I'm so glad this Unleashed location is in my neighborhood. The folks who work there are always kind and helpful, and we've built a nice rapport over the years. They carry both our cats' specialty foods, and have all of the regular semi-weekly supplies we need. We were very excited to introduce them to our new dog Didi when we visited on Sunday! She's going back with my wife for obedience classes starting next week.

The cleanest and most organized Petco store I've seen till date. The staff are welcoming and makes sure to help if needed. They don't seem to carry a lot of inventory but they do a good job with what they have.

Luna loves the staff at Petco! Maria welcomes her every time with a treat and lots of love. She also pointed out a coupon for Hills science diet that saved me money

The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. Multiple times I have seen them give senior citizens personal attention and take the time to help and load items to their car. It is not a huge store, so checking online for item availability at this location is never a bad idea.

Great staffStinks that they got rid of whole hearted heavenly layers gourmet dog treats. Hard treats are no good for small dogs-small teeth. Used to be able to break the treats up. Now they’re replaced by a dry coarse treat that turns to dust while trying to break up the treat options for what my dog likes

Experience at this store was great. However the dog food we purchased on 8/20 was expired since June 2023. The exchange process is ridiculous. We need to pay the difference apparently as it is company policy even though it was an even exchange for a bag of dog food that wasn’t expired.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff. The classes and play groups are an absolute must for any puppy. They make the difference between an out of control dog and a friendly, obedient dog that you can take anywhere. The food and treats are all very healthy. They also have any collar, bed, shampoo etc that you will need with good advice thrown in. If you love your dog, bring him or her here. Also for cats.

There is no point having them as your Vet because your Dog is not priority. I need to have my dog vaccinated and they cancelled 2 appointments and I can't get another appointment for months. They don't care about animals. Truly 😢😭

This place is great, especially for the size. I recently picked up a kitten from a cat dealer and was a bit less prepared for my furry little friend than I would like to admit. Luckily, one trip to this location solved all my problems. They had everything I needed including the exact litter and food my new friend had been using previously. The sales people were friendly and polite. When I say polite I mean it. Looking back I asked them some pretty dumb stuff because I didn't know what I was talking about. Like over analyzing the litter scoop and asking them their thoughts on the different ones. I mean it's a litter scoop, it would have been fully within their rights to tell me it's not a big deal and I should just pick one but they didn't and I respect that. Incase you are wondering, the cat is doing great and thriving. Who knew a cat could bring so much joy to one's life. Well I did, that's why I got a cat.

The staff is amazing. I don't know how they do it considering apathy is pretty hard to avoid in low paying customer service jobs but they real do care and are passionate about their work. I guess if you really love animals it doesn't matter how well you get paid. Their manager, Bill, is particularly excellent. He clearly loves his job and loves animals.

I love this spot. It's catered to Dogs and Cats, but it has a great selection of items. I always drive by this place and one day I finally went in. Unleashed offers dog training, there's a big flat scale to weigh your dog when you walk in, free samples of treats, a bulletin board posted with local Arlington ads, pamphlets on food guides, etc. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They have a great rewards program. Once you make a transaction, you'll get emailed about your purchase, usually requiring you to load your rewards to your account. I didn't even know I had a $15 credit waiting to be used. It's very cool. I really like browsing through the products here. The toys are ridiculously cute. I saw a plush ham bone, with multiple slices of ham that you could pull off the bone. Lol. It was so awesome. The dog clothes are unique. I've seen some interesting outfits. Awesome Star Wars stuff. They have a clearance section in the back, usually with awesome stuff. I have to resist the urge to buy everything. They always have sales. Great selection of treats too. I'm constantly running in for these specific bones my dogs love. I just really enjoy taking my dogs here for us to browse and gift them with something they'd love. Treat your fuzzy friends to a nice adventure at Unleashed. You'll love it.

Amazing staff. They are knowledgeable and want to try and help whatever it is you need help with. When I went in to purchase a cat tower for my two kittens with my fiancé. The staff member who helped us was willing to build the tower for us just so we could see how it would look outside the box. That's service.

This location is simply amazing if you’ve ever been to any other PetCo. The employees here are genuinely welcoming, helpful, and nice! It’s so refreshing. We have started going here rather then the location that’s 10 minutes closer to our house. After speaking with trainers there I have decided to train my puppy there and I am actually looking forward to coming every week.

Nice selection of dog food, treats, and gear. Extra perk (like other pet shops) that dogs are allowed inside so you can shop with your pup and have them meet other dogs. Store is kept very clean.

This shop is the bomb-diggety!! Nanette provided my granddog and me a wonderful shopping experience. She called Riley by name, talked with him, and gave him treats. She went and chose the things I needed and returned to the counter with them; also helped me to my car. Could not have been nicer or more accommodating.This is a lovely retail store with convenient curbside parking and the same kind of quality service found in England, Europe and Bermuda...tasteful, unhurried personal attention. Does it cost a little more? Undoubtedly...but the ambience is worth it. Much nicer than mucking about in a crowded untidy discount store..Aren't you and your pet worth it?? Yes, you are!

Used self wash dog bath. Prove is right @ $10. Staff in the store were very helpful Wish the baths were a bit cleaner and deeper. The combo shampoo/rinse/conditioner sprayer is a neat idea, but very heavy to hold for long periods. It should at least have a handle lock on it. Some treats nearby would go a long way and hooks for the aprons would be great.I'd come back, but Unleashed is still preferable. Competitor, ValuPet is better overall.

The employees here are not only friendly and funny and so helpful they know so much about animals and all the products they sell and if you don't know what it is you're looking for they either know it or can look it up and they can find it it's crazy how knowledgeable they are when you find an employee that is that knowledgeable that means they like their job if they didn't like it they wouldn't bother learning these guys know their stuff
