Always have wonderful things there. I love going there just for lunch and people watching. However, just recently I ordered a 8 inch two layer birthday cake for my husband. It was beyond good. It was awesome! And the cutest of decorations on top. Finally, I have found a place to order an outstanding birthday cake!

We went to shop here.No one guided us from where to catch the Bus ..learnt it the hard way ..missed bus had to call 📞home to get us home . Remember 38 bus comes inside but for sure R29 go out on your left cross road to bus stop on left bay road as transit app says if you are a visitor like us 2

What a treat. We met some family there for lunch. Atkins is a market and so much more. They have a deli and they make great sandwiches. You can create the sandwich of your dreams on any bread you can imagine made just for you.We weren't shopping but we walked through Atkins to get to the deli and then back to the tables where you can eat. What is so wonderful and noticeable is the sense that Atkins is part of the community. The mix of people shopping or dropping in for a coffee is wonderful - everything from students to disabled elderly people like me. Young, old, black, white, all co-mingling in a glorious harmonic mix. I love the vibe.I loved the soup and sandwich. I loved the Market. I already talked my wife into coming more often to shop.Good job, Atkins!

This is by far the cleanest and most beautiful market I've been to so far. There's a wide selection of high quality produce, a bakery full of fresh goods, and a deli with a wide selection of meats. This is a great place to visit for plants and flowers, as their flower shop is a bit small but full of variety. The employees were kind and helpful. Overall, this is a great place to visit with a warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend!

Beautiful place, so organised, the produce looks amazing. Everything is clean and the layout is intuitive and makes sense. The staff is so helpful and friendly. It really looks like a cozy gift shop inside and out, 100% recommended. There are local, sustainable and eco friendly options. The bread is fresh and not a single one is stale. The selection for houseplants and produce is stellar and there's plenty of variety. After shopping in the stale, pallid grocery stores in big cities, you'll appreciate the vibrant quality of the inventory in this market.

Not sure how I have never reviewed this place! My favorite part of Atkins is the bakery. The apple turnovers and blueberry crumb cake in particular are my weaknesses. So soo good. This place has a huge selection of food though - produce, pre made meals, a deli with sandwiches, a bakery, and regular grocery stuff. Good wine selection as well. I have been coming here semi regularly for 10 years now and have absolutely no complaints.

What a great country market. It's beautifully laid out, well decorated for the season and they have a little of everything. In season, the apple cider donuts are absolutely amazing. Stop by you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I chose Atkins Farms to provide both our flowers and wedding cake/donuts for our wedding day and we are so so happy with how everything came out. When I found Atkins Farms I knew quickly that I wanted them to be a part of our day. Sarah from the flower shop worked with me to create a color palette and choose flowers that perfectly complimented my dress, the bridesmaids' dresses and the venue. When I saw the flowers the morning of, I was blown away by how beautiful they were. She nailed the vision way better than I could have even imagined! As for the bakery, they were so easy to work with and to order our wedding cake. We had a simple order, but they made it look beautiful and taste SO good. We ordered A LOT of their famous apple cider donuts for wedding favors and they were a hit!! I am so glad my sister thought to save us a few because the rest were gone before the night was done. I am so happy we went with Atkins Farms for both our flower and bakery vendor and would recommend them to any other couple looking for affordable, beautiful and delicious details to their special day.

Best Market Around.Great selection of quality drinks. Nice salad bar. Excellent chicken salad, tuna salad and coleslaw in the deli. Great homemade cheddar & garlic and Italian sausage. Very good cold beer selection. Nice olive bar and the list goes on. The store is super clean and well maintained. Multiple checkout lines. Super friendly staff. Only 45 minutes from Windsor Locks. My new go to market once a weeker.

Beautiful Fall foliage stop. Wonderful collection of foods that you'll love to shop for! Pretty good job on the amount of people they're allowing inside the store at any given time. It didn't feel overwhelmingly crowded.

Every time I visit MA, I have to go to Atkins. They have the best cider donuts and hot apple cider. I love meandering through the store and seeing what they have. Everyone is so kind and helpful and it’s seriously one of my favorite places to go to when in town. I highly recommend a stop there to grab cider or coffee and just embrace the fall season!

Atkins is amazing, they are such a convenient location for south Amherst / South Hadley, they have so much fresh produce, their donuts are really good, their apple cider is amazing year round.If you haven't been, you have to go, they're a gem of a store.

Have everything but the kitchen sink in them and they are worth the trip. Nuts coconut, chocolate chunks, oates and what ever the mystery isThey also have the best ambrosia made there. If you like it it's definitely a must try.

One of my favorite places to stop when heading to western MA, I'm from Worcester area. Exceptional produce, good selections of teas and other specialty foods, good deli and prepared foods too. Their plants and other outdoor gardening goods are what got me in there the first time.

I became ill on Wednesday September 13th. I was unsure what was going on as I did not eat anything from my standard self-prepared diet throughout the week. That’s when it dawned on me that I tried a new dressing the evening before, purchased from Atkin Farms. When I pulled the dressing, I realized it expired on August 11th. I knew I had not purchased it that long ago, in fact it turned out that I purchased it well after it expired....ugghhh.I contacted the store and spoke with Steve. I explained to him what happened and asked if the store manager could contact me. It was a pleasant call. Steve advised that a store manager would call me tomorrow.Not even a few minutes later, I got a call from MaryEllen from grocery, this was not a pleasant call, and I am not sure why she was so unpleasant with me.MaryEllen was aggressive, cutting me off, and it felt as if she believed I was doing something improper or downright dishonest. At the beginning of the call, she asked how I was doing and when I replied not well, she said good and then went directly into her needing a receipt, which I already explained to Steve I did not have (and I apologize for not having it, but I normally don’t save receipts for salad dressing, which is all I purchased that day). I said to MaryEllen that Steve said he just needed the date I purchased and the last 4 digits of the card I used, which I am working on. She said slowly "Nooooo?". After having enough of her odd behavior, which honestly felt like she was focused on covering herself, instead of caring for a customer, or even appreciating the fact that reporting this will prevent others from getting ill… after having enough of her, I stated that I am not feeling well, that I have a day trip planned tomorrow that I may have to re-plan, and that I no longer wish to continue the call with her. I rather await the Store Manager. I also reminded her that I was the one ill and remain ill and did not need further injury from her treatment of me.Unfortunately, it did not end there, she began asking me which manager I wanted a call from, I said the Manager of the store, and what felt like to me to be quite antagonizing, she kept asking me which one, I said whoever was the leading store manager. It made my stomach turn to go to Atkin's website to only see one store manager listed.I really feel MaryEllen’s behavior was completely unwarranted and turned a warranted report and inquiry into a hostile experience.A few days later I spoke with the only Store Manager listed Gregg, Gregg was provided proof and said they would refund the money...the money has yet to be refunded.What was also alarming was, that was all they offered...a refund...no apology for making me ill for days, for plans ruined, no offer of a gift card or coupon to make good on what was done to me via the dressing and then again via MaryEllen, no care at all.This store does not care about their customers. Please make sure to check dates on all your food, because if they can sell it and get a way with it they will. They are also overly priced compared to their competitors, and they clearly only care about their pockets.I will not be returning.
