The two people working here today around 8:00AM were unbelievable with the way the handled that volume of orders coming in from pick up. I got a sorta confusing order in person and they handled it like champs. Thank you! Hope you have a nice day when you finish up. Well deserved!

Does not take personal cups due to COVID reasons. I understand the need to maintain food safety but... come on, it's October 2023.I dumped the coffee straight into my thermos and tossed the paper cup. Such a needless waste of paper and plastic.

I have been a daily customer on my way to work every single day for months now. Well today there was a misunderstanding and the ‘manager’ there was beyond rude and less than helpful. It’s a shame as I have been there so much. But they just lost a loyal customer today. Management should never be rude to a customer who has a simple question over a misunderstanding. I will say that all of the employees there (except the manager) are beyond nice and they are always so kind and helpful

So I went in to order two swandwichs with my husband. There were two employees trying to help everyone and I applaud them for helping us. They had no help so service was slow. So we waited about 10 minutes for our swandwichs. They did there best but maybe next time place more then 2 people on a holiday. Ps there bagel machine also caught on fire which is due to it not being clean. Shame on the manager for not cleaning there machines regularly.

They've become lazy. Started going 6 years ago when my kids moved to the area, never had a complaint. The past several months though they don't bother to stir the drinks or wipe them down. They leave globs of syrup on the sides and bottoms of the cups, it's kinda hard to stir that with a straw. when my Husbands coffee was dropped on the pick up counter you could visibly see it splatter, he had to wipe it all down. As a former manager myself I would expect the product ready for consumption when handed to the customer.

Rob, I saw your post from 4 months ago. Honestly, my dog enjoyed going to dunkin. This was not her first dunkin she has been in. She enjoys going out in her senior years. So honestly rob, no one cares that your coffee was delayed.

I have been going to this Dunkin since it was opened. The service has never been great and recently it has been consistently bad. Always seemed to be understaffed and in disarray. My commute is 20 minutes, and I would go to this Dunkin so I could enjoy my coffee on the way but some mornings it would take me longer to get the coffee than the commute. When ordering on the app, many mornings the order would be wrong and or not ready and the ap does not have what I liked. Nothing like standing at the counter while orders for people that are not there are being filled. Last week stopped in and it was busy as usual, but when a customer stopped in with a dog, the people behind the counter all seemed to think it was ok to go out and pet the dog and make a fuss over it while customers were waiting. Really makes me feel good when the person pets a dog and then makes my coffee.

Just left. Was waited on by the manager. He was staring out the window while I ordered. I corrected him twice on the coffee and still it was wrong. I corrected him 3 times on the 2 bagels with cream cheese. The bagels were wrong. I told the person who gave me the order and he walked away and yelled back "the plain bagel WAS supposed to be toasted mam!" Um no it wasn't! I know! I corrected the manager 3 times!!! And where's the cream cheese?!Almost $8 dollars for everything to be wrong and recieve an attitude and they walk away!!! WOW!!!! NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN! I worked at Dunkin for 2 years. NEVER EVER would we have treated customers that way. And the MANAGER was part of the problem. Yelling out that he's not letting people in the bathroom until they order something. Just wow!

We used to be frequent (daily) customers and would have given it 5 stars in the past, but the service over the past 6-12 months has gotten much worse. Wait times have gotten very long, there have been times in the evening where whoever was working was in the back with their music too loud to hear us yell "hello" and no one came out to check if anyone was waiting for the 5 minutes I waited, and when ordering to go, parts of our order are frequently missing. The last time I ordered to go, we gave about 5-8 minutes for the order to be filled, and when we got there, they had cleared it without making it. I have started driving the extra 10 minutes to Greenfield instead of going here.

I didn’t know that you no longer needed basic human communication skills to get a job at Dunkin. They are short, rude, and unhelpful and they give you so much anxiety about talking to them that you avoid going all together. The owners have obviously not paid much attention to anything other than how much profit they are making.

Waited 9 minutes in line with not even a hello or acknowledgement of people in line. Workers where only doing on the go orders. Being in the industry myself. You already have the money for the to go orders so one person work on that other one takes counter and get money from people walking in. Worse customer service, will not be going back. I drive back and forth constantly by there. I’ll go the extra time to Winchester nh. Best of luck with your attitudes but you can keep them. I’m an essential worker too under staffed and over worked with next to nothing pay as well.show some compassion and kindness to the customers that walk in.

One star isn't low enough for my experience at this place. I am just passing through so I will never go again but I waited at least 20min to get a bagel and breakfast sandwich. No clue what they were doing in there. One guy making the food was clearly not enough. There was a group of us all waiting. We saw one person go to a place next door and got food before we did.

This Dunkin is a mile from my house and the best Dunkin in my world. A side from being close by the staff and management here take the job of preparing quick food and coffee very seriously. The coffee is always hot and my order is always right. They do a very good job of food preparation as well it is always neatly assembled not just thrown together like I have encountered at some other Dunkins. I am a regular customer here and I can place my coffee order simply by saying "good morning I need my wife's and mine." If I could give the Erving Dunkin 10 stars I would they are the best.

Small parking lot, but good Dunkin fare. Not that visible from the road, as this is part of the Sunoco station next door. But if you need a quick stop, it is satisfactory.

Had to leave without our food. Didn't have another 25 minutes to wait. 20 people walked in and out and they still didn't even start making our food. They were worried about everybody else's drinks instead. Ridiculous.
