This store appears to be having difficulty recruiting staff. The people in the pharmacy are friendly and very helpful. However the front registers are sometimes devoid of staff. They are experimenting with a "Green Zone " at the checkout registers. No employee to guide as customers struggle through an unfamiliar self-checkout system. Customers end up trying to coach each other with checkout, redeeming coupons, paying with cash and other mysteries. I couldn't find the hot/cold pack I needed on the shelves and there wasn't an employee around to ask. I asked at the pharmacy and the clerk said she was from another store and didn't know the layout of this store. She offered to telephone a district manager to ask, but I didn't have the time or patience for this. I ended up leaving without making a purchase even though I was almost certain the hot/cold pack was in the store.

A nice CVS store, although I think I was billed $5.00 on my ExtraBucks card account to my bank, I'm not sure if this is an accident or mistake but my account dropped into negative five dollars because my account was at a $0.00 balance and then another $33.00 was deducted out of my account because it went negative.I am not upset I just thought for some reason this was an error, if someone could please let me know I would appreciate it.I might have been told it costs $5 a month but it's a little confusing to mePharmacy seemed like they might have been short staffed the one day I tried to call and pick up a prescription I had to take a bus there to get in touch with someone at the pharmacy after waiting nine minutes, not a problem, I was just disappointed that I went all the way there for prescriptions amd they weren't there
