We came here to pick up food and kitchen supplies while staying at a rental in the Berkshires. Staff was friendly and able to give us quick answers. Set-up is similar to other locations we'd been to. Prices were low, especially with so many generic items available. Shelves and appearances were adequately maintained as product (especially grocery) moves quickly.

I love how they redid this Walmart! It looks like a Nike store now 😂 now please remodel the Pittsfield location because it is horrible!

Remodel is a disaster. Cold/ frozen food not available. Several other aisles closed off. Over abundance of staff clustered together chatting as opposed to assisting customers. Leadership is failing to offer even a middle of the road shopping experience for its customers.

They have remodeled the store and is just beautiful. Plenty of merchandise, organized, signs in aisled are big so you can find items. Bakery is awesome!!!!

It's currently 12:15pm on Tues, June 27. I spent the past 45 minutes or so here and the staff... if they're not just plain rude, they're space cases. I had one person ignore me in the camping department, and then as I was walking up to speedy checkout, the cashier put up her lane closed placard and walked away without a word. Made me feel pretty crappy.

Only one regular register open with about 8 to 10 shoppers in line both end of the store had self check out with three attendants at each end . we were in a rush had to use self check out, ran out of bags asked the attendant for more bags said there are no more bags we are out I explain to her that the other 18 regular checkouts that weren’t operating all had bags on the turn styles. Maybe we could get some from there which we actually had to go get ourselves and all she kept saying was customer service I’m gonna lose my job today. Then continued to gab with some guy asked attendant her name (because she covered it up) of course no cooperation, then asked another attendant her name and same result. I didn’t have to spend over $200 there! Walmart is getting ridiculous. I will do my best to shop elsewhere

The vision eye care department needs to be more customer friendly, received a message that one pair of two that were ordered is there for pickup, when I got there the next day they were closed because only one person that works there took the day off. That's not a problem, BUT what is a problem is that they don't change there phone message to let everyone know they are closed. After I finally get my two pair of glasses, and after checking them to make sure there correct, I'll never go back.

Terrible customer service. One check out open at 8 am, with a line a mile long. Self check out was busy, too. Employees standing around talking . Why aren't they waiting on people? Mostly elderly in line. Hate going there, and after this, I will only go when absolutely necessary.

Super convenient, whether it's early am or late pm. Everything I need, when I need it. ⭐ Plus Walmart is doing some great improvements to their store. Should be finished on September 1st. Looking forward to it 😁. The store looks great 👍

It's pretty big. Went in for command strips and they have a variety of them. Also picked up a new flavored diet coke. Give it a try.

I used to love this place. Yes a good amount of nice employees. BUT the "express line" is getting out of control! They let people with OVERFLOWING carts, two carts. Then for people with literally 1 or 3 items have to wait! Now they have 3 employees in that check out but all they do is stand in middle and talk with each other. There needs to be a limit. I've complained many time but they just don't care. So be prepared to wait.

The amount of dogs entering this store is ridiculous. They don’t belong where clothing and food are sold. No more tip toeing around this issue.Make a stand. I’m not going to continue shopping at a store that allows animals in the carts where I put food for myself and others.

i'm in this store at least once a week, and i can honestly say that my experiences with this location have been overwhelmingly positive. staff members are attentive, friendly and always hardworking ... even more so since the pandemic began.keep up the great work, and know that even though it may seem like people don't appreciate you, there are folks like me who do!
