I stopped by yesterday to check how I can get a flu shot. The counter went to check and said to come back tomorrow between noon and 5 p.m. Coming back the next day; I waited alone for a long time expecting someone at the counter to find out that, first of all, they couldn't help me because it's almost a lunchtime (30 minutes before actual lunch time), and secondly, a need to make an appointment for it. I don't know what was the problem to tell from the beginning that you're not accepting walk-ins. And if you are closing 30 minutes before lunchtime, put a sign so people know you are closed. Our time matters as well.

We recently moved to Bedford, MA from Ohio and transferred our dog's prescription here. It has been nothing but trouble. The pharmacists can never find his prescription. They insist on using an incorrect DOB (01/01) despite my attempts to correct (they say it's easier to remember... for them, maybe. But not me cause it's incorrect!).This week we ran out of refills. Our new vet in Bedford faxed over a new prescription to CVS. On Wednesday I called both the vet and CVS to confirm the new prescription was sent. CVS confirmed that the prescription was received and filled. I tried to pick the prescription up on Friday and was very rudely told by the pharmacist that the prescription was NOT there. That they had called my OLD vet in Ohio who denied the refill. She also insisted that they never received a new prescription. I am picking up a new prescription from my vet and taking it elsewhere because this CVS Pharmacy is ridiculous.

There telephone system is broken. I can never get connected to the pharmacy. I am unable to call to verify prescription is ready
