I took my yorkie for the first time today to k9 ranch for grooming and I was very disappointed.Her hair was somewhat long when I brought her in and she was completely shaved when I picked her up.... she doesn't even look like a yorkie anymore.... very very disappointing and I won't be bringing my yorkie to k9 anymore....

Amazing service!!! I had a nice conversation with the owner and she was great with my dog who is afraid of getting her nails cut. It was an amazing experience at the groomer and will definitely be going back for all of our grooming needs. Thank you very much for having such a wonderful service!

Brought my daughter's very hairy dog to be groomed yesterday. I would vacuum & a minute later-hair everywhere.She had 2 bad experiences at another groomer & they never finished her grooming. She would come home looking like the Grinch with hairy paws. She has sensitive feet.I explained the situation with Frankie & she assured me that they would be able to groom her.Well she came out amazing. She looked good, & acted like she was the prettiest dog in the house.The atmosphere at K9 Ranch is calming. and Frankie makes you feel like your pooch is in great hands- (She was definitely)I would highly recommend K9 Ranch grooming. Terrific experience.

Recently had my dog groomed at K9 Ranch. Everyone that knows me knows how I feel about “My Lucy”.Facility was very clean.Frankie ( groomer) very knowledgeable in all areas of my dogs general health. She was professional, and has a love & passion for animals that shows the way she greets your pet the second you walk through the door. She couldn’t have been any more accommodating and was willing to start earlier than her normal schedule to match my schedule to groom my dog.My dog looks beautiful !!!!!I highly recommend taking your dog to the K9 ranch to see Frankie.!!!!!!!!!!!$

My dog,Mango, was sprayed by a skunk and I called K9 Ranch to help clean up my poor dog. Frankie was able to fit Mango in!Not only did Mango smell soooo much better, she was very soft and very well groomed when I picked her up. We found a new groomer!

Frankie is always caring in her work. She groomed my American Eskimo Frosty for over 13.5 yrs. As frosty grew older she took extra time with him and was very gentle. I am still with Frankie with my new dog Bindi and she has been great with her as well. Highly recommended her to anyone!!

I’ve been bringing my dogs to Frankie for some 17 years. She does a great job, she’s thorough, easy to work with and she really cares about her clients, human and dog! I don’t mind driving a little further to get to her “spa!” My Yorkshire Terrier always looks and smells great after her spa day! My pup is a bit nervous and Frankie always takes time to snuggle her at first to ease her in!

My parents always took their dogs to Frankie, so when I got married and had my own furry kids, I naturally went to Frankie. She takes care of each animal as they are her own. I recently had to cancel an appointment because my dog had surgery. She called a few days after the surgery just to see how the dog was doing.. Not sure how many groomers would do that! My dog always looks amazing when she is groomed by Frankie!

My 16 year old “puppy” is my world and I needed to find a groomer who would care for him as he’s aging and requires extra love. Frankie is amazingly awesome explaining and sharing her knowledge and recommendations of what to do in between grooming appts. You can see how she loves and enjoys what she does! There is no one else I trust with my retired champion and show quality poodles than Franki at K9 Ranch. She came highly recommend to me over 12 years ago and has groomed all three of my dogs. She takes the time to consult with you, discuss the best options and cut for your breed and condition of their coat. She is acclaimed by other professional groomers and people in the pet industry as the epitome of what to look for in a groomer. She always puts my pets health and safety first no matter what. The grooming area is spotless and she has only one family drop off at a time so she can give you and your dogs her full attention. I relocated from Charlotte and was desperate to find a unique dog groomer. My dog Storm was used to one groomer where grooming was done with other dogs he knew. He was so afraid of strangers, others dogs and being separated from me. I stressed to find any groomer that would even deal with a dog that barks like he does until I came across reviews and called K-9 Ranch. Franki was so incredible and knowledgeable about what she does, I immediately felt a sense of calm. I knew I found "our person". She continued to educate me and make a plan for Storm's grooming. As soon as Storm met Franki, I was shocked when he was calm with her. It's true what they say that dogs know "good people". She has a kind heart and soul. We recently moved to Avon and needed to find a new groomer in the area for my 4 year old Pug. After tons of research & checking out different locations, I decided to try K9 Ranch and I'm thrilled I chose them. They treat my pug so well and do amazing work. My pug's coat looks so shiny, her skin looks healthy again and her nails are perfectly trimmed. Not only do they do amazing work but they treat our pug extremely well and are very reasonably priced. If you're looking for a new groomer, I'd recommend K9 Ranch - you'll be very happy with your choice and so will your pooch.

I have a 4 year old male Yorkie, over the years I have taken him to several groomers, only to be disappointed time after time. I was so unsure taking my 10 year old Great Pyr to a new place. When I got there it was so professional, clean and they made me feel so welcome and secure.
