I'm very glad that I found this place! They have an amazing selection of everything pet-owners need but I go specifically for their chew selection for my two dogs. The prices are so much more affordable than other pet stores and it is a great one-stop shop.Regarding cons; I was a little disappointed in my first-time visit today. The young man who was watching the shop ignored us when we greeted him and did not even smile. This didn't leave a great first impression. The second con is that once home, I checked the receipt and realized that we were charged incorrectly. I understand that mistakes happen and it is a little more difficult since we bought a lot of chews and some of them are unlabeled, but this was a bummer.I am still going to give them a 5 star rating because at the end of the day, they have everything that we, as pet owners, needed and at affordable prices. I may have come in on a bad day for this young man, I don't know his story but what I do know is that both of my dogs are very happy with their chews for the week.We will be back!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Each employee is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. You can tell they really love animals. I bring in my nervous, timid dog and they all greet him with kindness and free treats. It is his favorite place in the world. They've got a great selection, especially of locally made items. Every time I come here I leave with a happy dog and a smile on my face. I love Pet Supply Outlet!!

Absolutely fantastic experience with this great LOCAL shop. Ordered my kitty cat some peacock feathers and while some were just not good enough to sell (according to them) they helped us out by giving us some super high quality all natural feather toys (duck and peacock)!!! Love this shop and will be back often for my little Annie.

Everyone here is always very nice and helpful. So far they've helped us pick great treats and a halter, definitely will be regulars. They also have the cat's fancy food.

A friend suggested going to Pet Supply Outlet as I was looking for a few gifts for my friend's new cat. The staff were very kind, and even flagged me down after leaving the shop when they realized they just got a shipment in of something I was looking for. As other reviews say, it's great to shop local, though I would add that it's even better to support such considerate people :)

Very friendly owners helped a first time dog owner - with a senior chiweenie rescue - learn about dry food options and gave us many samples to try. Went back to buy a winter coat and a harness and staff was helpful with harness selection. They were also very friendly to my dog when I brought him on our 3rd visit. He appreciated the treats too. I'll be back.

Lots of great choices for all different pets. Found a great harness for our miniature poodle. Attendent let us know it came with a lifetime guarantee. It can be replaced if damaged at no extra charge.

We get our puppy’s food and treats from here, using the curb pick-up option and it’s always quick and smooth. They always let us know quickly if something happens to be out of stock, and they are one of the few local places that carry a full line of frozen raw Stella and Chewy patties.

We have been going here for years, and have always been happy with the selection and service. It appears to be family run, and they are always helpful with questions and advice. They also have a wonderful big parrot who enjoys visitors. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This store is the only one in the Boston Metro and beyond that carries Grandma Maes cat food, which is one of the healthiest out there in my opinion. So this is my go to place for that. I wish they would also sell Nulo or Holistic Select which also my cat loves. Great people and I much prefer to support small businesses.

Hard to tell who is an employee and who's a customer at first but when ever I go in looking for an item they can usually point me in the right direction or know if they don't have it. I have a blind dog with IBS who can only have venison and I actually found multiple venison chews to keep him entertained!

This is a very nice pet supply person, with helpful employees and a good range of supplies. I've bought cat and dog food here, dog toys, leashes, wormer, litter, and even a kitty climbing structure. They have what you need, and you can stay away from the big box store.
