Hello to all at the Paper Store, I have been shopping for decades at the Paper Store but more so the past ten years on and off; I always try to obtain their charitable ornament for giving to charity with this purchase; this year I missed it because we did not receive the newspaper delivery until after the fact; but once I got the flier, (late) we made our way there to purchase that gingerbread ornament but it ran out/sold out before the event began even. I ended up purchasing a lovely musical gingerbread house and it is on our table as a centerpiece to be enjoyed.Our car broke down end of last month and we had to use my husband's work vehicle to do our chores this weekend, and the Paper Store was one of the stops.Be nice to all because you never know what one customer is going through as they're shopping in your shop. We were waited on by Register 4 and I tend to think something is known as you're placed with an associate; this happens lots and lots with all dealings and it is annoying for me alone since the associate does not know you, nor you of them. I tend to think otherwise.Have a good sale this season and remember kindness is best when dealing with customers. Don't fake it either.these are last year's image the ornament that I purchased last year, and this gingerbread house this year. Thank you!

Nice store, great selection, customer service not all that great. I accidentally misplaced a receipt for a sweater I bought there and the management refused to do anything to help me. No refund, no store credit. They apparently don't even have the capability to look up a transaction . I provided my credit card and proof of the transaction but they still refused any sort of assistance. Perhaps it is time to update their system to allow for helping out people who make honest mistakes. With that, I admit I made a mistake, but the store should be more helpful.

I went here on 3/22/22-This was our 1st time at this location , it's an older Paperstore, we were in the immediate area of this location. And had coupons to use. I thought it would be nice too check- out a Paperstore in a different area.I wasn't super impressed with this Paperstore, because the staff / employees weren't super friendly and warm nor, inviting or overly welcoming towards us . There weren't many customers in the store at that time ! The clearance area ,was a misleading and wasn't clear on what the actual " sale" was .

I go here often to buy gifts for various people and occasions. I really love their selection but the staff are the most unfriendly staff of any store I've ever been to. It's so terrible I can't even describe it, I've mentioned it to friends and they agreed.Totally rude and just stare at you with nasty looks the whole time.My 14 year old even said the other day when we left " the girl that works there went out of her way to stare you down" What the heck?Since I moved to bellingham 5 years ago I've spent thousands of dollars there between birthdays, Christmas, baby showers etc.. I'd at least expect a smile and a hello.

I went on the busiest day of the year, their grand opening. It was super busy but the employees were so helpful, and the woman that helped me gave me 40% off on my item because the box was missing! It is a joy to shop here!

I can't love this store anymore than I do. I love to get gifts for all my family and friends and I certainly love when I receive gifts from their. All of their stuff they sell is amazing 👏

I just wanted to say thank you to Laura (manager I believe) for being courteous and helpful. She went above and beyond in customer service and I appreciate this on suck a budy day before the holidays. Thank you Laura and staff! Cashier was sweet and patient but didn't get her name!

A really fun store. When Hallmark went out of business The Paper Store took over their products including the Christmas ornaments. My son and I buy 1 every December.

Nice people work there but the music that was playing and card selection was pretty awful. This store does not seem to carry UNICEF cards anymore and I did not find any recycled ones in the ones I looked atI do better at Target. Sad!

Big variety of cards for all occasions, as well as wrapping paper and gift bags. Lots of gift ideas from Alex and Ani, Vera Bradley, with Red Sox memorabilia, scarves and sweaters. Their book selections are great for recent graduates.

It is a nice store I went in there to look at the christmas Ornaments. And i found one that i loved and nearly freaked out trying to find they also have a nice seletion of cars and useful nic naks. All around it was a pleasing experience
