We had a wonderful experience with the self-service dog wash, thanks to John. He was super friendly when we walked in. John explained how everything worked and played with my pups when we finished. Willoughby & Violet look so fluffy and clean. It was worth every penny!

Overall a good place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shelves seemed well stocked. They have a large dog treat display. The place seems to be mostly focused on food. The supplies for everything else seemed fairly limited. The place was clean and well organized.
