My only negative is they're very pricey. However they strongly support local farmers etc and have amazing produce meat and baked goods! They also have a lot of hard to find items. In particular I was delighted they had an old favorite of mine in the deli...bacon turkey. I hadn't seen it in years. For me it's worth the price for some items, but I couldn't afford to do my weekly shopping there.

Geisslers is not a grocery store that you would do your weekly shop in. Their prices prohibit this. They are good to get an item for immediate use. The remodel is very nicely appointed. But, remodel or not, prices are way too high. Walmart carries the exact products, larger selection, with much lower prices. However, the deli in Walmart is really useless. Geisslers deli is attractive, well stocked and generally well maintained. Staff is very accommodating. There is one man, I have noticed, who is grumpy and unfriendly. I haven’t seen him in a while, but it is the reason I will not frequent the deli .

Went there because I received a gift card from work. When I tried using the card on the self service machine it ended up taking my card balance but didnt pay off anything I owed. When I went to get help I was accused of using a gift card with no balance and was profiled for their own error. I will not be going here again.

Super cheap compared to regular grocery stores. Cashiers are rude, will have inappropriate conversations in front of customers not even acknowledging them. Super rude.

Prices are out of control. Big y is cheaper, hell, geisslers is in line with gas station prices and cvs/walgreens.

Woah, talk about a great little market. We loved the produce and meats section. Our steaks were awesome! The cashier was a sweetheart! You don't find jems like this place anymore!

I shop here frequently, I had recently left my wallet on accident it was there the next day the staff and customers are trustworthy people you can tell value there community I highly suggest spending your money here you won’t regret it 👍

Love this store for convenience. But everytime I walk in for 1 thing, I walk out with a basketful! The popcorn makes for the best snack when you have visitors! 😋

This store has great sale prices! But the everyday prices are on the higher side. I like the idea of their new discounts and coupon club, but it takes too long to load them at the register. The store is clean and most of the employees were really nice.

Not only are their prices kinda steep, I've bought things that were expired and have had two visits where the self checkout staff were very short and kinda rude with me because their kiosks are a pain to use compared to other places. I was spoken to in a tone that definitely made me feel like i was ignorant. Sometimes its not what people say, its the inflection and how its said. I live so close to this store and it's definitely a place I try to avoid. And next time I'll use the regular checkout line if I'm desperate for something. This store needs some work and employees with better attitudes. Rude before noon? The job can't be THAT bad.

It’s a very friendly and convenient store. Fresh produce and deli products. I would ask one thing. Unflavored nondairy coffee creamer. Planet Oat plain non dairy coffee creamer or something similar. A lot of older people become lactose intolerant and need options. Thanks for opening in our area.

I came here for the first time to buy some snacks. This place is a super market that sells all kinds of food. They also sell drinks as well like juice. Soda, milk, eggs ect. The staff are nice the floors are clean the parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance.

I went here today. I was next to get meat and cheese at the deli. A lady walks up next to me on my right and they took her first. Not happy with that. I even had my number. Will not go back to this store bad experiences like this teach us not to go through them again.

I love this store! I do not get over there too often as I live in Springfield, but they always have some good bargains, a great bakery and LOVE the break. I asked for a specific item one time and it was on the shelf the next week. Their produce is fresh and the produce person takes really good care of the department, it is clean, and perfectly stocked! Great store!

I always go there for the hot bar. The food at the hot bar is very good. I haven't tried any of the produce, but it all looks fresh and organized.

The store's entrance is always dirty...as they say ..."NeverJudge a Book by it's Cover. Certainly not the case here. Even with a new manager, how can he/she walk by this filth every day. They must be using the back door. Go figure!. Even better, how can the so called family alow such incompetence from their managers?

This place is great food selections, good prices. And even better customer service there is a gentleman who works there named Chris according to his name tag. He was awesome, he is really friendly and helpful. And I go to his line everytime when I see him there because he has truly remarkable customer service skills. You are very lucky to have him as a member of your company. And I will continue to frequent this fine local establishment.

Unfortunately I’ve only had the worst experiences here. It’s the closest supermarket but I avoid going here at all costs. Have gotten rotten fruits and poultry smelled rotten too. Had to get butter last minute and came in 5-10 minutes before closing but they were already locking the doors. Asked if I can PLEASE just run in an quickly get butter (just butter) and was kicked out. The selection isn’t great either. Many things I needed they just weren’t there and I had to go to a different supermarket. Wish it was a better store because it’s literally the closest one to me.

Decided to do our full weekly shopping here instead of crossing the picket lines at Stop and Shop. While you definitely get the feel of a smaller community store, the selection wasn't there. No larger sized items for family's, and the prices were high, which I was surprised thinking Stop and Shop had the higher prices. LOVE the salad bar for lunch, tho!

Well it's been a year and things change. Still clean store but now self checkout. I used to find a large inventory of Snapple teas, lots of variety but not so anymore. Not sure if it's whoever bought Snapple or Geissler fault but I was disappointed. Couldn't find my BHG hamburger relish either. Sad, but still a pretty good selection of frozen veggies. Will try again later in the summer. So I just went back and they did have Snapple teas and their Adirondack waters on sale. Happy. Bought a nice steak to cook. Prime.
