I always know this Whole Foods store isn't the friendliest place, but today's encounter with the kitchen staff made me reconsider returning. They completely ignored me while I was waiting and handed me my pizza without even acknowledging my 'thank you.' Where is the Whole Foods from 10 years ago? Nowadays, most Whole Foods stores seem to be overpriced with snobbish attitudes.I gave it 2 stars because the bakery staff seemed very pleasant.

Grocery store in Bedford featuring higher quality foods at somewhat higher prices. Whole Foods is part of Amazon. I didn’t see wonderbread but there was every manner of sourdough, artisan, or gluten free bread. There is a very large section of prepared foods. Folks who like organic healthy foods will thrive here.

The personal shoppers are on a mission to fill their orders and, in the process, they often leave their cart blocking the way or are looking down at their phones for the next item and don't seem to see other people shopping.So many items at whole foods can be found at cheaper prices in stores like market basket or on amazon.

Some of the staff from kitchen were very rude and 1 lady almost walked straight into my 5 year old daughter. 😳. I was disappointed at how annoyed she seemed that a child was near her. The young man at the Register was very polite however and made up for the other staff that was rude.

The hot bar here has some good options if you're trying to eat quickly and don't want fast food lacking nutrients. If it's lunch time and not a busy time of day for a super market you will be in and out quickly with a decent selection of food at the hot bar.

Crappiest Wholefoods there is. Come here the second time to get lunch and there are no slices of pizza at all. Last time I came there were a few cheese left. Never been to any other Wholefoods that didn't have at least four or five pizzas of slices ready at all times. What a waste of space.

Outrageous, just absurd what they did to their? 3 leches slice of cake! Used to be a decent size, now we are getting HALF of the old slice for 5 bucks! To make one at home, let's say a 12 inches tray it shouldn't cost more than 15 dollars. The way they are cutting, 1 inch wide by 2 inches long, they want us to pay over 200 dollars for a whole tray, if this isn't a #ra#pe# I don't know what is?

We have always been buying from Wholefoods for their quality and fresh produce. But this is what my sister got yesterday from this location. The cherries are all bruised and they were still put on the shelf to be sold. Really disappointing.

What can you say about whole paycheck? If money is no object it's an interesting store but in general I stay out of it. They did handle an Amazon return very well.

This is my favorite Whole Foods location. Aisles are wide, and unless there's an upcoming holiday or storm, rarely feels crowded.Extremely clean, great produce, and workers are patiently helpful.The prepared foods section offers a dazzling number of choices, altho note that while the store doesn't close until 9 p.m. Mon. - Saturday, the hot bar & salad bar tend to be depleted perhaps earlier than some of the other Whole Food locations. So, for example, by 5 p.m. there may NOT be much worth buying in the serve yourself bars, and, few if any hot rotisserie chi chickens.Likewise, since the pandemic, staff shortages mean the in store coffee/tea bar is often closed --- altho there are plenty of chilled bottles & can substitutes, starting with a Whole Foods bottled water for just .59... At the front of the store, there are approx 3-4 aisle endcaps offering cold beverages.Indoor & outdoor seating & tables are plentiful, with store employees vigilant in keeping these spaces immaculate. Patrons are also good about tossing their trash/recyclables, too, so can't recall ever having to bus a table in order to use it. (DO wish they would set up the umbrellas outdoors!)All in all, this store is a pleasure to not only shop in, but also to take a few minutes, sit, and, grab a bite.F.y.i. - Little info wasn't aware of until just recently: SALE ITEMS are 10% less if customer is also an Amazon Prime member, with an additional 5% discount on ALL purchases bought with an Amazon credit card!So, download the Whole Foods app for use at the cash register to get the 10% discount, and, bring your Amazon credit card for the additional 5%.And, as with all area Whole Food stores, bring (or buy) store grocery bags & receive .05 for each re-use that saves resources!-- Most of cooler bags sold on site may be machine washed, too, then air or machine dried (latter with less or no heat dryer cycle).

I am extremely disappointed and often frustrated with this store. Every time I go there, the produce is either not fresh or there is nothing stocked. I never experience this at Dedham or in Providence. It is my hope that every Whole Foods is consistent with regards to this issue.

The only grocery store where the fruit actually taste like fruit. I swear a lot of the grocery stores around me are selling frozen fruit that’s thawed. And the meat and fish is always fresh at Whole Foods. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

This is a smaller store than the ones I am used to, the selection of cheeses and pastries wasn't as extensive, and they were out of fresh breads and almost everything on the cookie bar, and it was only about 4pm when we were there.

Bread is sooo good. Update: sooo many fine things to choose from. I got a lot of health and beauty stocking stuffers here this year. The macaroon freezer is awesome. The salad bar is perfect for lunch (and probably dinner too). I'm either going to get healthy or fat. :)

I love Whole Foods so much but I’m not sure what’s going on there. I purchased grapefruit here and it’s not even freshly picked. Very disappointing,may shop around another location. Usually I don’t mind the looks of the fruits but the taste. In this case I don’t think it fresh or something else like worms.

Though still pricey, Whole Foods seems to be having trouble keeping their shelves adequately stocked. On weekends especially, the stores have a "picked over" feel. I don't think it's the individual outlets. There are a few of these nearby, but the problem seem to be more general.

Maybe other Whole Foods stores are better. I would hope so for their sake. This place sucks. Overpriced everything. Produce that looks at a week past it’s best by date. Grocery aisles are always messy. Frozen foods and Dairy departments are always half empty at least. I’ll stick to Stop &Shop from now on.

For years my coworkers and I have been coming to WF for lunch 2-4 times a week for the food bar. The Bedford locations selections have slowly become incredibly repetitive and disappointing. Normally I would just grab a pre-made sandwich or soup if nothing on the food/salad bar looked good. Today I left empty handed, not sure when or if I’ll be back. They have the same items every day. Lots of times the food is dried out or mushy. I’ve gone to other WF locations and there is variety that far surpasses this location.

Whenever I shop here, I leave with not only what I came for but either delicious treats from the bakery or fresh fish or wonderful cheeses I could go on.. but definitely a fantastic welcoming team that makes the Bedford store a pleasure to be in.

My boyfriend and I do our weekly grocery shop here every Friday and we love it! Everything at the store is so fresh and the products they offer are top notch. I love how many organic and natural things they offer. The bakery is AMAZING, sushi and other pre-prepared foods are great and their flower selection is prime. Everyone that works there that we’ve asked for help finding things has been great. The cashiers are all super nice. There’s one in particular (Kim) that we specifically go to every week if she’s working. She’s so sweet and we love chatting with her!

We are regular Whole Foods shoppers. We stop here for a to-go lunch or breakfast on our way north. We have sensed entitlement among the patrons. And the staff. It's a very tony, well educated and historic neighborhood.This store is neither as customer friendly nor has the friendly customers as others we have visited around the USA.
