Customer service: quiet, strong, and genuine, just like how I like my coffee first thing in the morning. Also their chocolate chocolate chip muffin was totes tasty. Give this place a look-see. Also: they have a buy X# coffees, get Y free, so that's a plus.

Ordered a sympathy arrangement online for delivery to a friend, checkout process was easy. They called immediately to inform me they were out of that product because they receive flowers daily to ensure they are fresh, it was late in the day, so they said they'd deliver next day (very reasonable considering the timing). I appreciated the quick, polite communication and the flowers arrived without issue. They are absolutely gorgeous-- possibly nicer than they looked on the website. My friend loved them!

After driving by for a few years finally stopped in to pick up some fresh cut flowers and was so glad I did. Customer service is excellent, friendly and genuine. Flowers were beautiful and fresh and the coffee was great too! Prices are very reasonable, definitely will be back.

Ordered 36 small bouquets for bridal shower at my home. The bride to be had a very specific request for floral arrangements and Pinards delivered exactly as she wanted. We consulted on the design at the store, they communicated with me on price, and delivered to the house exactly as expected on the sat of the shower.I will be a repeat customer!!

I mostly stop in for coffee or iced tea, an occasional muffin if I am on the run. The florist part of the business is great for pre-planned events or if you need to last minute saving face flowers. They deliver and Tina is always friendly when she arrives at your door.

Purchased a floral arrangement for my friend Andrea. She owns the Littleton Cafe, and has been very good to me since moving to Littleton four years ago. Pinnard’s arrangement was the most beautiful I have ever seen. Andrea was very surprised and pleased by the delivery.Later that same day, I called and thanked the owner for going above and beyond.

I recently ordered flowers for my boss- who had major heart surgery. The flowers are beautiful- always are. I am sad that my Boss’ name was incorrectly spelt on both cards. My boss owns a restaurant in the same town as Pinard’s. I also spelt her name to the person who took the order.
