I don’t know what type of stupid these people are on but I had to go back to the store 3 times for them to fix my very simple order and they just could not do it. I ordered a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese on the side, that’s it. First time I open the bag and there’s a whole tub of cream cheese on my bagel so I go back and explain what happened they were happy to give me another bagel, they give me the wrong bagel and no cream cheese so I go back AGAIN and then give me another wrong bagel with the cream cheese on it. I don’t understand what is so hard about throwing a sesame seed bagel in a bag with a thing of cream cheese as someone who has worked in fast food it’s actually wild how incompetent these people were.

I went this morning, (even tipped), and once again my order was wrong and my latte tasted burnt. Pretty sure they used iced coffee and not espresso. Won't be going back. Thank God for the king st location in Littleton that remade it with no issue!UPDATE: I gave it another try a couple days ago, and my order was wrong, and the manager (younger Spanish girl) was rude and was swearing at me. NEVER will I drop another penny here.

Edit- over the past few weeks they've actually gotten way better with all the complaints I had so I'm updating my scoreI really wish this place could just get the bagels right? Everything. Else about this place is great good customer service But unfortunately any time you order something Warm or toasted it always comes back cold for barely warm even if you ask for it extra toasted.

It all depends what time you go. In the morning the staff is friendly and quick with orders. Don't bother going in the afternoon , you will wait atleast 10 minutes before giving your order. You would think since it takes so long , that your order would be made right, which isn't the case. If it is made right then enjoy your cold food or your watered down coffee.If you need a coffee in the afternoon, just drive the extra 5 minutes to the dunkins in Shirley , which is always good and fast service. Trust me you will actually save time driving the extra few miles.

Your typical Dunkin'experience. The Fast food world of coffee slinging. My latte was well blended and tasted great. Food is fairly mediocre, nothing special. Service is usually pretty good, occasionally they miss that a mobile order came through, but it's no big deal. Very limited seating in this location, but most people are here to be in & out to get their caffeine fix anyhow.Parking: Just enough spots for comers and goers to walk in and get what they need. Definitely wouldn't bring a large group here.

So I have been to a lot I’m talking a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts and by far this is literally the best one I’ve ever been to. Everyone worked as a team extremely organized, it was very clean, customer service was awesome. Everyone was super nice, and the quickest, my coffee order has ever come out, That’s with 5+ coffees and muffins toasted. I just wish that this Dunkin’ Donuts was next to my house.

I come here every morning on my way to work. They have made my coffee right maybe one time every other time the coffee is just bitter with an awful taste. Even if you order online I promise you they will still mess up your order even if it seems impossible

This Dunkin is the Best. My roommate and I get breakfast and coffee every morning they're there fast they're friendly this morning I had to call because I only had a little bit of money and I want to make sure I had enough for coffee and she was so nice to me I just can't get over the the customer service that they offer best place in the world I can go anytime and I get fast friendly courteous service they are the best recommend anybody to go there

I usually don't leave reviews for coffee places but these guys went above and beyond and wanted to share a piece of my gratitude. Lu -"sorry for any misspelling" helped us out and was extremely helpful and kind. Its crazy thinking someone at Dunkin donuts could go above and beyond but they did. Very nice , warm , welcoming atmosphere and Lu-thank you again. Our installers who got the coffee and donuts where super appreciative. Will come back to see you guys.

They never make any of my families coffee correct. Sometimes they put regular sugar even though they’re diabetic and need the other sweetener. i’m lactose intolerant and when i ask for almond milk, i’d like to receive it. My family doesn’t need to get sick because of lack of paying attention. The coffee never tastes right, and when i get it from a different location it tastes better for some reason?

The staff on 12/27 in Ayer, MA was super friendly and showed great customer service. The employee who took my order at the drive up was very articulate and repeated my order back to me. Thank you for a great experience!

I come here multiple times per week and I must say it's one of the fastest and most efficient drive-thrus I've ever visited. Wait times at the drive-thru are very short. They almost always offer my dog a munchkin. The other drive-thrus in town could take a lesson from this place (I'm looking at you Ayer McDonalds). I can't speak for the service inside the restaurant but the drive-thru gets 5 stars from me!

Disorganized. 6 people there and i had to wait for some guy in the back. Ordered my drink, very simple. Espresso machine wasn't working so i stood there waiting anxiously with few min before work. No one explaining whats going on. Finally got my coffee and it wasn't what i asked for. What a wasted trip that caused me to be late for work. Never again. I'll go to the one in Shirley or Groton from now on, even though both out of my way but atleast they know what they're doing

ordering one of the new sourdough breakfast sandwiches.as advertised: 2 fried eggs, bacon, cheese, etc. (i did request sausage instead of bacon so that much at the very least is on me, but not the rest of their failures.as received = 1 fried egg (not as advertised)Bread = not toastedcheese - what? barely?I had to go back and turn in my sandwich for one that was like...literally the one they advertise. the workers on the grill didn't apparently even know this sandwich was supposed to get 2 fried eggs.Dunks, I RUN ON YOU. The ice coffee I got taste like dirt and had no ice. I was told that I was "all set" and there was an item of the 4 I got missing. I paid for everything I ordered and didn't receive it all at 1:45 on a Saturday when it wasn't even busy there. They have lost me as a customer seeing as this wasn't the first time this has happened.

I've always had okay service here and never an issue. But coffee shops on hot days are meant to be cool and a place to relax and chat, especially off the rail trail. I just walked in from outside where it's at least 85° and got into the vestibule and the temp soared up at least 10°.....and thought the sun heated it and it was trapped. Then I walk into the shop lobby and it's at least 100° in there. That is insane someone can leave they're workers in temps like that without addressing it. I had to go back outside it was just too insanely hot in there. Been here for at least 1 hour and I see no H.V.A.C. truck at all anywhere. Shame on you management!!!!!
