Ah, Family Dollar. This place has a friendly staff, and even though they have to run around stocking and ringing people out, they stay surprisingly chipper.There is one specific employee that I feel deserves the spotlight, however, and that is Juan.Juan works during the day, and he is the most helpful and lovely person standing behind a counter in town! Even with a line, and people asking questions about where stuff is, and doing all the other stuff to keep the place afloat, he is so nice. Like, genuinely nice, not corporate "nice."The way he takes his time helping out the older population without patronizing them is refreshing. He has the touch of a social worker, the kindness of a drunken friar, and a million dollar smile.Juan is #1

Very friendly knowledgeable manager and staff. Very clean and organized store at this location. Very reasonable prices approximately six months now the stores been opened and was closed for remodeling and they doubled the storage space for the shelves and the cooler and freezer space so now they have twice as much product than what they had originally so it went from a small basic Family Dollar 2A large size Family Dollar

Great store. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of products. Some are low quality but what do you expect from a dollar store. They have lots of groceries and home goods at this location. Some electronics and home and auto repair items. They have an app where you can load coupons to use in the store and save even more money. I have shopped here more than a few times and will continue to in the future.

Although this Family Dollar has a large selection, the store is very messy & could use many improvements. Often they leave things in the middle of the aisles, which makes it difficult to walk through the store. It could also use some cleaning & tidying up. Some employees are very friendly, others are very mediocre & could try to at least smile & be a bit friendlier to customers. Not my favorite Family Dollar location.

This store is awesome!! It was on my way. Went there for sugar but ended up buying more. How could I resist great prices, great selection, well organized. Great knowledgeable service people! I will be back! Love it!!

The Belchertown store that I always go to seems to get a lot of business but it is definitely under staffed. The employee I always see is Kimberly and she is a hard working valuable person. I just wanted to give her some recognition.

I really enjoy going to Family Dollar they have all the things I can't find in the regular stores some of the same things in the regular stores I can get a little cheaper the place is very clean it's not cluttered the staff is always very friendly and very helpful in some ways it reminds me of being a kid when I used to go to the store with my grandparents and the name was railroad Salvage

Omg this place is a mess always no one even stocks the manager alway on the computer doing personal things like looking for other job the place is so disorganized at any given time they never have anything on the shelf I'm going to start shopping at the new dollar store in Granby it's worth the extra miles to at least find what I'm looking for and a organized store I should have taken a picture . staff not even wearing mask when on the floor looking busy.. What did belchertown get themselves into should have layed out some standards and Staff smoking outside and just throwing the butts on the ground no one cleaning up outside such a hot mess.

Family Dollar store, No. Main St., Belchertown is a nice little discount store. They have a good variety of goods and food. Normal hours are 9am to 10pm. Stop by, check it out.

Awesome. It's the cleanest family dollar I've ever been in. The staff are nice. It's my go to store in town. The prices are great too.

This place has a good selection of goods for cheap. It is clean and well stocked. I usually come here for paper towels, bathroom tissues, cereal, batteries, and other household goods.
