Arlo gets the privilege to get to come here Tuesday through Saturday and play his little heart out while I go to work. The happiness that I see on his face when he gets to the door is worth more than its weight in gold. Truly a stellar daycare for dogs. Every member of the staff is truly amazing and clearly cares for your dog as if it's one of their own. Plus they're grooming service is amazing as well.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! They left my dog with a terrible cut and BRUISED testicles, completely BLUE AND BLACK. I don't know what they did to him and they won't tell me or refund my money or attempt to try to fix it. They refuse to take responsibility for the pain he's in and the bruising. The bruises haven't even healed yet and it's been 3 days. The first photos are his bruise after the grooming, and then what he normally looks like, and then what they did to him.1) When I got home, I noticed that he was licking himself and crying a little. I lifted him up to see what he was looking and I was APPALLED by what I saw. His balls were completely blue and black, pictures don't do it justice. He's 1 year old and he's been getting cuts for a long time and that has never happened before, ever. I don't know what they did to him but when I took him back, they said they couldn't help and refused to let me even speak to the girl that cut him who I did not meet or agree to let groom my dog.2) Amber cut my dogs hair although I had a discussion with another person who was supposed to do his grooming. When I picked him up, I was appalled by what I saw. He was terribly unevenly shaped. Some spots were high and other spots directly next to those were shaved almost bald. I've never been so shocked at a hair cut on anybody before. He's naturally very fluffy and when I spoke to the man, I made sure to tell him exactly what it was I wanted which was about half of his hair cut down (it was getting out of hand). INSTEAD, he gave my dog to Amber (who I did not speak to), and she did whatever she wanted! He's never looked worse. These are JUST the aesthetic issues.This place is so unprofessional and refuses to be held responsible for my dogs pain or bruising. I'll NEVER go here again and I'll make sure to tell everyone not to come here also.

We use the nail trimming service, and the team is great! We walk right in, no appointment, and we are checking out minutes after. My girl won’t let us do her nails at home, and Sierra has been so helpful!

Enjoyed coming here..upon entering the animal smell was pretty strong but they do run a doggie daycare so I wasn't surprised. The owner was awesome..he talked to me for a while about his business his pets clothing for my puppy, nutritious food ect.. he was so down to earth and cool..his staff was a nice girl who clearly enjoyed her job with the dogs. I bought my dog a bell, a raincoat, a chew toy. Great business.

Love this place. They always do such a good job with my dog. My dog is a great pyrenees, 110 lbs and a total wuss. He's comfortable with the groomers there and that says alot. Their pricing is good as well. Never have a problem getting an appointment when i need one.X

The place was well stick with fun toys and pet supplies. My puppy needed nail trimming. I went in without appointment. They took him right away and a few employees trimmed his nails quickly and efficiently! Price was reasonable and I will certainly go back for future nail trimmings. Certainly was was stress free and staff was pleasant with smiles all around.

Been too every major groomer in Western Mass.They offer a wide array of services.They dog sit/dog groom.Sell dog merchandise.They are Pretty good at grooming,(honestly I've had better)Avg prices.Pretty solid all around.Overall, its a good place to bring your pup.I'll give them 4 out of five stars.

There is a good groomer which is the owner. They are friendly and all but the other girls are horrible as groomers. They like leaving fluffy cute dogs looking like rats without no hair and then they give excuses like the dog is being difficult as if it was the dogs first haircut. Hair all uneven. I went to them because my previous dog was going there for years before she died and never had a problem until now. I would not go there again nor will I recommend this place to anyone else.

Just started bringing my dog here a few weeks ago and he LOVES it. He practically drags me out of the car every morning to get inside the place, so I’m not sure of the validity of the review just before mine…The staff is SO friendly and Jeremy is amazing with all the dogs! Highly recommended!

Mr. Biggles loves it there. He knows where he's going and starts wagging like a freak from the moment we pull into the parking lot. When we walk in the door he's greeted by name by any of the staff that's working. By the end of the day he's good and tired for the next few days. He's constantly making new friends. The setup at the shop is perfect. Saturdays are perfect for the wash and wag. He gets to play all day and end the day with a bath and his nail done to end the week. I have honestly never seen a place run as well and have no idea what we'd do without them. Do yourself a favor and have a me day and let your dog have a me day as well. You won't regret it. It obvious the second you show up to pick them up that they don't want to go but are so tired they're glad to have an excuse to leave. Thanks for being available and providing the amazing service you do!

I have 3 rescue dogs, two pit mixes and an American Bully who are all petrified of water so we were unable to bath them ourselves (not aggressive just panicked and distressed). I know the stigma there is on pits and bullies so I called and asked if they were comfortable with our breed especially with being so scared. They were so reassuring and welcoming on the phone and when we got there the groomer wasn’t hesitant at all. Everyone there has been so friendly and accommodating each time we’ve been there

My puppy Baby Vito has been going to the daycare at Agawam Dogworks for the past six months. He absolutely loves it there and so do I! When we pull into the parking lot he starts to wiggle and he gets all excited. He gives the staff kisses and he's absolutely exhausted when I pick him up at the end of the day. The staff is extremely friendly and they treat me and Baby Vito like family. They have a great family environment. I have been to their annual Halloween Party and Christmas Party. There is a buffet, pictures and fun for all. I cannot say enough about how much I love it there. I highly recommend Agawam Dogworks to anyone who has a dog.

Ive been bringing my dog to Dogworks for a few years now. My dog loves it. He knows as soon as we pull in the parking lot and drags me to the door. The staff is super friendly and they geniunely care about each animal. I have his nails trimmed there as well and they always do an excellent job. The store has great prices on toys and treats, as well. I love their once a month playdates to get to know the other dog owners. I highly recommend Dogworks to any pet lover!

Every time I bring Bailey to Agawam Dog works she is treated like a queen. The staff is wonderful and the place is clean. As far as I am concerned this is the best only place I will bring her to. Being a dog owner for over 45 years I have been too many groomers in this time and have never been so welcomed by staff that always greats us with a smile.

We take our dog to Agawam DogWorks and are extremely pleased with the services they provide. They are very attentive to our dog and the facility is kept clean. Our dog's tail is wagging away when he enters and he is a tired boy when he leaves. It is a great place for your dog to play, socialize with other dogs, and have fun! We are very happy to have a caring place for our dog to go when we are not home for the day. We highly recommend their services!

I'm surprised at the previous bad review. I have been customer of Agawam Dogworks from when they first opened for my two dogs, and my cat. I could not be any happier with the service and grooming they provide. The previous review said their dog spent 2 hours in a crate, but that sure beats other groomers I have been to that keep my dogs all day and crate them. I love Agawam Dogworks. Their facility is bright and clean, and the staff is always cheerful. I will continue going there with my dogs, and my cat, and continue to recommend them to friends, family, and anyone that is looking first class service.

Not nice to us and possible not nice to my dog. I reached out to the owner no response. My dog is shaken from the experience, wondering what happened after I watched him get dragged down the entire hallway with their leash by their staff prior to being groomed. Wish we were allowed to stay and watch. Lesson learned. I hope he will be okay. Very disappointed and sad for my dog.

DONT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE. To start off, I could have done a better job myself. My poor dog is completely uneven and still matted after over 3 hours of "getting groomed". The groomer apparently has 13 years of experience, but judging from what my dog looks like, it seems like this was her first time. On top of it, MY DOG WAS CAGED FOR 2 HOURS!!!! I made an appointment at 12:30 and was told to come back at 2:30 to pick up baby. When I went back at 2:30, I found that my poor dog was caged up for the past 2 HOURS!!! They had JUST started grooming her. First of all, I was told when I brought her that they don't cage the dogs, thats why I had originally came to Dog Works. Second, what is the point of making an appointment if your not going to start until 2 hours later?! She didn't end up finishing until 3:45. Over 3 hours and my dog still came out terrible!!! AND she was tortured in a cage for 2 hours. Do yourself a favor, don't put your dog through this torture. Bring your dog and money somewhere else.

Place smells like unwashed dog. people there are less than friendly. From what i noticed dogs being agressive towards each other and no one doing anything about it. Place is a joke and dirty grooming room. I asked tonuse the bathroom. as i walked by the tub was not even clean.dog hair all over. Owner is very unplesent to even half to talk to. Save your time go some were else.

You should know, the last I went here, they trimmed my dog's nails. The groomer, as my dog yelped in pain, claimed "I didn't get him" but then I see my dogs paw dripping blood.
