My son and I just went to Poke-Soul for the first time tonight and were blown away!! Definitely the best poke bowl I have ever had- and I have pretty much sampled all of Boston 🤣. Extremely flavorful ingredients, and lots to choose from, and the presentation was gorgeous. So glad this is now in our little town. This will definitely be our weekly treat. ❤️Kid-friendliness: Accommodated my 10 year old’s very customized bowl request and staff was very friendly to him and bonded over One Piece.

We stopped by for lunch on a Monday and we were so happy we did! The inside is immaculately clean and nicely decorated. We ate in and had a nice chat with the owners.I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and my husband ordered the Bibimbap Bowl - both were excellent! They were both large portions of fresh ingredients.We were also excited to see a kids menu with some kid friendly staples too as our kids don’t usually stray from mac and cheese at restaurants!We’re so excited about this addition to the lackluster local food scene and we’ll definitely make this a regular stop!

This place is good, like real good. Stopped by for the first time today after work to see the new place in person and it does not disappoint. Let me tell you why:The Food: the food they have here isn't the type that you can easily get around here for others like myself from the area, so having it here now is a much easier alternative than having to drive out 15-20~ minutes to get it elsewhere. Not only that, it's delicious, the food tasted yummy and I guarantee you that I did not leave a single grain of rice uneaten from my bowl. If you like poke bowls or anything similar to them, you gotta give their food a go.Service: The two workers at the location when I went were really nice, open to conversation as they were making the food and genuinely seemed like good-hearted people.Atmosphere: It is genuinely, one of the nicest little places I have ever seen. The walls are a nice orange/white and it genuinely feels like a place you'd go to hang out with friends to grab a bite. During conversation with the staff, they mentioned the possibility of adding some more stuff inside decor-wise and honestly it seems like they can go only go up from here with such a strong start.If any of the Poke Soul staff are reading this, keep it up, and you'll definitely be seeing me stop in more soon.TLDR: Amazing place, amazing food, they're a great addition to Assonet and you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not going here and trying it out yourself.Parking: Plenty of space.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk to their entrance is accessible to wheelchairs. They're right on the end so there's an accessible sidewalk section to go up and enter from.

Was looking forward to the opening of Poke Soul in Assonet Village in Freetown, MA. The anticipation was met with delight…delicious food and owners who are knowledgeable, welcoming, professional, and friendly.Poke is a new concept to Freetown and with so many custom bowl ingredient options, it’s sure to be successful.Wishing you great success and prosperity. ✨🧡✨

I drive by Poke Soul several times a day and have been waiting for it to open. Finally got to stop for lunch today and the food was very much worth the wait. Spicy Tuna bowl is amazing. Very fresh ingredients and a large portion of food. Was more tuna in the meal than I figured you would get which was a really nice surprise. Just the right amount of jalapeños and sliced thin enough to not overpower your palate with heat. Very friendly staff....believe they were the owners. This is definitely going into my weekly lunch rotation. Highly recommend.

Poke bowls were great, wide variety of options, fresh tasting ingredients. Fun to see poke and Korean options in the same place. Definitely recommend the jelly egg!

A fantastic new restaurant located in the old Santander plaza of Assonet. Ample parking and a bright inside brings some new and interesting food to the FR/Assonet 79 corridor.There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy your food inside, and the extremely clean and fun atmosphere really is inviting. The staff all seem like really awesome people with a great and welcoming vibe.The food was fantastic and super fresh tasting. The chicken tasted marinated and hot, the beef/steak was so flavorful compared to other local poke places, and each topping was really tasty and had its place. They did slip up on one of our two bowls, but they immediately fixed it for us without a second guess and were more then happy to help. The jellied egg was more hard boiled by the time I got to it, and the mango was almost jellied, or had a sauce which was unexpected. The Korean BBQ sauce was GREAT but we would've liked if the sauce was layered, or just more in general (though I guess we could've asked!)We got one of their ice creams and WOW. Packed with flavor, it was absolutely fantastic and just as great as the bowl we had.Overall we'll definitely be giving these guys another visit. A great place worthy of the 5 stars, and gives some of the other poke places nearby some good competition. Bonus points for all the awesome anime stuff hanging around too!Parking: Large open lot with easy in/out
