I ordered a door that got delivered in the rain. I asked for a new door to replace the other door. They charge me for a second door. Didn’t refund me for the first door. Second door didn’t get delivered. Old stained door didn’t get picked up. Online it’s saying it got delivered and the delivery team claims it got delivered. Now I’m out paying for 2 doors and stuck with a stained door.No one online or at the store could help. The whole thing seems scammy and I’m wanting to avoid paying a 3rd time for.

I’ve rented/attempted to rent maybe 6 times from this store. On more than half the occasions, the store has had catastrophic IT issues. Really good staff but don’t consider it a guarantee that you’ll walk out with what you came in for.

For Truckers :Good location , easy access and good size parking lot . Lots of room to back your truck . FastUnloading . Make sure to follow rules :Chock both wheels , lower landing gear ;turn truck off ; stay inside receiving . Professional staff ( not very friendly ) other than that it was a good place !Thanks a lot . Be safe !

Home Depot just lost a formerly loyal customer. After more than an hour struggling with the corporate customer service, I called my local Auburn store to try to get help with an order. The customer service rep at the Auburn store could not have been more rude if he'd tried. He said I had to call corporate. I told him I already tried that and asked for anyone else who could help. His response, verbatim: "Do you want the number or not?" Seriously, this is what you call customer service? I am now a loyal LOWE'S customer. Won't shop at this or any other Home Depot again.

By far the worst Home Depot I’ve been to. People working there are clueless and don’t care at all. Every single person working was like that. Store itself was reasonably well stocked just don’t expect any help.

I like home depot, all of the options they have etc. But I was very disappointed after leaving the one in auburn tonight. Me and my honey stopped there because he desperately needed items for next morning's job, but the "manager" seemed more concerned about getting people out of the store than selling products. It was 9 o'clock when my boyfriend went to check out and the guy told him "No you can't, I shut down all the registers." When I had JUST checked out at the other end of the store... The other employee who checked me out said he could still check out my boyfriends items at his register, when he went back down to retrieve the items, the so call manager once again stopped him.. stating it was too late... Who refuses a sale!? Customer servicw at its finest 🙄So completely rude.... That "manager" needs better training.

I could not find the remote wireless thermometers where I usually have found them. I looked for an associate and found Sandy and she took me where they now . If it weren't for Sandy in the Auburn, Ma location I would.have never ever found them! This is not the first time she has helped me locate something. And it is always with a smile. Thank you Sandy!

My boyfriend and I come in often with his German shepherd. He is really friendly and very well trained. When shopping today in the hardware section an older male employee with white hair was helping another customer. He decided to make multiple rude comments after seeing our dog and another customers puppy as if we could not hear him. He said things like “I don’t like that we have dogs in here, it is not hygienic, they don’t look like service animals…” and so on. Both dogs were being very well behaved and leashed. When we (us and the fellow customers) addressed his comments and his behavior he became direct but even more rude. Telling us “it is against the policy to have dogs here and that they shouldn’t be here.” I informed him we are here at least once a week and he has been the only one to make such a comment. He walked away and continued making rude comments as if we could not hear him. This made the rest of our shopping trip very uncomfortable and unpleasant. While checking out we brought up this encounter with another employee at the garden center. Sam (the employee) informed us that leashed and well behaved dogs are allowed. She was very sweet and apologetic but after hearing that my boyfriend and I became even more upset. Causing me to pull a whole Karen and write this novel. I almost gave 0 stars but I couldn’t do that to Sam. 1 star for Sam.

Went in today around 7am with some questions about deck paint. Kevin in the paint department is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't get the manager's name but they were also very helpful. There is a Home Depot closer to my house but I go to this one because it's always just been a better experience.

Stopped in from out of town to look at washer and dryer combos. Lisa in appliances was very helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions and helped us decide which washer/dryer to purchase when we get back home from our trip. More Home Depot stores need associates like this. Thank you Lisa

Jean in plumbing was a great help. Not only did he tell us where the item was but he walked us to the item and compared it to the parts we brought and made sure we had the correct item. Great service and a rare find in my experience!

Good luck trying to find a lumber or drywall cart here. You'll spend 30 minutes looking for a cart to buy one item. Total waste of time.And it's been almost a year and they refuse to buy more carts. 6:30 am with 4 customers in the whole store and not one single cart

My 77 year old dad went to buy and pick up 10 bags of concrete mix weighing 80 lbs each. My dad asked for help to load the bags on the truck and the workers refused to help. What kind of service is this Home Depot? Your workers should be fired for this poor service! What was the reason for not helping him? Was it his skin color or his age? Shame on you for this ! Do better! That will be the last time my dad goes there for anything!

This Home Depot is great. It has everything I was looking for and more. Not as many people working in this one though. I was in the gardening section for thirty minutes and no one was around or came up to me asking if I needed help. Trust me I looked like I needed it.

Now day 21 and just found out Home Depot is self-insured and that Sedgewick is their claims adjuster. So if they wanted to settle this claim quickly and not lose a good customer, they would.This company does not back up their delivery service. nor do they maintain their equipment. Had delivery, the hydraulic hose let go dumping fluid all over my driveway and the street. Filed a claim but their insurance company (Sedgewick) giving me the runaround. Called home depot customer care - nothing they can do. Told I just have to wait and deal with Sedgewick. Will be closing my credit card account and will be dealing with Lowes instead

Staff is incompetent and unhelpful. The cashier read my total back to me 6-6-3-9-9-8. Then as I waited for my order to be brought out (pallets of shingles), a young man came out to tell me that his shift ends in 5 minutes so we have to wait "a long time" for someone else to bring it out. Price match is a joke. Next time I'll just go to Lowe's.

The system tends to be always down.Alot of money goes through here on a daily basis, they could say least make their computers and staff a bit more efficient.Not all staff is lazy, but if I order something for pick up the next morning and I tell them at what time I will come in and pick up, I at least expect everything to be together and not have to go myself and pull everything from the shelves.The service at Home Depot is honestly bad. I have issues with returns and sometimes also customer service.
