We absolutely loved this camping ground! This was by far the most quiet camping ground we have been to. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. We also loved how dark it was so there was very little light pollution for stargazing. The staff here were top notch. The office had DVD movies to watch, camping amenities, RV supplies, toiletries, and apparel.Lots of beautiful walking/biking trails just down the road from the camping ground made morning walks every enjoyable. We will definitely stop in again. Go give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Our family loves staying here. Some campgrounds focus on having a million things for kids to do, and we like this because there is a small playground, and other then that, the kids have to actually play together and interact, ride bikes, and find things to do.Everything is clean and safe, the staff is best, and there’s always eyes on the kids no matter where they go.Small general store right in town, and less then 10 minutes away from a local Stop and Shop.If you’re looking for quiet and easy camping, then this is the place for you.

Just a short 3 day stay for us, but very impressed with the campground. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Owners and staff extremely accommodating and friendly. Only a few spots have full hookups, closer to the main road and a bit noisy. We choose to go further into the park, no sewer, but they pump 2x a week for $4! Great playground for kids, very large sites we will be back!!!

We stayed at Travelers Woods for about 6 weeks and had a great time. Campground was clean from showers to grounds. They had special activities on some weekends, like Father’s Day breakfast! We had family visit us from time to time for dinner and it was nice that the campground didn’t “nickel and dime” us for our visits. There is a stream, playground, horseshoe pits and volleyball net… so a little something for everyone!! We will definitely be back next year!👍🏼

Love this campground. We have stayed here 2x for a month each time while visiting our son.We started out on smith corner B site with 30 amp water and electric and a site came open up top with sewer still 30 amp so we moved but my picky surge protector didn’t like something so we had no power first night. They moved us to Rally site which was 50 amp and everything was great and worked well. The truck came and pumped our tanks out Monday and Friday and it worked out ok. I would love to have sewer at all sites. No pool and not a lot of kiddos running around the area. Lower area is much quieter that the top that has sewer.Patty and her husband will bend backwards to help you so will The Maintenance man.I did not use bathhouse heard it was very clean. Also had laundry room but never used it.

Nice and quiet when I was there mid September. Mostly older couples. Rate was decent for full hookups. Not many full hook up sites but they do have a dump station and a truck that will go around and pump out your tank. Washer and dryers worked well

Great campground near I-91. We were up on the top in a very open area with full hook-ups. If you want more trees, etc there are sites on the bottom with water electric only. They deliver the firewood to your site - nice bonus. The seasonal sites were pretty well-maintained. Steven and Mark are owners/maintenance and do a good job. If interstate noise bugs you, this might not be a great option, but we didn't find it troublesome.

Lovely place to camp, great rates — they were very kind and gave me the Passport America rate on a Thursday — and friendly folks. There was some significant road noise, but not overwhelming.

I LOVE this campground! We travel fulltime and have probably stayed in over 50 campgrounds this past year. This one is at the top of the list. Beautiful, spacious, peaceful, well taken care of, close to amenities, affordable...for these two retired folks, this campground checked all the boxes. We had 30 amp and water. Staff here were friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Was much better, much friendlier, and overall a much nicer stay when my grandparents were the managers. Now it's just high-school for old people.

Hidden gem. Close to Vermont. Have called last minute and always accommodate. Very quiet. Made more for bigger rigs but we make it work with our pop up. Everyone is very friendly. Along a nice little river. Highway noise but that puts us to sleep 👌🙃

Nice area. We tented. One not good thing about this place is the campers are in the sun. Not a lot of shade. Thank god we where in a tent in no hook up because had shade. Did no need all the stuff so it was a plus. They also have a play ground that was good size.

Nestled in the woods, this is a beautiful Rv park. Full hook ups, clean facility and well kept landscaping. We stayed for 2 months while I worked and never had a problem. Price is decent.

A beautiful campground with a few caveats. The not so good: #1 -The campground is located next to 91 so depending on your site there's a fair bit of road noise. Fortunately there are trees between the campground and hwy and that helps. #2 - The hwy exit is a ways from the park and you can't follow gps unless you have a short RV as there's an 11' even bridge. You have to go the long way around to get here. #3 - There are only a few sites with full hookups. These sites appear to be aleays occupied so plan on using the dump station. #4 - The stream behind the park is very pleasant, but means more flying insects. Now the good - #1 - the people who work in the park are wonderful and helpful. #2 - Restrooms and showers are clean, the camp store has useful supplies too. #3- Sites are well spaced and many back to the wonderful stream. #4- The town of Bernardston is attractive and Quaint and has a couple good Pizza places (one organic) and an inexpensive full-service gas station. #5 - The campground is well maintained. Everything appears to be in good repair. #6 - With Passport America it's also very inexpensive. 4 nights at $12/night then $24/night after that anywhere in MA is excellent. All in all Travelers Woods is a good stop if you're in the area. Just pay attention to the low bridges!

The people were really nice and helpful. Great facilities. Nice little playground. Location was great!!! As it was right off the highway, however because of that the traffic made it hard for me to sleep.

Was great but because we where in the field we had to use the dump station, prefer having all hook ups. But it was an awesome place to camp.

Stayed here for about a month. The managers were outstanding. The facilities were clean and they published events that occurred during the month such as breakfast, lunches, dinners for special occasions.

This is a well kept secret gem of a campground tucked away off the beaten path but worth the journey. Most sites are water and electric only but prices are very reasonable and Passport America as well as Good Sam discounts are available.

Always a pleasure to go here. Quiet place, nice folks, and a site on the stream. Just a few miles from NH and Vermont. Can just relax or go the adventure route: river rafting, kayaking, zip lining, biking.
