I had come into Rumford looking for a particular type of litter I was asked to get by my vet so they could do some tests on my cat. After speaking with the employee at the register and going through the aisle together, it seemed they sadly didn't have what I was looking for. However, they were very knowledgeable and offered me a couple alternatives they used with their on pet that I could try instead to basically get the results I was looking for. I am delighted to say it worked perfectly and I am very thankful for the employee's help! I really wish I had decided to take the receipt so I could name the person who helped me out in this review but instead, I'll just say: thank you to the sweet young person with glasses working Monday evening that helped me over by the litter!I will definitely be coming back for the amazing selection, great prices, and wonderfully sweet staff.

I absolutely LOVE Rumford Pet. All of the employees are very friendly, their reward programs are very helpful, and the online ordering is spot on. Combine all of those things with it being a small business, and you've got a winner. I highly recommend.

Brought my dog in to use the self bathing station this past week. Very clean and tidy place! The staff were very nice and accommodating. My dog did not love the bath but it went as well as it could! Definitely recommend this place!

Awesome!! Got my dogs CBD and toys here. The two young ladies that were working were so knowledgeable and helpful thank you!! They really care about your pet and what your pets needs are. I highly recommend and again thank you to the two young ladies that helped me today.

The BEST pet store. Everyone working there is so knowledgeable and helpful. They truly know what’s best for your dog. After I had a conversation with an employee, I knew I wouldn’t be shopping anywhere else from there on out. Honestly, they were more helpful with food/allergy recommendations than my vet was.On top of the amazing employees, they give you free samples so you can try the different foods before committing to buying a whole bag. It is clean, organized, and they have the best and healthiest products. Love this place, highly recommend checking it out!

Rumford Pet Express offers a large variety of pet foods. We give our dog Northwest Naturals freeze dried nuggets, which is a good, healthy diet for her. It's always in stock, so we never have to worry about not getting the right food for her. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Excellent selection of all high quality foods for your pets health and longevity in having a happy life and age. Staff willing to take the time to share knowledge and open to gain what they may not know yet. Kind and caring, I would HIGHLY recommend to the serious animal owner considering the fact that we are their masters and it is our decision in what they are eating! Better food equals less vet saving you money and your pets good health!

Great concept, great all natural brands... however they only mostly carry the bside versions of tiki, applause and small batch.People are very nice.I will obviously still shop here. 3 stars oy because I have ro special order some things.

I love this place! Recently started taking my 3 year old shepherd and buying her healthier foods from here, within a month I noticed a difference in her coat growth. The staff is very knowledgeable , kinda expensive( expect to pay 20$ more for food) but worth it for your fur babies.

I didn't know they had a self serve dog grooming room until I saw a post of theirs on Instagram. Our dog is 120lbs so it's very hard to bathe him in our small bathtub. We made a reservation at Rumford Pet Express today. It was perfect! It was clean, they provided everything for us and the staff was very nice. We've already recommended them to a few family members.

They offer a very good selection of healthy pet foods but their prices are a bit steep. I prefer to order online from other retailers to save money but in a pinch I come here since they are the only local store to offer the brands I purchase. Cannot find same brands at major pet stores. Staff typically very helpful and friendly.

Great and friendly staff! I recently went here for the first time and was looking for a specific type of item (hypoallergenic cat grooming wipes) the girl on the floor helped me find some but they were out of my price range. She then continued to look for other ones that were for both cats and dogs, and at a much better price! I am completely happy and satisfied with my purchase, and they work great! My cats love them too. Much better than the ones I used to buy at petco. These ones are all natural and at a much better price as well. I also bought some new cat toys that day as well, and my cats have been LOVING them! Everything was worth it, and I look forward to coming back from here on out! New favorite pet supply store! Can't wait to check out the whole CBD oil selection next time!

A little pricey and the brand of food I buy my cat is rarely in stock. The staff isnt that helpful either. Other than that, it is a large store and has some fun finds.

First self cleaning room is great, while in the past thighs were great but today, Mason I believe was his name was not very helpful. While the cleaning rooms were occupied he said one was going to be empty in about a half hour so I waited. When the person left I went up to pay and he now tells me it will be 25 minutes before he cleans it! Why not just tell me an hour from the beginning instead of wasting my time. I was going there every 6 to 8 weeks.. no more now and I have an almost full frequent flyer card. Poor customer service these days

We bring our dog there normally for her baths. Well she went after a skunk and was sprayed. The employees were helpful in suggesting to us the skunk package for her bath. They are kind and empathetic to the pets that come in. I would recommend the store to to anyone and their prices for bathing your own dog are very reasonable. I always leave a few $$ for a tip because I have no clean up and it is worth it.

Went in with my dog Bella to buy a toy for her and they had an ice cream social for the pups! Bella was able to get a puppy ice cream, pumpkin spice latte, and we received a coupon for the items they were providing for the social. It was a great experience and makes me want to continue to support them as they come up with fun ways of giving back to their customers.

My Go to Pet Store. They have all your pet needs. The staff is very friend especially Bradley He has been very helpful on several occasions. They also have a couple of stations to bring your dog in for a bath. Just an overall great store with great Staff.

It was alright. I was very disappointed to find most of their selection of treats such as bully sticks, pigs or cows ears, tracheas, etc were sourced in Brazil or Argentina. I have nothing against either country but very often there are recalls on the dog products from there so I try to only buy items sourced in the USA. Most of their speciality cookies/dog cakes all had sugar in them, which is unnecessary are not good for your dogs.The staff is friendly, which is always nice.

Super clean self serve dog bathing facilities. Plenty shampoo and conditioner provided (unlike some other places). Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped pick a leash with a perfect fit afterwards.

Going into Rumford Pet Express was such an awesome experience. We went to Providence on a road trip. We are always looking for new collars/toys. I felt like I hit the JACKPOT!!!

1000% better than a Petco. They carry Fromm and the staff are always great. Can’t beat it.
