The customer service was horrible. There were two cashiers upfront as we were checking out and a lady getting checked out. As the lady was getting checked out one cashier is showcasing her stomach while she’s gossiping with the other cashier. Whole time not one associate had sad a word to any customers. By the time we got check out both cashiers were still gossiping and ignored us until it was time to say our total.

All staff were very rude. They were too busy talking amongst themselves and not paying attention to paying customers. Instead of scanning and trying to cash out the customers, they were in a group fooling around. Plus, there was merchandise on the floors and unorganized. The store was a mess!!! I would rather go to the Orchard Street location.

The employees are always talking in Spanish to each other while you’re at the register trying to check out there always on their phone ignoring you they don’t even say hello at least three neighbors that will not go to this store I was a manager of the Salvation Army on for many years and this would not ever go on at my store

The staff is getting a lot nicer and more helpful.This family Dollar is on the expensive side and certain staff follow people around the store as of they are stealing& it's not good business to make paying customers feel as though someone is watching and following them through out the whole store.

I give it 1 star because I can walk there and they have things I need when I can't get a ride elsewhere. MOST of the female workers have HORRIBLE and EXTREMELY RUDE ATTITUDES!!! I've been chastised for having to do a return multiple times. It was like they were aggravated that they actually had to do sum work. There was 1 women there that outright called me a liar Infront of the whole store. I was mortified. If it weren't for my sunglasses I would have cried from embarrassment. Mind you, I spend good $$ there and I shop there ALOT cuz it's in walking distance. Ive seen them on their phones hiding in the back of aisles so they don't have to work! This place is crazy! It's kids trying to "run" a store. I've had them check me out at the register and not even pay any attention cuz they were too busy.... Speaking in another language amongst, which I feel is so rude! Very friendly employees I love going into this store I go about twice a week if not more really good deals on a lot of stuff for my kids to play with down to wash their faces with. My husband and I go there to get little items we need like soaps and body wash shampoos. Also a good pick me up snack like my kids say. Right around the corner from where I live so I don’t have to drive as much. Saving money twice a week for me. It’s a win in my book.

The help in this store is sad. Don't even bother to come here. I witnessed this young lady take her sweet ol' time as a gentleman waited at the counter for a few minutes. He was looking around and she can't even say I'll be right there sir. She gets to the counter with a ticked off at the world face and can't even say hello and how are you! The other girls putting up stock had big boxes everywhere! Blocking isles so u couldn't even walk down there. That's common sense. Why would they do that? It's bad enough the isles are so narrow and only one carriage can go down at a time. I can't stand workers that aren't pleasant. The management should be enforcing how important it is. Go somewhere else. We have plenty of other Dollar Tree stores around, that are better.

My wife and I used to come here all the time till she was assaulted by an employee. My wife had $75 worth merchandise in the carriage and this employee Pamela gave my wife an attitude in the isle causing her to leave . Then as my wife went to leave this employee grabs her and tries to rifle her purse saying my wife was stealing. When this employee finds nothing and realizes she me made a huge mistake she just walks away without apologizing. When I called for the managers name and asked why the employee acted this way. She said I know what she was trying to do. What my wife was trying to was buy $75 worth of goods ? I will be calling corporate tomorrow!

Employees were stalking me around the store eyeing me as if i was going to harm them. And as this covid 19 nonsense going on, it was a mess and packed. Small stores like this should be following the same thing other larger stores have been doing. I do not recommend going here if you also have a hard time breathing or have asthma, as they threatened me to kick me out because the mask i had on was causing me to lose breath quickly. And i valued breathing over suffocating.

Family Dollar needs more "MADE-IN-THE-USA" products👌🏻... Other than propping up China like huge Corporations and sports league's (like the NBA). Family Dollar has decent selections overall for low fixed income families 👍🏻... ☮️

Prices are high, the staff is always gossiping, complaining about work or customers, swearing, and they have massive amounts of sections that aren't stocked at all. There's one not too far from this one that has a much more pleasant staff and I've never seen empty shelves. It's further away from me but much more worth it.

Went inside the store and completely felt out of place and not wanted in there with the blasting of the Puerto Rican music and the employees hollering the songs out . These weren't clean songs this needs to change ....especially now around the holidays could you be playing holiday music ?

They sold me 4 different food items that was expired one by 8 months and the other 1 1/2 months refused refund Even with a receipt showing I just bout them less that 20 min prior and than refused to give corporates number employees are disrespectful and very unprofessional store is not ran properly and is always in a disarray store manager Pamela does nothing to try and improve the situation and does not care about how her employees conduct themselfs or if they do their jobs this store is a joke
