Can’t keep the staffing at appropriate levels and the whole operation suffers. If you call the pharmacy on the phone, you’ll wait at least a half hour and then there’s still a 50% they just hang up on you w/picking up anyway. Avoid at all costs.

Pharmacy staff is rude, lie, and are egomaniacs who always have to be right. My pills were miscounted and now it's my fault that Mackenzie (she looks like bubbles from trailer park boys, apparently a tech, what a joke) was mad at me and never actually gave me, my 3 months supply and instead screwed me over and sent me with 2 months, maybe you should go back to elementary for counting.... You will be hearing from the board. They don't care about the patients health or wellbeing, they give you no help whatsoever to figure out where they went wrong. This place has been open for to long with to many screw ups by the uneducated pharmacy. BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION IF YOUR TIRED OF THIS BEHAVIOR. Watch yourself walgreens!!! Everyone is catching YOU skimping on pills.

Was going to switch back to Walgreens from CVS.that didn't go well at all was in drive through for about 45 minutes. Just 1car in front of me.Went inside got my meds and they wanted to charge me a co-pay. CVS never had a co-pay. Back at CVS

Horrible service at the pharmacy!! I was hung up on twice after being placed on hold over and over for up to 17 min one of the times untill twice they just ended the call ! Horrible customer care! No matter how busy it is ; you should have the common curtesy to speak and say please hold on ! I’m switching back to Walmart pharmacy. I would rather drive the extra 10 min then be treated like this !

Went to buy razors and shaving cream And I guess the manager took the keys home with her so you can't buy anything I guess so I left the shaving cream and the razoes and Left without making any purchases.

1 hour and 20 minutes on hold to check the status of a medication. Dropped off the prescription last night the rep advised me they were out of the script and told me to call back tomorrow around noon so I did just that only to be placed on hold with someone intermittently picking up the phone and pressing hold again. To top it off when someone finally picked up there was no apology or compassion just a quick “your not the only person calling! And we are short staffed”. Should have never switch to Walgreens back to CVS I go!!

Never answers the phone within 20 minutes habitually. When you have questions about medication for you or your sick kids your better off calling the doctor or webmd. They are friendly and courteous when physically picking up your meds but the accommodations overs the phone are horrible. This has been my pharmacy for a long time now and has always had this issue. This needs to be addressed. I had a nebulizer question in regards to my one year-old daughter who needs treatment and I literally had to drive here to get an answer to my question which by the time I got here I was already on the phone for 23 minutes and no customer was inline or drive through

I'm surprised at the reviews for this store. I switched to Walgreens probably a little over a year ago and I love the pharmacists here and everyone I've had take care of me has been kind, extremely professional and helpful. I had to pay an obscene amount of money for a script and the pharmacist took the time to find paperwork for me to get a refund and helped me fill it out.

I would give this no stars if I could! Literally walked in the door looked at the makeup and grabbed something and the old woman approached me and told me she could cash me out, I didn’t even get to shop for what I came there for. I put it back and walked out. Way to run customers off. I will never enter this store again.

The pharmacy here can be helpful, depending on who is behind the counter. The surrounding area is ethnically diverse so this is a good pharmacy to use if your native tongue is Portuguese, Spanish, French or Polish. Someone in the store is very likely to be fluent in your language.In the main store, they often follow customers around and are uncomfortably obvious about this. I don't like being treated like a thief. That's why I give it a lower rating and have stopped shopping at Walgreens altogether.

I'd have to agree with the general theme of the prior statements. The pharmacy here is not exactly top notch. Now I wouldn't describe it as absolutely terrible, but they certainly do have their flaws. To be fair though, they are always incredibly short staffed. Not that this should be or is a complete excuse, but if you go inside to pickup your Rx, there is many times a few people waiting in line, and the phones are continuously ringing off the hook.I've never necessarily had a problem with this pharmacy myself, beside the waiting for it to be filled and the waiting in line. If anything, I'd have to say the problems came from the other end, i.e. Dr's office, etc... I will say though, some of the employees in the main store can be pretty weird, such as eyeing you down the whole time like they're expecting you to steal something. In any case, I certainly wouldn't call this a "ghetto" area, and in general terms the store isn't completely horrible.

Awful does not describe it. I have never seen a pharmacy as bad as this. The drive thru is the worst I’ve ever seen. Cvs your in and out of the line. Over here you sit in the line forever. Im actually posting this as I’ve been sitting in this line for over a half hour and the line hasn’t moved. Unfortunately I’m handicap and can’t get in and out of the store very well. It’s like this every time I come. You would think management would do something about this.

Horrible pharmacy, dropped off prescription and was told 20 minutes, well 20 minutes came and went, 3 times I was asked my name and no feedback so finally I went upto the counter and it took at least 10 minutes before anyone could of been bothered with me, Then when I finally did talk to someone they told me oh we can’t fill this today.... would have been nice telling the guy sitting there waiting for it. Back to CVS for now on.

45 minuets at the drive through most of the time even with only 2 cars in line is unacceptable. Are the workers slow or over worked? I do not know, but ether way it's a problem.

The pharmacy sucks! I only go here since I moved back near this Walgreens. If I make a refill online & I get a email saying it went through & then couple of hours its ready My freaking medicine should be ready. Doesn't make any sense to have an app if you are not going to check it I'm bringing my business back to the Walgreens on Kempton Street New Bedford
