with other vet services who offer a fraction of what Farms Vets offer. Can’t say enough about Rachel and Dr Watson! 💕❤️

I have been using the services of the Farms Veterinary Clinic since I got my first Chow in the 80's. I am now on Chow #5 and couldn't be happier with the service I've received from the staff at the Clinic. Everyone has always been kind, caring and courteous. I give the Clinic my highest possible recommendation. I love you all and you've got the best cookies around.

Dr Watson is a great vet. Our cat can be difficult but Dr. Watson has a caring way about her and our cat was so well behaved because of her. Dr. Watson is a super! Highly recommend.

Have been bringing my cats here for 20 years -- as this practice has evolved since its original vet, Dr. Pollock, retired, the care given to my pets continues to be sound as well as patient, friendly and nurturing.

The guys are the absolute BEST. If I could give more than five stars, I would. We switched over from Danvers Animal Hospital after our resident vet left and there service went downhill, and I wish I had known about them sooner. Rachel, Dr. G, and all of the techs and staff are an absolute dream. They are so attentive and genuinely care about your pet which is so comforting and refreshing. Keep up the great work Farms Vet team!!

We have been going here almost 3 years. We have a very nervous and anxious rescue dog we adopted when she was 1 1/2.The staff , techs, vets have all gone above and behind for Luna. We absolutely love how caring and compassionate they have been with her.We also have a goofball rescue puppy they have been caring for since last April. They’re also amazing with Cash to keep him happy and carefree in their care.Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

We've been clients at Farms Veterinary Clinic with our Welsh Terrier, Pippa, for five years and have nothing but good things to say about the veterinary care and support we've received. We really like the heads-up texts and emails we get periodically to remind us when Pippa needs shots, heart worm pills, flea protection, etc etc. We've traveled to Argentina with Pippa and the veterinary advice from Farms regarding regulations and referrals we needed to make the trip were spot on. In our experience, Farms is a business that goes above and beyond the minimum when it comes to caring for pets. They combine veterinary professionalism with caring skills and we can highly recommend them. Five stars out of five!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. My childhood dog was a patient of Dr. Watson's until he passed away in 2020, and my dog has seen her for the last 6 years. Since then he's had numerous appointments, some just physicals, and some for concerns. The entire Farms Vet Team are always extremely patient, kind, and most importantly, empathetic. Dr. Watson is thorough, and listens to any and all concerns. It never feels like Cooper is just another patient. He has undergone heart worm treatment, as well as a tumor scare and throughout both of those situations, we have felt nothing but cared for, supported, and comforted knowing that he was under the best care by a staff who truly love animals and their patients. Thank you thank you thank you to all of the Farm's Vet Staff!

First off I would like to say the owner Rachel is very kind and accommodating, and I do HIGHLY recommend Dr. Watson she is very knowledgeable and has always made an effort to answer our questions and help our animals when we can get ahold of her (not her fault more so the front desk). I do have to say I have a lot of problems with the way my kitten's care was handled which I did address multiple times but there seems to be no change. To give some background I rescued two kittens in Sept. who were scheduled to be euthanized down in SC. When I got them I brought them into Farms taking their first available appt. The doctor we initially had did not seem knowledgeable in cat/kitten care. She missed diagnosing our kittens with ringworm even though our girl cat had a very clear ringworm patch (it is clear now that I have researched ringworm). This caused our kittens to not be diagnosed until they had ringworm for three weeks causing them severe pain. They took no ownership of this mistake which was disappointing considering upon showing the picture at VEG they said it was very obvious. When I brought them back in multiple times for URI's and Conjunctivitis that they contracted while in the shelter I was made to feel like a bother by the front desk staff and told to take them to urgent care nearly every time I called. This made no sense to me considering this is my kitten's vet and I understand they are busy but they would not even give me the courtesy of a phone call following up on my questions/requests. I was always told they could not recommend anything without bringing them in, but how am I supposed to bring them in when they say there are no appt.s till the following week?Unfortunately, all the missed diagnoses at the beginning led to large complications and our vet bills skyrocketed. I do want to say the owner was very kind to give us a payment plan, but the office staff made it a point to continually make insensitive and unkind comments on our bill even though we have made efforts to pay every month. Our female kitten, unfortunately, passed away last month after being diagnosed with feline leukemia. I had called a couple of days before she passed at the emergency vet to get an appt and once again I was told the best they could do was the following week even though I stressed her symptoms they did not seem to care to fit her in. I know for a fact they have fit in other sick animals as my own appts have been pushed twice for it. I did not mind but it seems to be selective, and there was legitimately no care for the fact that my kitten passed away. I got a condolence from my vet upon seeing her at the following visit for my male cat, but the front desk was extremely cold and only seemed concerned about how much of our bill we were paying. I understand they are running a business but our fur baby just passed away that week and that level of disinterest and cold shoulder was hurtful from people who SHOULD care for animals even on a human level. My review ultimately stems from the fact that I have gone to a new vet today. My male cat is healthy but we had some concerns based on his sister's diagnosis we called on Monday wanting to share some symptoms we were concerned about with our vet. Once again I was brushed off and told I would receive a call I followed up yesterday and today and still no call. The truth of the matter is that they just don't seem to care. Today was a breath of fresh air! We took him to Northeast Vet Hospital which I would argue is busier than Farms and they fit us in for a 3pm appt. no probing to see "how bad" it actually is. They took my concern seriously and they acted on it. That is the care that every pet parent and pet should receive and deserves to receive. They took time to answer our questions and did a thorough exam on our cat.I hope that Farms can understand that the way they treat pet parents actually matters and that when we stress concern it's for good reason.

Everyone at Farms Veterinary Clinic is amazing! Due to the pandemic I have met very few of the staff in person but everyone sounds lovely over the phone. As a first time dog owner I’m pleased and very happy with all the care I have gotten for my sweet Oliver so far. Dr.Watson in particular has been amazing. When Oliver was neutered at 6 months old he ended up with a UTI in addition to his recovery. I had a full week of watching my boy be in so much pain. Dr. Watson was fantastic in helping me figure out what was wrong with my boy and helping to treat him. She was very thorough and she did a great job explaining to me her thought process. She ALWAYS called me back in a timely manner. She’s wonderful! As a first time dog mama this was a scary and sad time for me. Everyone at Farms Veterinary did a wonderful job helping us get through that difficult time. Oliver is happy, healthy and fully back to himself thanks to the help of Dr.Watson and her team!

Dr Watson is the Best she's so very good with loving your animal. She definitely loves what she does and great vet. She plays with my tucker who loves her and I have been put at ease from her recently when my dog my baby needed surgery and I was unsure about anesthesia and his age and I was concerned he wouldn't wake up from anesthesia. She shared about her dog who needed emergency surgery about week before tucker's surgery and she had another vet she trusted to do surgery and she was a nervous wreck and she has been vet for long time but that was her dog and she is mommy and she just helped ease my concern so much. Tucker had surgery did great and woke up he's doing well now just went for recheck and stitches taken out and cone taken off and he's back to his happy playful pup of mine. Thanks also to allison and rest of staff been great dealing with this pandemic stuff very professional and very helpful and caring people can't say enough about how great this place has been. Awesome job God's blessing to you all!!

I first met Dr. Watson when I rushed my 14 year old dog to the clinic in respiratory distress. They sprung into immediate action, stabilizing him and allowing him to live his last months comfortably at home. Since then we have welcomed a new puppy into our home. He wasn't very healthy when we picked him up. Dr. Watson and her amazing team (huge shout out to Steven!!! He's the best) have provided superb care to nurse him back to health. They are available by phone to answer questions, never make you feel rushed and are very accommodating with appointments. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We have been bringing our dogs to Farms for several years now. We absolutely love Dr Watson! She is amazing and companionate with our dogs (and us concerned humans!) and extremely knowledgeable in caring for them. Always willing to answer a question and give advice. Rachel and all the staff have been nothing but wonderful over the years. This is a place that truly loves animals and it shows. We moved out of the Farms years ago but will never consider changing veterinary practices!

I highly recommend Farms Vet Clinic. The staff is caring and professional. When we had to put our sweet old dog down, Dr. Watson showed us the utmost compassion; she made a very difficult experience that much easier. Dr. Girifalco is amazing with our cat, who is not a people cat, to say the least. Major kudos for the bravery!
