Absolutely love this Weis not just for grocery shopping but there's a Pharmacy too which makes the entire trip great. The Pharmacist is the Best along with the employees. The Manager and multiple employees in the store are also extremely kind and helpful. Bev Gary

I would like to talk about one of you store members at the Woodstock store. Her name is Courtney DiPietro. I've seen her in a lot of places in the store. No matter the day she is such a wonderful person. Even if you're having a bad day her kindness picks you up with her kindness makes you feel better. Always very helpful. I've seen her working hard with seniors at the self check out. Helping them get thru the check out process. Please give her a pat on the back and acknowledge her for all she does and customer service. One of your best employees. Thank you for your time and please thank Courtney for her work.Kevin Bryant

I am thoroughly enjoying seeing a more diverse staff at this location. I've been shopping here for 3 years and the increase in employee diversity is very welcoming for me. the staff have, for the most part, been friendly. I also always find great deals here as well and always end up spending more than intended.

I think we like the Deli more than the Donut Section. We have become addicted to the Chicken Tenders, Ron's Cole Slaw and Rave about the Chicken Salad. The staff is and has always been so polite and eager to serve. Recently a Mr. Saul has been the person whom takes our weekly call for inside pick-up. This gentle could not be more professional and willing to take our Order. Many thanks to the Deli Staff..

My exprience at this store should be way beyond below a 1 star. The positive reviews of this location are skewed and likely don't highlight the very honest reviews regarding this storeThis Weis has gone badly downhill the last few years, and I am surprised they are still open given the drop/lack of customers. Rumors largely due to the higher management's actions and Weis corporate's toxic environment/practices. Not to mention as of this review date hearing other rumors they are considering expanding the self check outs up front which I will say are very abysmal given the lack of interest by some employees who watch the checkers.From what others have said the upper management in this store have a lack of integrity and respect for employees. Especially for those who do want/decide to leave the company for better opportunities.Bakery is always overwhelm and I hear has a high turnover rate for managers. The Deli barely has enough people to maintain the front counter. Produce, Pharmacy/HBC and at times Meat are the only positives in this store. Most of the file and rank associates are hardworking, but like what I said before they still have a few who seem very lazy which puts more strain on those who want to get things done.When you see a automatic power pallet jack on the sales floor and near the front door you know that things are not right here. So to anyone who gives this place a positive please compare that to other grocery stores nearby that have more integrity, less toxicity, and at least try to meet your expectations.

Always friendly staff, lots of selections, impressive produce, great prices!! Easy to get in & out of store and parking lot. Our favorite local grocery store! Lots of name brand choices & the Weis brand is fantastic too. PLUS the store is very adamant & strict, for current public safety, that ALL customers & staff wear masks and/or face shields. Thank you Weis!!!

Mark in the meat dept. is the best. I was calling around the stores for a Butterball Fresh Turkey. One was out, the other 2 left me on hold. Mark went out to look for the size and set it in the back with my name on it. Went to pick it up and he was helping this man find a ham. Great customer service! Weis at Turf Valley.

Today I visited Weis markets and I want to tell you about my amazing experiences with their products and staff. I want to tell you guys that I feel this store not only has a great variety of items, but also a very well planned variety. I feel there is a great balance of premium and reasonably priced products. My experiences with the staff can only be described as positive and amicable. I could not think of a single negative thing of this establishment.

It's a grocery store! It has groceries! Prices are about average for the area. Lots of working self check out registers & a couple with actual humans!!! Don't forget to bring your own bags or you have to pay (🙄 by order of the county executive, not the store).

Will not be going to that particular Weis because there were NO checkers. Self-service isNOT good when you have a large order. It was 7:00 am, no one was in the store. The employee who was managing the self check-out could have easily rung me up as there were no other people checking out

Love this Weis! Exceptionally clean, well stocked, kind, helpful & pleasant staff and a bakery above all bakeries anywhere. Items I had trouble finding at other grocers I found here. I'm not much on shopping, but this Weis make it an absolute pleasure!

Bad produce and seafood - old veggies and stinky frozen seafood are a no-go. I go a few times a month and drop a good amount of money each time. I don't know why the produce is so bad, but they really need to work on it. Same with the seafood. I walk by there and it always smells old-fishy and terrible. The lobster tank makes me sad. I don't know who's buying lobsters there, but like the produce, the seafood needs to be improved. Great deli - very helpful and attentive. Also, the pharmacy is of good quality, inexpensive for what I need and fast. They have most of the stuff I like and need, including vegetarian / meat-substitute type items. The cashiers are generally friendly and the store is clean, but make sure you check expiration dates on things. I have purchased expired shelf items on multiple occasions, especially in the 'ethnic' section, which is one of my favorite sections. High-turnover items like milk tend to be better in terms of expiration dates.

Nice selection and good prices. Lots of cashiers stations open. Meets and produce are good. People working are cordial but not friendly. If you ask for help they gladly help you but you have to ask- no one has ever offered help no matter how lost I look. Store is well lit and laid out.

I've been meaning to do this for a minute, but have been so busy. I want to say the older gentleman that works in the seafood department that wears a pony tail is the most polite, knowledgeable, friendly and gives amaizing customer service every time I go in that department.. I wish more people took on that pride of great customer service like him!!!!

Normally the majority of the staff are very helpful and friendly Sadly today, April 14 2022, one employee (a female) did not display professionalism. She was working in front of the registers bc their were some problems. I got her attention bc a register needed to be voided. She copped an attitude and said I working on this right now which I did see and understood. The attitude was not necessary. Hopefully I wont see her again bc frankly it could have been a very unpleasant encounter of words. Civility and kindness is key in todays world.

I actually like this store in most ways. First, I am not a smoker. Unfortunately, I must purchase cigarettes for a family member who does not drive. If I run in to purchase cigarettes, have cash in hand , I am asked to see my ID. On a good day I look my age (75). Some days I look older. I feel like this is a form of stupidity for both the employee and for the elderly customer hunting for their ID. It took a long time to look my age...give me a little respect and stop asking for my ID!

Our house eats Gluten Free, and Weis always has what we are looking for. They also have a great pet section. Most things were in stock when I was there.Staff is very nice.

Weis really came through for me today. I wanted to order fried chicken. I had tried repeatedly to call Walmart but no one answers the phones!! So I called Weis, and an actual person answered!! I asked for deli, and again an actual person answered on first ring. Si I ordered the chicken and picked it up when I asked for it. Best service in a long time .

Why does young employees dishonor sale items such as 79cents 2 liter sodas? If they read the fine prints & stop talking out of their little heads, they wouldn't look so stupid.This happens everytime unless manager comes, it's really annoying at this point.

Less expensive than Safeway. Great bakery. Lots of store brand bargains that are made by name brands, particularly potato chips. Look for the occasional BOGO. This location sits off the main roads in a shopping center that is nestled into the subdivision. Come for the groceries and check out the other hidden gems in the center.

For Ji, the pharmacist:1. Gave a so... smooth... (I wanted to say, best) flu shot :) ; and,2. Advised of available manufacture coupon that saved about 80% of my copay of a very expensive medicine.Those are on top of the professional and quick daily service at the pharmacy.
