I first time I had my dog done here I had a younger girl and she was great. The second time I had an older woman who forgot to cut her nails and I had to bring my dog back. I got her groomed again today by the older woman. On initial pick up she look good but after getting her home noticed all the uneven spots all over her . I will not be back. I paid $65 and I could have done a better job.

I took my dog Bentley here for 14 years he only saw the owner Lisa because he had been groomed by someone else there that cut him and his hair cut was awful Bentley and I loved Lisa but my Bentley passed away 2 weeks ago so I called to cancel his upcoming appointment I never even received a call back from Lisa and I was a friend to her I was very upset that my dog meant nothing to her let alone she knew how much Bentley meant to me obviously she doesn’t care about her dogs no card was sent nothing so careless I would not recommend them to anyone after this I sent her many customers thru my 14 years of bringing my dog there no more it’s about money money money

Great experience. On one visit my cat wasn’t shaved enough and the owner instantly got on phone and said next time she would personally cut my persian. Everyone is always super friendly and my cat came out perfect and they even gave me a little Xmas bag w/ cookies n toys! Also not one other groomer would take my cat because of covid and I just got him so they weren’t taking anyone néw. So glad paws n claws was willing to get me in! Thanks again ! Highly recommend for any pet!

I stopped by to get my Pups nails trimmed. They took her right away and did a great job. Friendly people and nice cookie and treat addition filled with lots of goodies. It is very much worth stopping by. I will be making it my regular stop for treats and nails.

First off the cut was shorter then i had wanted and they took the time to figure out what size was used so they could make it longer next time. However the cut was uneven, especially around his bum where it doesn't look like it was cut at all. And other places a fraction of the length of the shorter cut showing they cut his leg.Additionally they used a hypoallergenic shampoo but then used a cologne that gave me headaches and made my mom and dog itchy.

We got a our sweet kitty a lion cut at Paws and Claws. They did a great job on the cut at a reasonable price. They called promptly when they were finished so I could pick her up. I found this important so she wouldn’t be there long with a lot of dogs barking! The only thing I think they could improve on are sweeping up the cutting room more often and getting a receptionist to answer phones. The room you walk into from the door is the cutting room and it’s off putting to have that much fur on the floor. They just need someone to sweep frequently like in a hair salon. Also, I left a message about an appointment early in the day but didn’t get a call back until much later in the evening!

We went here for the first time with our two goldens. They did a wonderful job on the cut itself and also smelled wonderful for days! They are also very reasonably priced compared to other local groomers

Best pet groomers and bakery I've ever been to. I love their Halloween costume contest and easter bunny photos. Great experience for kids and their furry friends! Also pepper loves the treats and birthday cakes!

I called in a slight panic, our puppy Goose couldn’t see because his hair was over his eyes and his poor nails were causing him to slip on the floors. His nails are black so I’m nervous to trim at home. We had an appointment at a different groomer in Medfield who was unable to work with our nervous puppy. Couldn’t trim his nails and wouldn’t groom because our puppy was too squirmy. Paws and Claws was so kind and responsive. They had me bring him in the same day for a quick nail trim and face trim. They did a great job. He looked so happy (and cute) to be able to see without the hair in his eyes. We booked him for a full grooming a week later. The next appointment went well, our puppy is super afraid of the clippers buzzing sound so they just trimmed his paws, bum, belly and face. He looks great. They suggested we try a grooming with clippers again in a few weeks to get him more comfortable with them. I love that they care about the dogs level of stress and worked with him to find a balance between getting as much groomed as possible and not hurting him. They are reasonably priced and I’m happy to support a local business and people that clearly love animals and are so skilled at grooming (even my nervous 6 month old puppy - Portuguese Water Dog). We look forward to getting our Goose used to the grooming process and appreciate Paws & Claws for coming to the rescue. PS- my dog loves the doggy ice cream.

I have a senior longhair cat who is very nervous and anxious. She can no longer groom herself well and got terribly matted on her belly. I called and they got me in the same day. I cannot thank them enough. They handled my cat better than the vet. I very much recommend Paws and Claws Pet Bakery and Grooming! My cat feels so much better and happier, and that makes me happy. Great staff. I will definitely be back!!

Will never go here again. Our other groomer that we love happened to be sick, so we went here instead. Twice now, they have barely cut his nails making us have to go again in 2 weeks. Found a cut on his thigh that they never mentioned. Charged extra bc they had to muzzle him??? We have never had a single issue with a groomer needing to do this. This place is a ripoff, bad customer service, rude, money grubbing. Don’t send your pet here.

Our dog absolutely loves going to Paws and Claws for her grooming. The staff are so friendly and treat our girl like their own. We know when we bring her in for her grooming she is in great hands. She also is obsessed with all of their yummy organic treats. Paws and Claws is the best grooming and pet bakery around. We can’t recommend them enough.

I bring my long haired cat, Isabel, here every few months for a lion cut, and I love this place! They're friendly, polite, and professional and I feel very comfortable bringing my little princess here. They do a terrific job and their prices are extremely reasonable. The bakery is absolutely precious too!

Everyone there was so kind and pleasant! You can tell the animals are even happy to be there. My Lab is 14 months old and about 90lbs, they gave him a good bath and made him look so handsome (which is tough because he is always into something). He looks Shiney and smells so clean. Did an amazing job doing his nails which I thought would be a nightmare but was not. I would recommend them to anyone. I can't wait to go back and visit the bakery! I get my dogs nails done her when I'm in a hurry. She hates her feet touched, and they are so good with her.. I always get her their made in house cookies too. They have atleast 15 different flavors. The joint health cookies are our favorite and give her 1 a day. I havent had any grooming done but im sure they do a great job.

This used to be a nice neighborhood friendly grooming place for my dogs 🐕. Have been going there for over 10 years.Since they opened there so called bakery every time I bring my dog there the price goes up another 10.00. Not to mention it takes a month to get an appointment. To make matters worse they even yelled at my husband twice.Time to find a more professional place.

I feel like the people here are rude, at least the one I dealt with. My dog has major anxiety and had to get his nails cut. The older lady who was taking him back didn't care and still dragged him in and didn't even do all his nails because he wouldn't sit still but still charged full price. As I payed I guess my card was declined so my sister payed but it's a day later and we both got the cost taken out of our bank accounts because the charge ended up going through on my card after all. I've been here 2 times but will never go again.

I came here to get my rabbit groomed and they did an amazing job. They even gave him a little bandana and it was so adorable. They cut his fur very evenly and overall the grooming was very well done. The staff there are extremely nice and you can instantly tell that they truly care about all of the animals and are very gentle with them. 5 stars.

Have taken my Yorkie mix here 3 times and he has come out looking great all 3 times. The second time, during summer, there was more hair cut from his head then I would have preferred, but it didn’t make him any less adorable. I def think communicating with the groomer on exactly what your looking for is key. I took one star off because I agree with a previous review about how beneficial it would be to have a receptionist. Someone to answer the phone and sweep up the fur from previous grooming. Other than that, I think Paws and Claws will continue to be our go to grooming spot! 😊

We used to go to Petsmart but didn't always have the best experience. We decided to try Paws and Claws and now we would never go anywhere else! Not only do they treat your dog like family, they have the best treats! Our Fallon hated getting her nails trimmed but now loves going and seeing her friend Haley and the rest of the crew! Truly a one of a kind place!

Such a cute store! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I bought 2 pup cakes for my dog’s birthday. They did an amazing job decorating and writing on the pup cakes. They also had a wide variety of treats. I will definitely go back.

I have been taking my dogs to Paws and Claws for 15 yrs and I would not go anywhere else! They care so much about what they do and that is why they have been in business for so long. My dog is disabled and can be a little difficult to get along with but Haley does a great job with him and when you pick him up he smells so nice and the scent lasts! Paws and Claws thank you for all that you do for our pets!!
