Had an online order ship to the store. It showed that it had delivered, but it actually hadn't arrived--not the biggest deal, it happens. It took three calls to the store before anyone was willing to try to help, and that "help" took the form of giving me the number for the online Tractor Supply--which I had to request, didn't even occur to them to offer. No interest in helping me at all. When I asked the assistant manager if she would be willing to try to locate the order, she literally laughed at me. I want to support stores with a local, brick-and-mortar presence, but customer service online and at the big box stores is far better.

Their washing station is amazing! It’s so easy and comfortable for your dog and yourself. No hair and mess in your bathroom! The dryers are a great plus , no wet dog in your car.

In the Vet Clinic inside the Tractor Trailer store the Veterinarian 🧑‍⚕️ who did an exam on the dog in my care was amazing and nice and very caring for him. And he explained everything to me very well! In addition, I highly recommend this place for very affordable low prices!

Went to the store today to fill my propane tanks, Brannon waited on me, he was very polite and we had a nice conversation as he was filling the tanks. He is a very nice young man and should be told how impressed we were with him.

I'm glad this place exists & close by where I live for convenience,but seems like most staff feel bothered when I might ask where something is or a question about say if they'd be getting a batch of baby chicks soon.When they didn't have them,they said ''the Easthampton store probably has them'' without even calling them for us to check,so we drove all the way out there for nothing.Some staff there are friendly & hepfull though.Eashampton store has a friendlier staff.

I drive farther to go to Tractor Supply because they have a lot more livestock/poultry options than the local feed store, and the rewards program is great if you are making regular large purchases. The employees at this location are very nice and helpful, and were recently very understanding and helped fix my same-day order when the Roadie delivery guy left part of my order at the store. Thank you guys!

The staff has always been very helpful every time I’ve been here. The manager is also very helpful and attentive. The prices are reasonable and a wide variety of products. I’d like to suggest if it’s possible, to stock up on alpaca/llama grain, many farm stores in the area have them so it would be great to just shop at one place! I enjoy my visits to this tractor supply.

Staff is great. They don't always have the duck feed I need, which makes sense it isn't the most popular product and it tends to be a waste letting it sit on shelves. That being said they offered to order it for me. I really appreciate that because nowhere around carries it and the have the best prices.

I have never had a bad experience going to the store, in the past 7 years I have been shopping there. I had called ahead of time and spoke with one of the associates there, Jenn, and she had provided me with the information in a product that I was seeking. I ended up going to the store and making the purchase, and there ended up being a small problem with one of the products I had purchased, Jenn had gone out of her way to remedy this for me, going as far to directly get in contact with the store manager, so that I may make an exchange, next day. I ended up going in the next day and the store manager had taken care of it for me, the other accociate I had spoken with, Tim I think his name was, he also did everything in his power to help remedy the situation, which he did. I personally feel the staff treated me very well, despite the other rude customers in the store, they still kept a sunny demeanor. They are awesome, and I will continue to shop at the belchertown location. 500 stars.

Great farm based store that has a little bit of everything. It's fun to visit the chicks when they are being sold. They have good prices and decent sales. I feel like I always leave with a little something when I visit this store. They even sell a good quality dog food as well!

The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and tidy, but a bit cramped. I really enjoy shopping at this store, I get grain here sometimes and horse care items, they have a fairly good selection of the necessities fit a fair price.

Fun store to shop if you are the farm and garden type. They have all kinds of different items for yard decorations. Great pet supplies and magazines. Pellet stoves and supplies. Purchased a portable heater and the replacement plan, was a very reasonable price. Chain saws, mowers, tractors etc. Farm and garden type toys for kids. All around nice family store.

I was put off by the lack of pricing and product information during my recent visit there to shop for a cordless trimmer. I'm not an expert, and needed to do some feature comparisons by checking some product packaging and pricing, both of which were missing from just about every trimmer in the aisle.The manuals and any hardware were cable-tied to a bag on the product, and I'd need to tear open the bags and read any manual that may have been in the bag, to try to discern the features of the product. This was clearly NOT going to happen, as there were a few models on display, and I only had one day off left to read the manuals. Furthermore, when we did ask a clerk for help, he indicated that we needed to take the tag off of the product and go somewhere else in the store to look it up; I assume that it was on a website, but didn't ask. Given that there were virtually no tags with SKU or pricing on the trimmers, this also was going to be a task.I suppose there may be some appeal to a feel-good, small-town hardware store, but being new to this environment I'm used to going to a store where I can examine prices and product features, assemble products myself from a sealed box, and speak directly to a knowledgeable clerk. I think I'd rather feel mediocre and be educated at Home Depot, thank you. Best of luck.

This could be my new favorite place to shop. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They don't seem lost in their own store like in the big name places. Selection is great, despite the relatively small size of this location.

Have a good selection of small farm items. I always get my wood pellets here. I bring my daughter to look at the chicks when they start hatching. Everyone I've talked to is very helpful and friendly.

Went to buy something at this location, that said they had in stock online, asked an associate for help when i couldnt find it, then another employee not very helpful asked me what is was so he could look it up on his register to see what their inventory said. He looks, and their inventory said they had 3 but then he says "well if its not over there we dont have it. You cant trust what the computer says we have." All while sitting down at the register, im sorry i came in wanting to buy something and when i couldn't find it i asked for your help and you did nothing at all to help. Iv worked retail for just under 9 years and have never met an employee at a store that made me feel like i was bothering them wanting to buy something!

We buy our bird feed there for the chickens ducks and turkies. They have a lot for sale but are pretty pricey for most things. And what you see is what they have. If something that you want isn't on the shelf then they don't have it. They also sell a lot of stuff for cats dogs horses and other animals. they have lots of fencing and gardening supplies, some clothes, shoes and home goods.

I had a damaged section of fencing that was delivered directly to my house by 18 wheeler ( it happens). Took the damaged section to the Belchertown location today and the gentleman at the customer service desk could not have been more helpful. Within 10 minutes I had a replacement . Absolute pleasure to deal with this customer service employee and the other employee that quickly got a replacement section and placed in my vehicle. They kind of made my day as I feared that I may get the run around and have to wait weeks to get this fencing replaced. I gave them 5 stars because thats all that was available. Just got great customer service with these two gentleman. Thank you to them and Belchertown Tractor Supply.

Big corporate stores don't provide all the basic needs! The first thing you notice about this store is the carcinogenic stench of cheap Chinese tires. I wish there was a smaller farm supply store here, but TC pushes them out.

not a friendly place, if you are a Veteran, they don't think that a Veteran is deserving of a Token discount on purchases, as So many other suppliers of similar goods, my advice go to Home Depot or Lowe's or Rocky's Ace Hardware, they all have good supplies of a great deal of the products that Tractor supply has.

They r pretty good great quality of things an great prices at times by can be pretty expensive by overall it not bad when you need anything from a to z to farming and mechanical, or even decorations or toys for the kids
