Visited on this past Wednesday evening and had a wonderful shopping experience thanks to the fun and friendly clerks who were working. They assisted me in making a purchase of some beautiful black boots. Appreciate you!!

Just spent $2 on something. Handed a $10 bill and checked my change at the next store to find out I received $2 for change. The receipt has the change owed on it, not the amount due..,

Very frustrating that the fitting rooms are closed and yet all sales are final. Other Goodwills who have their fitting rooms closed have a 7-day return policy. I also didn’t appreciate the attitude I received when I questioned what the return policy was. Besides that, prices are also pretty steep for certain things. I was pretty disappointed with my experience.

They did a renovation and it looks good. However, I don't think I've ever found anything good here. The older men (yes, multiple people) on staff hit on me every time I'm there. It's a very uncomfortable environment.

The fitting rooms are closed and all sales final so shopping for pants is a no go for any woman. Shoes may not be $4.99 as the signs say. Shoes are being "special priced" by the manager. I found a pair that fit, only to learn at the register that they were actually $24.99! I'll just go to Walmart and get the same pair for $19.99 thanks.

My husband and I are going to be living in New England temporarily. We wanted a microwave, since we have one back at home we weren’t looking to spend +$50, so we decided to buy a used one.We drove for 45 minutes to this Goodwill, we found a small $25 microwave, and were very pleased with the condition and price. We were excited we even got some popcorn at a grocery store in that same shopping center. We spent another 45 mins driving back home only to find out that the microwave does NOT work.As soon as you plug it in, the microwave starts operating without you pressing any of the buttons, it will not stop until you unplug it, I thought that maybe we could make it work by just setting up a timer, and being very vigilant, we tried it with a popcorn bag, it was in the microwave for roughly 3 mins and it did not even pop once. This is very annoying because I know that “ all sales are final” you trust that they would AT LEAST make sure things work before selling them.I called once I found out but they were closed, and it’s Sunday today they’re closed. Even if they read this, and possibly attempt to make an agreement I don’t want to drive another 45 mins there and back, it is so not worth it.

By far the worst visit I have ever experienced in a place like this. Not a single person working seemed to be in a good mood. I asked two questions and each person rolled their eyes at me. Stuff was scattered everywhere, you couldn't find anything. There was no price tags on anything. I got to the check out and the guys checking me out was rude and seemed very bothered by his job as if it was an inconvenience to him. Was using gift certificates and went over to which he exclaimed "yeah you went extremely over and idk what you're going to do...." Um maybe take some items off, which then made them angrier. Went over by 4 cents, had to run to my car with two kids and get him his pennies. Honestly I'll never ever waste my time with this place ever again and the employees should consider a job training on dealing with customers. Absolute worst customer service ever.

Prices are just astronomical now. Whether it’s $75 for used hue lightbulbs or $40 for stereo receivers from the 1990s that sell for $10 on eBay it just isn’t worth it anymore. If you happen to find a good item, just know it’ll be priced the same or more than eBay, yet you don’t get to return it if anything’s wrong. Only way to get a deal now is being lucky enough to find an article of clothing in the main rack that’s priced as an item rather than individual stickers. It was getting bad before the renovations, but I knew the second they painted the walls white they were going to use it as an excuse to triple prices. My favorites: $70 for a mixer with no parts included, $25 chipped and rusted teapots, $15 t shirts, $17 rusted cast iron lodge skillet ($15 at target brand new), insanity.Goodwill is a FOR profit company that takes donations, everything in the store is given for free, yet they markup prices OVER retail at times.

Staff is still Rude, items are still grossly overpriced, and it smells horrific in there now. All good items donated must be being sent away to sell online, as the racks are always empty and only have stained garbage. 2 years ago this was my favorite goodwill and now it’s the worst one.

Empty shelves and ridiculously over priced items. Pfaltzgraff mugs for $4 that are $1 at any other thrift store. Signs say shelves are bare because of staffing shortages but if the pricers weren’t so concerned about catching every nice item so it can be sold online they could have full shelves of fairly priced merchandise. People would flock to the store and the money would pour in. Bad business model.

Just read previous reviews and almost everyone has the same to say. People here seem to have a real attitude. I just had an encounter with an African-American worker at the facility who was looking like he had to scrutinize me. His tone was unpleasant and antagonistic. He acted like he was the FBI or something and had to tell me, a small person, that he will NOT touch anything in my car but I have to drag them out myself as he stood there. The whole process was unpleasant. I'm not sure what goes through their mind: are we DUMPING useless junk there or they have enough to sell so anymore is unappreciated or?? If so, please state that clearly. There are other organizations that would gladly appreciate good things like winter coats, purses, clothes, shoes, kitchen ware etc that are in good shape. There is absolutely no need for attitude. If this job really sucks, then maybe find something else but do not take it out on donors.

I usually have very good experiences at this Goodwill. However, my interactions with one female employee there (not sure her name, but she is usually rude and loud) have been terrible. When I drove up to the back of the store to donate earlier today, no one was there so I stepped out of my car and left my donation by the slope near their back door. As I was getting back to the car and getting ready to drive away, this female employee showed up by the door. I greeted her warmly and said that I dropped off my stuff, pointing to her that the donation was right next to her feet. Without any greeting, she said coldly "You have to bring it to me. You can't just drop them off." Her tone sounded as if she was talking to a subordinate. My donation was literally right next to her feet! All she needed to do was to bend down and pick it up. I hesitated a second, feeling upset that this was how she treated a donor who was taking the time and trouble to drop off donation for a good cause. But still, I got out of my car, walked right next to her, picked up my donation, and put them in her hands. She thanked me coldly. As I drove away, I realized that this was the same female employee who scolded me when my kids were "being too loud" during a previous interaction a few months ago. The more I thought about it, the more I felt upset. It felt as if she singled us out or something, either because I am a mom shopping with two small children, or something else (perhaps my race? I am not sure). In any case, this was not how a customer or a donor should be treated.

This is the WORST GoodWill I have ever experienced in my life. When I walked in the staff and manager were loudly arguing with a woman at the counter who was screaming that an iPad she purchased did not work. Not only was the entire situation handled less than professionally, but immediately after the customer left the staff and manager carried on a conversation across the store calling the lady a liar and making fun of her. As I browsed the book section, a gentleman next to me asked the manager about the pricing of a lamp set -- first of all, after the customer service we had all just witnessed them was clearly hesitant about even asking a question, and second of all, the manager was SO RUDE and scoffed at the man and said "I am trying to run a business not give things away for free. I don't offer discounts either." I was so offended that he spoke to another customer that way, when HE had priced two USED lamps at $25 EACH!! On top of that, the man asked who priced the item. The manager said he didn't know. Then the man asked who he could speak to above the manager and the manager said "there is no one higher than me". That's insane. Everything is highly overpriced and not good quality at all. I have never been so displeased from a visit to GoodWill. I will never return to this location and I highly recommend everyone else staying away too. There is a great Hospice Thrift store right up the road.

I had a great experience, the female manager was very helpful and kind. Lots of stuff to pick through, prices were comparable to any other thrift store. I will definitely go back.

Over priced. The manager is extremely rude. I asked him a question today and he yelled at me in front of my children. I was appalled. It is also not the first time a staff member has been unpleasant. Also, their hours are not correct, even on the goodwill website. This is one Goodwill store that I will never return to. It is worth the drive to Northampton for kinder staff!

It was 15 minutes before they closed, and I had 4 tops I wanted to try on, but the fitting rooms were closed. I asked an employee if I could try the tops on and he said no because they were closing soon. There were 6 people in line to check out, so I could have tried my tops on before the line died down and it would not have taken 15 minutes to do so.

I struggle that all the items of each type are the same price but understand the amount of work involved. I just wish each things could have 3 varied prices depending on quality. I love the selection and people however. No public restroom

It’s bad enough the place is dirty and that most items are overpriced, but they put signs up saying a certain color is half off but they remove those items from the rack and shelves so in fact there is nothing on sale. At least take the sign down

I agree with you Hillary DeGrasse.I used to work at this location 3 year's ago and got unfairly terminated due to a personal injury (dislocated right shouldet) that Tom didn't believe. He gave me 2 options over the phone (I was supposed to work that morning but I couldn't because of doctor's orders). He told me, "you either show up for work or don't bother showing up at all." So I took option B. I was getting sick and tired of the way the management was treating me like I didn't know how to do my job. I got "accused of stealing" $10 from the register that they just put me on for under a hour after 6-7 customers. And made me sign a bullshit paper for it. I told them both to check the cameras. I emptied all my pockets in front of them in the break room and my coat pockets. I got accused about 3 times for someone else's job that I didn't do. And I ended up doing it and worked twice as hard. This is the worst location to work at. I even tell my friends. My ex and a couple others told me that I should file a lawsuit against them. It's a little too late now. I wrote a letter to the president of goodwill in Springfield and never got a response back from him.

Prices are very high for clothes that are mostly low quality. The selection is poor and not organized well. Sparse men's section. Not worth a visit.

I used to donate here quite often until one of the employees ( the same one both times) was rude to me on more than one occasion. I now donate to the Salvation Army in Hadley and also donate to Hartsprings and other places who appreciate the donations.

It's a little small...not many men's clothes at all... but I found a nice reading chair for $10 and there wasn't a thing wrong with it.
