I started Ayer Family Pharmacy last Spring/Summer. It was the best decision ever made. The extra miles, the personal rapport, delivery, goes beyond measure. As a baby boomer, this amazing family pharmacy has surpassed all my expectations! This patient is a very happy one to be part of the Ayer Family Pharmacy.

Nicest pharmacy I’ve ever been into. Came because my son’s prescription was out of stock at CVS and Ayer Family Pharmacy could fill it. There’s something to be said about using a small town pharmacy. The staff was incredible, not like robots at the big pharmacies, everyone is so kind and wholesome. You can tell the owners respect their employees and truly value them. Pharmacy was very well kept and clean. The best part is they are fast and efficient, both times in I was in and out and never had to wait long. They’ve earned a customer for life. Thank you!!!

This is what a REAL example of a pharmacy is - the pharmacists are extremely genuine & they go above & beyond what they should have to do to help their customers. I had other pharmacies give me issues with my sons nebulizer medications but ayer family pharmacy has never given me ANY issues at all even made calls to our insurance company to fix any issues or ask questions they needed answers to as well as keeping me posted & treated me with respect! Love love love this pharmacy!! 1000% Recommended

I'm so happy I changed pharmacies. This is close to my home. The staff has been awesome. I haven't experienced any Mix-Ups or long delays and waiting for prescriptions like other pharmacies. I wish them success in Ayer, and hope they're not community for years to come. Thank you for everything all the staff has been wonderful.

I continue to be impressed by the Ayer Family Pharmacy's professionalism, excellent customer service even when dealing with difficult situations. The entire staff's goal is always to "take care of the customer".When I first came to the Ayer Family Pharmacy, I had a glitch of how many days my prescription was written for at the doctors office. The staff realized I would be charged more vs a mail order. They consulted my doctor and my payments were reduced dramatically.In addition, chain pharmacies don't deliver your medication. How many times have we all driven to the pharmacy not feeling well after a doctors visit to get medication?? How many without transportation would benefit from a pharmacy delivery?Ayer Family Pharmacy takes care of their customers!!Ayer FAMILY Pharmacy brings back the exceptional customer service we all remember around the corner!Thank you to the entire TEAM of the Ayer Family Pharmacy for helping me reduce my medication costs, exceptional customer service, and making our town look beautiful!

Great little town pharmacy. Stopped in for a flu shot and they took good care of me. Btw, they were playing one on Elvis' last concerts on the t.v. while I waited. Awesome.well stocked, super freindly. Great little pharmacy.

Always super friendly and understanding which makes for a headache free trip to the pharmacy! Refills are always fast and done with care. The hours make it easy to drop by whenever I have free time. Amazing cutomer service and the only pharmacy I'll be using from now on!

I can’t say enough good things about this new pharmacy! The store is nicely kept and has a little bit of everything. More importantly the staff is amazing! They’re extremely friendly and helpful unlike basically all chain pharmacies anywhere around here! It’s usually a headache getting my prescriptions filled at cvs and I can honestly say that it was enjoyable today, Bye bye cvs!I highly recommend this great new pharmacy!

They discriminate... During a medication shortage (inability to locate stock anywhere), the pharmacist said, and I quote : " we only fill prescriptions for certain people who live close by, in neighboring towns." I'm about 6 miles away..... 🤣

High prices and bad selection of otc items. Rude and gossiping employees. I suspect they are only nice if they know you. No issues with getting scripts filled, it's everything else that needs work.
