What A difference, a couple of years make and a part-time vet that does not seem to care about animals as much as the full-time vet did. My first impression not impressed. I sat there for an hour and listen to customers complain about how horrible she is as a vet for example even early having to go back multiple times and not be seen. I’ve not even met her in person. I sat outside and I could feel, the negative tension that she created. I need this to say, though I like the location I don’t like the new vet and I won’t be back until they get someone different. Thanks.

Needed a license for Axel as we moved from Colorado. Got his rabies shot and they did bloodwork to check for heart worm and gave me good recommendation on the heart worm, flea and tick medication without any pressure to buy from them. They cut his nails and did an overall check up of his general health. The vet and tech were thorough even though it happened to be a very busy day for them and we had quite a long wait. I will definitely be back for Axel’s vaccinations in the future. Thanks you guys!

Don’t have a vet for my dog. Cheaper and low-hassle way to get him his vaccinations, and double check on his health to make sure he’s OK. Also wanted to get him on heartworm meds (due to his age) even though he tested negative on the bloodwork. Vet tech and Dr worked great with both my dog (was anxious/nervous), and my other dog (who was just being a companion).

Analytical, caring, compassion toward animals, reasonable pricing, listen to owners concerns. Give detailed account in writing on email and in person. Make recommendations without hard sales for care and prevention. Do several lab tests onsite during exam. Feel assured our dogs, in our case, are being properly evaluated and cared for. No appointments needed, the animal and owner always stay together , no husling off to another room with animal. Nice way to treat pet and family together.

This was my 1st visit to PetVet & Tractor Supply store. Both were awesome. Vet & assistance absolutely great. Short wait. Got rabies shot & nails clipped & exam great price. Since then I have then gone to buy item u guys no longer carried. That was ur Southwick store which saved my item till I got there next day. Great experiences...

I don’t leave reviews often, but I just had to for this! The two techs I saw, Carrington and Kate were sooo lovely! They were so considerate of not only my pets needs, but also mine. They explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable with all the things they were doing for my cats. I felt heard and respected here. They answered all of my questions with a smile on their face. Not only was there no wait, but it was well kept and quiet. I highly recommend them for your pet’s routine needs and check ins. :)
