We went to Dinkis in auburn after our bearded dragon had a prolapse after calling a vet and them giving us an out a huge quote I knew someone who works with the owner Brian. We went out there and he took very good care of the bearded dragon in about 30 mins told us how to care for him a little more and also let our daughter hold some snakes which she loved. I would highly recommend him if you need to purchase any reptiles or have and medical problems that is the place to go . Very reasonable and willing to help.

Found this place while looking for feeders for my tarantulas and really enjoyed my visit. Well organized, good displays, friendly atmosphere.The man working(assuming owner) was very friendly and gave me a great price in the feeders I bought. The prices in general seem very reasonable.Looking forward to my next visit.

Brian is well educated in his field and took great care in taking care of my grandsons lizard that was sick.my grandson was very happy to see his lizard looking and feeling much better great job brian.keep up the great work you do. Went there because a beardie I got yrs ago from brian got sick went there he looked ay him found out what was wrong gave me so much info on how to treat and care for him while he is sick very professinonal and very knowledgeable about the reptiles wold recommend any one to go there amazing place to go to treat you like family. Always go there for any reptile needs or info again amazing place to go.

Brought my chameleon to see if they knew what was wrong with him. The vet/owner was great! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful. We went today for a bearded dragon and the whole set up and Brian and his entire team were beyond helpful! The prices were so reasonable, the animals all seemed so well taken care of. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this place 100%

Awesome staff! I came in tonight right before close and everyone was super chill and helpful. The owner is a great guy. The animals looked well taken care of and in good health. Also, all of the enclosures are put together very nicely. You can tell they really care about the pets they have there! 10 out of 10 will go back again!

Dinky is worth the drive and the time to check it all out.. absolutely get prices amazing and beautiful reptiles and tarantulas. Every tarantula I've bought there all 11 😁 have been great with handling and very beautiful in color and in looks all very healthy. Also have gotten frogs,lizards and snakes from them. The snakes we got we're amazing in price for the breeds they get. I was scared s#*&@less of tarantulas and snakes and the owner broke my fear in one day lol now my fears are my pets and love it.. check them out.👍👍👍🦎🐢🐍🐸🕷️

My opinion on the store is that it has good deals and good animals but sadly as with any reptile they can get sick and die like my leopard gecko from theirnI have a new gecko who is perfectly healthy and happy

My own personal experience was great! The owners are extremely knowledgeable about the animals ! My family goes in regularly for visits but this time I went to get a leopard gecko for my daughters bday. I planned to get a tank from them but the owner was on the phone so i told him id be right back and he stopped me asked what i was looking for offered me the tank all the geckos were in with everything in plus feeder worms for one amazing price. He just moved the rest of the geckos to another tank. I ended up buying two geckos. He even gave me alot of info and told me he does all the vet care. Impressive! I love this place!

First visit here and I was impressed! Owner was extremely friendly, very helpful and knowledgable. Answered my questions about care for one of my other lizards and assisted with my choosing a new gecko. Lots of different species in one store - snakes, lizards, turtles, and turantuals too. Enclosures are very clean and properly set up, animals look very healthy and well cared for. Truly a hidden gem for the central Massachusetts herper and worth the drive for those who aren't nearby. I'll definitely be back!

What a great find in the Worcester area! Had what I thought could be a GI emergency with a leopard gecko swallowing a small piece of damp Spanish moss. Store staff calmly explained my options and I brought my gecko in to the store for a checkup. Brian expertly handled the little gal, scanned her with a light to confirm no moss was lodged in her throat and checked out her general health. All was deemed well. Thank you Brian and team for being there and being so knowledge about reptile care!We’ll be back!

Called last night, owner said he would probably be open around 11:30 tomorrow , now being today even though they aren’t scheduled to open until 2. So, we planned based on the 2 o’clock just in case as we are an hour away. We end up arriving around 1:10, no big deal to wait until 2. 2 O’clock comes and goes, customers come and go, by 2:20 an unhappy customer who is familiar was there told us the guy is never there when he supposed to be. Needless to say, there were 3 customers including us that left by 2:30. Had the customer not told us the guy is never there when he supposed to be, I would have chalked it up too must have been an emergency. But now I look at it as inconsiderate. Moral of the story, don’t count on the scheduled hours of this business as your time is not as precious as the owners.

This place is great! The owner has always been there to help me out, whether it's advice or help w my existing animals, or getting a new one (which they always have great selections). He also has decor items that you just can't find at the reg pet shops.

Great customer service but very over priced. Being over priced is not the reason for the 2 star review. They often leave the shop, mid day, and put up a sign saying they'll be back in 20 minutes but they do not return for 90 minutes or longer. If this happened once, no big deal. But it happens all the time. They close on random days. I completely understand that things come up but when it 4-6 times a month, maybe running a business isn't for them

Overall the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a fantastic selection of animals, and for the most part their animals are in alright conditions. The owner, however, was very rude and gave us incorrect information about the spider ball python we were looking at. Doing our own research beforehand as well as verifying that research after showed that spiders usually have neurological disorders. The owner denied this and claimed it was all "bad breeding", that caused the disorder. He also claimed that the spider we ended up taking home as a rescue was "perfectly fine". When we brought him home, he had clear signs of issues, including flipping upside down and not anchoring correctly. In short, the owner confidently gave us completely false information and essentially called us gullible for believing all the hours of research we did. We will not be going there again, but it's a shame, because everyone else who works there is kind and wonderful, and clearly care about the animals.

Brian and the rest of the crew are Awsome! So much knowledge and Great prices. They all were very helpful. I was so satisfied with my visit that I had to bring my family in the next day and purchase more snakes. The starter kit was all set up for me while I viewed more of their animals since I didn't have anything ready for my new ball python. Their customer service was so exceptional I will be going back soon!

Love Dinky Reptiles. The coolest reptiles and other pets. They always have new animals. Pretty much every time I go there I see something awesome I have never seen before. Private owned pet shops have been unfortunately not as common because of companies like petco and pet smart. I have seen the prices of corporate pet shops going up and up. Dinkys is still reasonable. Very informative if you have any questions. Great place.

This is the best reptile place I have ever been to. The owner is extremely kind and knowledgeable and answers all you questions thoroughly. The prices are the best compared to any other pet store and everything is extremely affordable. I could tell that he truly cared about both the costumer and the animals. He wanted to make shire the animal was the right fit for our household and at no point did I feel pressured in to buying anything. He took the time to give the pros and the cons to everything. The owner was happy to let me hold the animals for a good amount of time. I would recommend this place to anyone just starting out with reptiles and amphibians or more experienced owners.

So, I called yesterday at 5:54pm, twice, and left a voicemail with my name, inquiry, and phone number. The hours listed say the store is open till 7pm. I also messaged the stores Instagram at 5:59pm to ask why no one answered.... And I STILL have yet to receive a call back. Is this a trend? I also had gone to the physical location on October 14th, 2022 to see what snakes were available because it was my birthday and my boyfriend wanted to get me a snake. I called because the shop was closed (I called at 3:39pm). I'm all for supporting local business but the way the shop handles potential new customers is unprofessional. No signs on the door indicating that they were at a reptile convention.... And I STILL WASN'T CONTACTED WHEN I FIRST CALLED IN OCTOBER. It is exhausting trying to contact this shop but I'm sure you'll respond to my review. I won't be calling or coming here ever.
