their pizza is freaking delicious....i ordered a small w sausage pepperoni olives extra mush...it was a perfect accompaniment to my campfire (couple great state campgrounds down the street)...will always return here...very friendly staff, too

HELL NOOOO!!!! So.... Being irritated at the lack of pizza joint selections in my immediate area (Winchendon), my husband and I decided to try Village Pizza in Baldwinsville Mass. Only a 10 minute drive, it seemed worth the shot, especially bc I work nights and my husband is in that area twice a week. The first time, about 6-9 months ago was good. Either that or we were just that desperate/hungry! The prices seemed fair and what we both ordered tasted good that night! Great!!! Our new spot! We ordered again the following week. Not as good as the first. Thinking mabey we should try other things on the menu. So over the next few months we tried other things. This is how I explain that experience...Someone driving and sliding on ice, then driving again that one sliding down the ice and hitting cars and mailboxes. We stopped ordering there for a couple months. Then decided to give them another shot. So, ya'll this is what I'd describe as a major car accident! Two orders since we had a break. First one, I ordered a veggie grinder. I didn't say anything but took one bite and in the trash it went. That was 3 weeks ago. The second was today. I ordered a large chicken cutlet grinder. What I got was 2 (what I recognize as BANQUET brand) frozen chicken patties microwaved, then cut into 4 pieces and then put between an untoasted grinder roll with sub par sauce and no cheese!!! Can I just say tonight they had a "major car crash" and this is a fatality for them!!!!! Never again will they be getting a chance from this household!!!!!

I’ve had good and bad experiences at this pizza restaurant. I haven’t ordered from them in literally 4 years because I had such a bad experience. But today I thought I would give them another try. Big mistake. The delivery driver was amazing. So sweet and it wasn’t her fault at all. But the restaurant told her to deliver to a completely different town even after confirming the RIGHT town over the phone. She called us to make sure she had the right place but unfortunately had the wrong address due to the actual restaurant themselves. We let her know where she could find us accurately but unfortunately the phone call ended due to service issues. So we called the actual restaurant themselves and they told us that they just spoke to the driver and that the driver understood where exactly to go and that everything would be OK at this point it had already been an hour since we had ordered our food, so we told them that we were worried about the food coming in and being cold, but then they assured us that the food was cared for in order to not be cold, and that we should be fine and to call them back and let them know if the order would be fine, obviously if the order is coming over an hour since we ordered the food, the food is going to be cold so to ask us to call them after over an hour is absolutely ridiculous and it’s just a way for them to be able to say that they did everything in their power to give us food, but it was late so obviously it would be cold, which is exactly what we got. We do not Blame the driver whatsoever but we do blame the establishment because that is ridiculous to have someone drive over an hour to their delivery destination and think that the food is going to be adequate. We didn’t even bother to call back and complain because we had already called them multiple times and talked to them about our delivery experience which isn’t the delivery person‘s fault but the establishments fault. Get your act together. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never order from them again. And I hope their driver finds a new company to work for because she was great!! I really wish we had a better experience. But they proved again that they can’t deliver properly.

So one night I ordered veggie grinder from this place then when the delivery guy came he rudely yelled at me for a tip which I already gave on the phone. Then when I gave the rude delivery guy a $5 tip I went to go eat my grinder which was so soggy I could barely hold it. 1/5 this place I horrible Reno pizza is way better

I used to live in town and would always order from here and I can't think of a time when I was disappointed. Food is prepared fast and tastes great. The owner works behind the counter and is always very friendly and always makes you feel like he remembers you from last time and is genuinely curious of how you have been.

Best tuna Grinders in the world. Pizza is very good as are their subs. Owners are friendly and personable. I like when I forget what my husband has on his Grinder's Morgan ( the owner) always remembers. Not the only Pizza grinder place in town but definitely the best!

karen showed up at around 9:45 (15 minutes before the business closes) telling us the place of business was already closed and her boss told her to make the delivery anyways, she was very rude about it. told us cardholder was the only one who could sign and made the transaction very difficult. very disappointed with the experience we had. food was still warm and she told us she had already been waiting for 30 minutes trying to call us (not one of us received a missed call from anyone). did not appreciate the way she spoke to us and will not be ordering from here again.

I ORDERED FISHERMAN PLATTER AND IT WAS AMAZING!!! The fish was cooked perfectly and the clam strips had a nice crunch to them but not to crunchy and the shrimp was absolutely delicious! They also gave us fries and onion rings which were not soggy but perfectly cooked !! They are supper nice and I’d like to thank them for working right now !!

Pretty sure this place has been in business in Templeton since the dawn of time, steady friendly service, well made food, has all the options of a typical pizza place. Working in the area, I go pretty often. Would always recommend to newcomers.

They have a great family deal on Saturday & sundays that you can read about on their site that is awesome for feeding the family on the weekend. Their food is good too. We got a large one topping pizza, wings, a 2 liter of soda and a small pizza for only 24.49 + tax. So you really cant beat the price for the food and it's good food.

If The Dad is there, you are lucky, Great guy. If you get his Son..... Expect him yelling at the Female help, getting your order wrong, an upcharging you! 3rd time that I have had to unfortunately deal with him. Subsequently it's always the same. After placing the order, he tells you 1 price an proceed to punch a different amount into the till. Strangely always less.? Not sure why??? Once you call him out he will make every excuse to hide it, Tonight " Language Barrier".. Stay away! In the case you can't, get a receipt.

Always order from them and USUALLY are good to me and my family. Close to home so convenient. Skimpy on the portions especially for what the prices are and always have to ask for extra to get the portion right... Always seem to be in a rush on the phone when ordering, not cool.

Best pizza shop in town! The owner/operator is super friendly, and treats his customers as if they were friends, and he remembers the order just by looking at the number calling!! Food is fantastic and fresh every time

I've been going here since I was a kid. It's my favorite pizza/grinder place around. The food hasn't changed and that's the best part. The owner is very friendly and personable and it makes the experience stand out from a lot of other places.

Pizza is greasy and i dont like the pizza crust, it is very plain with no flavor to it. I was told its premade frozen pizza crust which would make since as to why it has no flavor. The grinders arent bad most of the time. The owner is a nice guy but he should look into updating his menu and food vendors!

Horrible, Steak and onion sub with grizzly cold steak and half a cup of raw onions on top. Italian sub with nothing but bologna, soggy bread and mayo that was all over the outside of the sub roll. Never again.

The owner is unfriendly and dull. The Apartment hes working out of is very dull.. Its super hot and uncomfortable in here they dont even have the fans running.. Im hoping they didnt sweat in my food.. Theres no music .. I ordered my food to eat in and he put it in a to go box like get your food and get out.. Im so disappointed in the quality of service. I highly recommend going somewhere else.. I feel sorry for the Town of Baldwinville that they have such a dumpster of a pizza place. Anyone that left a good review is literally lying and or the owner gave them a penny discount.

Special 1 was great. But still can’t find anyone who can make an Italian grinder properly. Only salami and bologna. The sub places should all know the basics. Really !“The Italian sandwich is prepared using a long bread roll or bun with meats such as salami, mortadella, capicolla and ham along with provolone, tomato, onion, sour pickle, green bell pepper, Greek olives, olive oil or salad oil, salt and black pepper.” The internet or Google !
