Best decision was going to Allied Flooring. Pamela Ronca at Allied Flooring was exceptional. She explained about the different floors and gave me several options. I went in 3 times because I couldn’t decide and she took time with me and never rushed me. I never thought I would like a floor better than the one I had before but I love my new floor. The installers did a great job. Highly recommended

My husband and I were looking to replace carpet on the second floor of our home. We had done our homework, and, having used Allied previously for a stair runner decided to return to them for this project. We were not disappointed. Gary, The sales associate who assisted us was professional, thorough in his explanation of what was available to us in our price point.When it came time for installation, the installers from Allied arrived on time and ready to get the work done. Once they removed the carpet, they determined that we did not need new padding and quickly called the office to share that information so that our bill would be amended.Again, The installers were professional, courteous, and answered.I would recommend Allied to anyone who is looking for carpet, installation, flooring, installation. Excellent prices and a wide variety of options available.

I was really happy that I contacted Allied Flooring. I was greeted at the store by Pam who was very professional and excellent to work with. She helped me make decisions about which vinyl flooring would work best and which carpet would complement my flooring choice. Pam even came out to my home to make sure my space was ready for the installation. I was very happy with the work done here and would happily recommend Pam for any flooring needs.

He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped make the process of choosing less overwhelming by selecting some options in advance. No place else I’d bring my business. Jorge and Mario are the best in the area. I had my kitchen redone, hardwood flooring installed and basement carpeted. They were so easy to work with in all 3 phases. They’re local and care about the communities in which they service, which is also very important to me. Great work! I’ll never go anywhere else.

A very great place to do business with. I spoke to the owner Jorge who then had me work with Joanne in the East Longmeadow store who was very knowledgeable and polite. Even the turnaround time to get carpet was fairly quick. Another added bonus is a few times I had to call in the interim and if Joanne was off whether it was Gary or Tony they were also able to assist me as they all worked as a team and were aware of each of their respective customers too!!!

Andy is fantastic! We have been working with Allied since I arrived in Amherst in 2017 and have never been disappointed. The response time is incredibly quick and the installers (I know one is Debbie) always leave the apartments looking great and finish everything super fast! We never have to worry when we call Allied and we would highly recommend them for any projects you might be doing.

Scott was the sales person I worked with. He told me that I could apply for interest free financing, and wouldn't be charged until the installation was done. Before the installation was even started, I received a bill. I called Scott to ask him about it and he said, "oh I was wrong, sorry".We has people install stairs, that left the front door open while smoking cigarettes when my 8 month old baby was home. Left cigarette butts on my front lawn. When I called to complain about issues in the installation, no one would call me back

I went here to get paint for a home remodel project, about 10 months ago, after my contractor insisted on us using Benjamin Moore paint over Sherwin Williams. I worked right next door to Allied Flooring and Paint, so I figured I would stop here on my way to get the supplies.I was blown away by the customer service I received! They offered helpful suggestions on finishes and products, and answered all of my questions.Now that we have just refinished another project in our house, I will ONLY be going to Allied Flooring and Paint to get my paint and primer. Not too many people rave about a paint store... but I was that impressed with their knowledge and their superior customer service.And as a side note, Benjamin Moore paint is the best I've used. Who would've known?!
