First time visiting woof. yesterday and I was so impressed! The staff was super nice and the place was very clean. We were a walk in and were in and out in no time. My dog got a nail trim and she seemed so calm and comfortable there. They did a great job on her nails too and great prices. Will definitely be returning and telling all my friends / family to go there. Thanks for a great visit!

We had a great 1st experience with our two standard Bernedoodle pups at Woof. They are big, reactive dogs and we were worried to take them anywhere. Andrea and the Woof. team were so welcoming and accommodating (fitting us in at the last minute & at the end of the day so it would be quieter) and they handled our anxious dogs beautifully. Finn and Roxie instantly felt at home (as did we). They only had to stay for about 2 hours (not all day like some other salons). They came home happy, nice & clean, and with a gorgeous cut! We have already recommended Woof. to others and will definitely be back next month. ❤️

Awesome job!! Our shihtzu is from a rescue and was used for just breeding and is very nervous about everything. We had been going to another groomer that I Will not mention ( but we didn't find them very Classie ) the last 3 visits to the old groomer she came home with some kind of cut on her and the last visit they took a big chunk out of her pad on her front paw and that was the last straw. Woof employees were very gentle and great with our Rosie!!!! I would definitely recommend Woof!! Thanks again

My mom brought our dog here the other day for a bath and a haircut. When dropping off our dog she explains to the owner that she likes the dog with long hair and only a scissor cut. A few hours later she gets a call to come pick up the dog. When she got there, the owner told her to “be prepared. She’s very different.” They brought her out, completely shaved down bare, down to the skin. Everything except for the ears. In shock my mom left the place to pick me up. From the change of the dog I was so devastated that I broke down in tears. That night my mom left a voicemail to the owner to let them know what happened. The next day we noticed that she had nips with dried up blood scabs on her skin from the razer that the owner used on her. That day my mom called the owner about it and talk to the owner about it. The owner wasn’t taking her seriously and didn’t care very much about the situation and was even laughing. She was arguing with my mom about it, saying that she didn’t do anything wrong and we gave her consent to do it, which is completely false. She is extremely unprofessional. I would never bring my dog here again. Check out the before and after of what she did to the dog.

Archie and Rosie our goldendoodles had their first groom with Woof. in Abington. Wow, were we thrilled when they got picked up. So much attention to detail in their groom and they looked just fantastic. The great thing about Woof. is that your dogs don't sit all day in crates in an assembly line of overbooked dogs. We've had that experience with other groomers but not at Woof. The dogs are taken in and worked on from start to finish and they are ready to go! We are very pleased with that and appreciate their attention to detail and making sure dogs get groomed during their time and not stuffed into a crate for hours waiting for the next part of their groom. Highly recommended, friendly, thorough and professional. We love Woof!

I can’t say enough about Woof! Your always greeted with a smile when you first walk in and always ask questions to make sure my fur babies are perfectly groomed you can tell everyone there loves what they do! Nova was my groomer today for Benji and Bella I loved her she is so sweet snd knowledgeable she came out personally at the end to make sure I was happy and asked if I wanted to change or fix anything i like my toy poodle to look like a cotton ball and that’s exactly what Bella looked like my pups left Woof happy and smelled so nice I would highly recommend Woof they are such a great team and they are truly amazing at what they do!!Thank you Nova ❤️🐾love Bella and Benji

Woof exceeded my expectations! They were gentle and patient with both my dogs, and the final result was fantastic. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and I appreciate the attention to detail my dogs receive from Nova. She makes them feel comfortable and they enjoy seeing her.

We brought our aging Maltese, Lilly, to be groomed by Rachael at WOOF. Everyone was so very nice, and the shop is sparkling clean. I was absolutely delighted and impressed with the great job Rachael did. I brought my dog to this establishment for a, “grooming.” The owner of, “Woof”, herself, spoke with me regarding the services, and we both agreed it was going to be have to be cut pretty short. But it was left at that. When I returned to pick up my dog, she was completely shaved, literally down to the skin. I did not even recognize my own dog. She even had cuts on the side of her neck where the blade had obviously gotten too close to her skin. When picking her up, I was still so shocked upon seeing her that I didn’t really say much. But a few hours after returning home, and seeing the scratches on her neck, and assessing her all over, I called the owner of the establishment back. I asked why she would ever do such a thing, especially when the season is changing soon and my dog suddenly has no fur. I also informed her about the dogs neck. How there were cuts and scratches on the neck from the blade being so close and she tried to tell me that that was from matting. Never once did she own up to what had happened. Never once did she say I’m sorry. She did say “I’m sorry you feel that way”, over and over and over. She denied my request to get my money back. She’s rude and extremely unprofessional. Not to mention-this is the owner! Her name is Andrea. Not to mention the fact that my dog was there for literally over four hours. Which is way too long. Below, I will post a picture of the dog before, and a picture of the dog after. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT WITH YOUR FUR-BABIES!!

I brought a CAT in not a dog. I have went to another place to get her groomed( she looked beautiful) but someone suggested this place. She was in her cage so I couldn’t see her when I picked her up,, I got home and while they did have to cut her fur( I asked them to if there was a Matt) but she looked like she got brushed quick and looked dirty almost. I won’t bring her back. The employee was very friendly though just wasn’t happy, I could have done the same at home.

I used to go to another groomer and my pup came home either looking like she just got a fresh blow out (dry and frizzy: without a cut) or like she needed to have something to eat (They cut too much off). She's not a weighty dog but she looks like it when she needs a cut. I changed to Woof and the difference is AMAZING!! Leeloo comes home looking like a show dog EVERY TIME!!! Thanks for the amazing work you do at WOOF!
