We have bought all our pets from Nick he is the best knows all about what you need and can get you what you want. In all we have bought 6 gekos 2 blue tongue skinks 1 bearded dragon and 2 Kameron’s. All of our pets are in great health. The kameleons are tough to keep healthy they did pass but Nick helped us get back on track with a pet that is not as tough to keep healthy he truly is a professional pet store owner.

There is a lot to look at in here even though the place isn't huge. Nick is very kind and knowledgeable about all the reptiles. The kids love coming here because there are always giant turtles walking around on the floor. It's definitely worth a stop if you are interested in reptiles!

First you got to greet the doggo 🐶 dont forget!! I just moved out here from NY and i think this was the best experience i had in a reptile store, its a small store but trust me you wont regret it. Friday i pick my snake up cant wait 🤪

Stopped in to get food for geckos. Immediately Hillary greeted me and asked how she could help. She let me know that Nick would be with me as soon as he finished with the previous customer. She also answered questions I had about the African Fat Tail geckos and let me look at them.Nick helped me get the right Pangea diet and even promised to special order more of a variety that wasn't in stock.I've been to all of the local pet stores and have never had such great customer service. Even though they are moving animals to a breeding facility they had a great selection of arachnids and reptiles. I even got to see Nick pair two beautiful tarantulas for breeding.I will definitely be back!

Small place, lots of different reptiles, seemed quite knowledgeable, decent prices, the only issue was that it smelled heavily of urine, I think because of the 5 Sulcata Tortoises walking around, one of them tried to bite my toe haha,if it wasn't for the smell, I would definitely give 5 stars

Cant say enough good things about the owners.I purchased a baby bearded dragon from them and they went above and beyond to make sure I left with everything I needed. Today I had a follow up question, sent them a message and they immediately responded with extremely helpful advice.You can tell they genuinely care about the reptiles. If anyone is looking for a bearded dragon, I highly reccomend!Ps .. My baby bearded dragon is gorgeous.. So that's another plus :)

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I just got my son a bearded dragon and had no idea what to do. They were so helpful since I was so worried she was not taken care of properly. They are great people highly recommended.

Great place! And awesome people! Stopped by because I was in the area. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable in all sorts of reptiles. I purchased a chameleon from Petsmart about a month back before I heard about these guys, as much as I love my little buddy I wish I went to these guys first. I would 100% recommended this place to anyone!

Always very helpful and everything they suggest has worked for my Burmese ball python, leopard gecko, so on and so on. Always quick to help and have large selection of food for any and all animals you can have as pets. I won't go anywhere else as long as they stay in business.

Love visiting this place with my granddaughter Thwy both go above and beyond to make you feel welcome . They are alway ready to answer her many questions . Purchased our first Mac snow gecko in December and went back last weekend for another . They have the entire setups at a really decent cost . We go back weekly for our geckos food and end up hanging around to visit the many reptiles . Great place healthy reptiles .

This is where I regularly buy my crickets.It’s a small place with a lot of animals to care for and yet when I walk in and ask for what I need, they get it for me quick and with no problems. They also surprisingly have a lot of reptile supplies ( such as lights, terrariums, dishes, etc ) that I never knew they had. I’d rather support these guys than support some big pet store chain. 10/10.

I visit there several times a week to buy crickets and meal worms for my leopard geckos which I purchased there through the professional advice of one of the nice guys who works there. My kids love going there with me to check out the awesome reptiles they have there. I will never go anywhere else. Even if they are out of mealworms I will wait for the next day!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here for anything you need reptile related!!

Not a fan... they are very stand off-ish and only have time to help their regular customers, maybe they’d have more loyal customers if they treated everyone the same. I also heard from quite a few people that their reptiles have mites. That’s concerning. I asked to pre-order a $200 order of supplies and they told me “they’re closed tomorrow” never offered for me to pick it up the next day they were open. I would have bought hundreds of dollars of products from them, but they won’t get a cent from me now. The store is dirty, the animals enclosures seem clean which is great but it’s not organized at all in there. I don’t recommend cold blooded, there are many other reptile stores that are much more reputable.l, professional and clean.

Knowledgeable staff and healthy animals for sale. They have a few rescues in the store so please don't judge by someone else's mistake. Nick and Hillary are fantastic when they are working. I'm a big fan of most of the staff and the care for their animals is great.

Nick was excellent to deal with. I made a poor first choice when I selected a new reptile. I chose a nocturnal species, but I really wanted something more active during the day. Nick was awesome, he allowed me to exchange my leopard gecko for a bearded dragon, which is exactly what we wanted!
