The first time my puppy entered, he was happy. The second time, he was exploding in fear of entering, and they frightened my dog while having them in there, he was down for the rest of the day. Please improve the patience ty

My puppy had been going there for a few yrs. When the owner cut her hair perfect. The other girls aren't good. I understand you need to learn. The last few times were bad. Had to fix her at home. This last time July 27 was beyond horrible. Someone had the nerve to cut both ears. One is worse than the other. When my dad picked her up they didn't even have the nerve to tell him. I am disgusted beyond anything. Didn't tell us? The owners tell us she loves our puppy she great never moves when she's groomes. How did this happen? I'm never taking her back on don't recommend anyone there either.

Great service! Mannie always does a great job with my terrier.The prices and quality are both fantastic.I always feel safe leaving my dog here, and my pup seems to like it here too!2 paws up!

I love this grooming shop!I have been coming here for years. My pets always come back looking and smelling great. The owner, Mannie is clearly a pet lover and really knows each individual pet.I always recommend Paws 'n' Claws to my friends, especially the ones with cats.Go here you'll be definitely be glad that you did.

My airedale gets excited when he sees that we are visiting Mannie’s shop. You can tell Mannie really enjoys the animals and their personalities. I like that she always listens to exactly what I want for my dog.

If it was possible to give a negative star I would. My dog went there yesterday to be clipped. My brother in law brought him, and was VERY specific about how he was to be cut, and they did NOT do it right. I'm so MAD it's unbelievable. And more upset that he paid for it when they clearly did NOT do it right. NEVER go here!!!!!
