Nice location and layout, with plenty of space for people and entertainment. Lightweight metal stools are interesting and sturdy, but not the most comfortable for more than a half hour or so. The beer is really good and they offer an equally good selection. There is no food to speak of unless a food truck is set up in the parking lot. Overall, it is a good gathering place to meet friends and hear some music, but I feel offering some basic munchies like popcorn, chips, etc., would go a long way to up their game. On a whim from my drive from VT, I saw an exit sign for this brewery so I got off the interstate and stopped by. Great venue, good beers and the beertender, she was awesome. Very engaged in conversation about breweries in the area since I'm a craft beer guy.

First time out to a brewpub post-COVID. Beer was excellent. Local music, Helen and Ursula was great. Had a wonderful evening.

The staff were very friendly, the beers quite good and the "pizza trailer" made excellent pizzas. It's not close to home, but we'll be back when we are looking for a comfortable place for a couple of brews!

Stopped to buy some beers to go for a camping trip in Vermont. Beer was good, price too. Place is beautiful and clean, too bad we couldn't stay for a live music.

Went with friends to see the Led Zeppelin cover band Custard Pie. The band was awesome and the beer delicious.

Nice new and clean brewery with good selection of beers, serve some finger food, pizza and pretzels and there is a food truck nearby

I've only been twice now but I can say each time service was pretty great and as far as I could see the cleanliness was top notch. It's got you covered if you just want to pop in for a quick drink or have a night out.Only 4 stars since, like I mentioned, I've only been twice, maybe I've gotten lucky both times.

stopped in for a visit and 1 quick 1 while funny thru. Good IPA and a fun group of people at the bar. would have liked to stay longer but I had to drive some more.

Very cool setup. Stage for live music, nice outdoor seating and comfortable inside with tv’s tuned into the football games. Beer was ok but I only had a couple and one was a one-off seasonal.

Great beer! Live music is awesome, but it's just WAYYYYY too loud. Overall an awesome place though

No flights when there is music, so I wasn't able to sample the beer selection. As I was finishing my first beer, the band started. They had a stadium sounds system for people sitting five feet away. Quickly finished the beer and went to another brewery. The beer I had was good. I would have liked to try others... probably won't be going back.

tasty beers(especially the sour!), food at the food cart smelled great although we didnt have a taste. Friendly staff. Music was too loud, so glad when they finished up, but thats just me.

Great brewery - delicious beers and seltzers. Super clean inside and out. Food truck that day were really good panini's! The food truck owner Natania was very accommodating on a special food request. Our brewery server, Tracy was very knowledgeable and fun. Super service. Highly recommend Hitchcock.

Great New Taproom and brewing space. Nice and open with a great stage for live music. Great people and beer here. Definitely worth the trip. Rich and the crew are crushing it. Keep the taps flowing with those tasty beers Cheers!🍻

Great variety of beers. Everything I tried was very good. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the beers offered. Taproom is large and newly renovated. Highly recommend grabbing a beer or two if you are in the area

What a great place... Set up very well in general... Clean... A nice choice of beers... Very tasty.... Also set up nicely this early evening for outside music... Tables and stools... And wonderful music by Rosie Porter and the Neon Moons..🎼🎼... We plan on going again in the near future!

If you're into craft beer, this location is worth the stop. Their pumpkin ale is pretty good, not cloying at all and the double IPA I just tried was awesome! You couldn't tell it was a 7.9 ABV or an IBU over 60; it's so smooth and I bought a 4 pack of it before I left.

Good brewery. Beers are good,- fairly light in body but enjoyable. Local hangout, very clean and friendly. Prices are inline with other local brewers. Need a food truck or more snacks. Worth the drive.
