Loved taking my dog Hunter here for a bath! Great set up with many shampoo options . We are so privileged to have this available in our area. Perfect for my pet that is to anxious at the groomer but to smelly to make it through the winter without bathing! And the freaking bakery! Amazing! The adorable dog friendly king cake we purchased was practically swallowed whole by my pup. I’m sure he cannot wait to visit again !

This is THE place to bring your pet for grooming and to purchase pet supplies. Staff are super courteous and friendly. Groomers are excellent. She made my nervous girl as comfortable as possible. A terrific array of well priced pet food and good guidance on making your selection. Let's support "brick and mortar" stores and local employees!

Took my 2 dogs to the Acton location and my Shepherd/Rottweiler mix has separation issues, she is almost 12 and they were patient with her. When I picked them up they both looked awesome and were very happy. I will definitely go back here for our grooming needs.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my poodle to Lee for a grooming session, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Lee was not only professional and friendly, but also incredibly skilled in handling my dog. He listened carefully to my requests and concerns, and made sure to give my poodle the exact cut that I had in mind.The grooming itself was done to perfection - my poodle looked absolutely stunning afterwards! Lee paid attention to every detail, from trimming the fur around the face and paws to making sure that the coat was evenly shaped and smooth. Wag N' Wash has a great selection of food, toys, and other pet needs. The store is under new ownership and I'm so glad to see they've maintained their wonderful staff. Wow, what a difference. I enjoyed this store as Loyal Companion & Especially for Pets, now I won't go anymore. Many of the new staff can't help with food & nutrition questions. I was told that self serve grooming stations are to replace a lot of the food choices, treats, toys and other necessities. Lost me after 25 years. Newer staff needs to learn how to treat customers.

Today I took our youngest of three dogs, a coonhound mix puppy, for her first grooming at Wag N' Wash on Great Road in Acton.Emma took her time to make sure Keeza had a great experience with her first professional shampoo and nail trim (the latter was simply impossible at home because she is a bit of a scaredy-dog). I really appreciated Emma's patience.When I came back early, I did some shopping and I can tell you they have treats, toys, "calming" products for pets, shampoos, hot-spot sprays, leashes, and all sorts of other dog and cat accessories. I will be a repeat customer.
