Bought a whole new 40 gallon fish tank and setup for fresh water community. Slaves person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't push things I didn't have to buy right away. Got a few sale items which saved me almost $70 bucks. Only reason I rated 4 stars, was because some of the fish were dead. Since this is a new tank, I won't add fish for another week.

Very successful visit! Staff are warm, friendly and helpful! Found the extra strength Nature's Miracle Stain and Odor remover product for cats here after searching numerous other pet stores and Home Depot! Yay!

Everyone at this location was kind and friendly, but also very efficient! We were able to bring our fuzzy family member to get his nails done and have dog training. My young son was with us and he's a talkative little guy, but everyone was kind, patient and respectful of him as well. We, as a family, are very appreciative!

A really well rounded pet store, offering supplies for almost all domesticated pets.A large array of fish too!I walked around looking at so many dog items, that I kept wanting to buy my little dog. Quite expensive, compared with Amazon, and made in China as well.Very polite and knowledgeable staff! Just go and get lost in a wonderland of pet gifts.Enjoy! They have good grooming there as well. My neighbor gets his dog groomed there and the dog looks great!

I gave it 1 star because, although I had never had any problems before, on my most recent trip there, when I got to the register, the girl there was very rude to me and my boys because my son (who is on the spectrum) moved the card reader toward himself to see if it had the capability for tapping & something happened to it. She then called the floor manager and told him that my son had been "rough-housing" with it and although he apologized, she kept repeating it

Has a bad smell in the store. Like some sort of decay. I was looking for a dog harness but had to leave due to the pungent smell. If i need petco, ill be driving to braintree if it is still there or another location

We got our dog Mandoo groomed here today and cannot be any happier!!! Erica is AMAZING! Bichon cuts are quite difficult, but she is the only groomer we have had who can make our dog look like those bichons in megazines!

Went to Petco and upgraded my fish tank filter from a three-stage to this new one the guy and the fish section of the store is very nice and extremely helpful on helping me with my decisions and helping me find exactly what I needed for the chemicals to clear up the cloudy water for the goldfish tank everything seems to be clearing up now seems to know what he's talking about

Petco in Taunton plaza was not the best, no staff around when I was In aquarium section purchasing fish & noticed dead fish in some tanks just laying there, they deffenitly need a upgrade in store along with making it more customer friendly.

I am a new dog owner, and trying to navigate everything has been pretty hit or miss until this point. When I spoke to a friend of mine about coming here, I didn't get a solid vote of confidence- which worried me.Turned out the appointment I thought I had was for next week, not this week. Shannon told me that normally she only handles small sized dogs but she could try to make an exception for my 50lb Golden mix rescue, Daisy.Daisy had never had her nails trimmed before, and was very anxious when given baths. Shannon said that despite her size, she was able to manage quite well.I realize that this sort of situation is out of the ordinary, but I was met with unexpected respect, compassion and understanding. This has been a much needed boost in my step, knowing that my dog in her excitement will not scratch me when I come home. I got good, solid recommendations for a veterinarian which is very timely. We will certainly be back. Important to note: not every dog is like my sweet Daisy, but she and I had a wonderful experience which will improve our quality of life.

My baby Jax went for a grooming service and I was extremely unhappy- 3 days later he smelled and I paid $73 including tip. My JAX was also sick during his visit diarrhea for 2 days straight. Call the South Weymouth location and was told they will call me back and never got back to me….he went in the afternoon he didn’t have diarrhea before his visit. At the location he had 3 accidents and more outside.

My go-to place for my rescued Corgi/Poodle's food. The staff is always right there if you have questions and will even go search out a product for you. Love em! Even more to love...their groomers are top-notch! My boy was seriously overgrown...Look at him now! Great job guys!

Got this cutie from the store, the employees were extremely kind and understanding when showing me how to take care of him. There is even an area where you can bring your dog to get groomed and watch! Great place.

If I could give 0 stars I would give negative 5. Rude lazy staff. Always outside smoking or standing around talking. Store is always a mess no stock available. But can't stress how bad the staff is.

Used to be a great store - now one I will avoid due to the rude staff there. Asked for help and got a one-worded "nope" from one staff member, then asked another one about a product it states the store has available in stock online and got told if I didn't see it on the shelf they didn't have it and wouldn't look for it. I ended up leaving the items I was going to purchase and walked out. I'll travel 15 minutes out of my way now to avoid this location.

Normally I’m not a fan of this location, BUT I’m giving it 5 stars because of TASHA! I was in there tonight and the level of knowledge she had regarding my situation with 2 Ferrell kittens was astounding! She is an asset to this store and I am grateful for her help tonight! Such a sweet lady, very helpful and patient and just all around great customer service and work ethic! Thanks Tasha you helped us so much!

This was the worst location I've ever been to. I walk in and there's about 6 people standing at the register just talking about nothing important. Wasnt greeted at all. Looked around for a good 20 minutes before I could find what I was looking for just for them not to have it. No one could care to even help me until it was time for me to leave

Crystal F took 3 hrs to give my dog a simple Bath w/ haircut. I dropped my dog off at 3:20 and she was done at 6. I didn’t want too much shaved or cut and she said ok then I come back and my mini poodle has 10% of his body fur left. Not sure why it took so long I didn’t book any special add on services, but thanks I guess.
