Thoroughly impressed with the store and gentleman who helped me find a very specific product (gutter screws).The store was brightly lit and immaculately clean. Products were arranged very neat and orderly. Considering the number of different products the store carried, as well as the large footprint of the store (one of the larger ACE stores that I've visited), the salesman was able to recall something as esoteric as a small package of gutter screws. He knew the isle, specific height / placement of the product.Very impressed with product knowledge and service provided at this location.

I had a very specific request for a nut and bolt (to fix a blade on my hockey skate) and the staff inside this Ace Hardware store couldn’t have been more helpful. It was a $0.30 fix but the associate, Mark, spent the time with me to make sure that I was all set, found the right size to fit and even helped me fix my skate. If that’s not above and beyond for service I don’t know what is. Thank you!!

The store is very clean and well organized. All the employees are extremely helpful, and the woman at the checkout is super friendly. The place is large enough to have what you want, but not too large that you can't find what you need. It's a really nice break from the big box stores.

This place has a little bit of everything. The front area staff are helpful and very nice, but the guy in the back is gruff and not that helpful. Behaves as if working there is an inconvenience, especially when he's shooting the breeze with a friend. If all you need is a quick in and out purchase, this place is fine. If you need something from the back and some advice, consider going elsewhere.

The girl at check out counter really works hard to help find stuff for your and us very professional and quick at checkout. The place has everything you need so between that girl and a place chock full of what you need it is a much more logical hardware store then these other places that are a mile wide it seems and nobody will help you or they claim they cant speak english so like the orange giant place you end up walking literally for miles to find things often..taking say an hour to get what you need.at this place about five minutes when she helps you.

One of the best hardware stores I have been to in a while. Absolutely amazing customer service from the cashier and one of the managers. I would highly recommend getting my supplies here for any work you might need. Honestly for such a medium-sized store they have a decent amount of inventory.

The woman with the brown hair had a very uninterested tone with me, as if she wanted nothing to do with me and had no interest in helping me. she groaned when I asked her to cut a key for me and the young boy cashier up front was also disturbing, as before I reached the register him and one of his coworkers were conversing and throwing around swear words left and right. Poor customer service and uninviting feeling in the store. STAY AWAY!

The price is outrageous, staff friendly, store clean, selections limited. If you know what you want go to Home Depot. If you want to talk to somebody who may not know more than you do then go there for a nice afternoon chat. They are neighborly for sure. It is a nice walk from Stop & Shop.

I came in to buy a chainsaw made by Stihl after having bought several other products here in the past. Stood around waiting for a customer service person for more than 20 minutes and when he arrived he didn't know anything about the products for which they are supposedly certified dealers. The only thing that is well staffed in the store is the cash register. If you actually want information about the products, forget about it unless you have an hour to waste waiting for them. And then when they do finally get around to helping you, they don't know much more than what's on the label of the products. That was my last trip to Moison Ace Hardware!

A great community store. The staff is so helpful here. It's an experience you can't really compare with shopping online. Also, they will gladly take any batteries or light bulbs that you wish to recycle.

been trading there for over 4 years-right after they took overbought many a things- 3 stihl chainsaws, chains, a generator, snowblowers (2) and even all the miscellaneous you and the store is 14 miles from residence.You don't even think about price there because it is the service during and after the purchase---- that is priceless, including servicing what you buy there--The way it should be--try-it

Half of the time they don't have what I require in inventory. The shop is effectively run by kids who are indifferent and do not know anything about hardware. Hours of operation are too short. I really try to support 'local' but there is really no incentive to do so with this establishment.
