We brought our 2 large breed, long-haired dogs here for the first time in May 2022. We requested baths, nail trimmings, and brushings for both dogs. The appointment took all day (about 6-7 hours) and when we picked up our dogs, one looked liked it had barely been touched. Not a single nail was trimmed and only the hair along the spine was brushed. The dog was still covered in packed fur and some matting, therefore preventing proper shedding of the winter coat. We did not receive any communication informing us that this dog could not have a full grooming as requested. We were still charged full price ($115) and we had to bring the dog to a different groomer to finish the brushing and nail trimming, therefore costing us double.

They took great care of my senior dog. They calmed my nerves with some of her quirks. They even worked with our dog's aggression towards other dogs having her arrive in the am and making sure no other dogs were in the room simultaneously. They even provided updates.

Lori was a great groomer she did a professional job with our "Little Tucker" a Jack Russell Terrier pup. We will definitely be taking him to her on a regular basis did it all great at explaining what she was going to do Would highly recommend her services The price was great!!!! Thanks Lori
