I go here because it’s close to home, but my goodness every time I seem to be there the conversation between mgmt and employees is so unpleasant. It makes me uncomfortable, have those conversations in the office not on the floor. Today the manager was hella rude to the young lady working, scolding her with customers in the store.

Purchased baking tins for cakes, brownies, and sloppy Joe's for a meal my church is serving at Grassroots Day Center. The tins can be purchased for a third of the price from other stores. Always purchase them there. Gives me the flexibility to make the food when I have the time and freeze them until they are needed. Also leaves my at home tins for home uses.

I'd like to meet all these nice cashiers that other reviews speak so wonderful about. The older cashier I had this afternoon was a crab. I didn't tell her I was getting cash out when I used my debit card and she closed the drawer after it popped open. She told me it was my job to tell her if I was getting cash out. Mind you,, I was quiet yet polite. But Um. I'm sorry? When my drawer pops open at my job after someone uses their card, I check the screen to see why... the lady who came out to pop the drawer was nice but the crab decided to tell the customer behind me how I'm a horrible person..

I give it a 3 for average. very nice staff. just a little beat-up for a retail store. but i support my community so i shop there regularly even when i dont need anything, whenever im at food lion i just walk over and i usually find something i can use for a buck quarter.

Updated: In September 2020, an employee went out of her way to find me in my car to let me know I could come back in and buy the item I previously couldn't locate because they found it. That's great customer service! End of update. Very well stocked store with friendly staff. Please hire more help. I stood in a long line and the cashier explained to the 4th customer ahead of me that the truck was being unloaded, so she was alone on a Saturday afternoon.

Excellent store with a GREAT staff - Always clean and well maintained. HOWEVER, the store's temperature is often unacceptable. Today the AC was broken, and I believe they have had problems since winter. They need the support from Corporate - I feel bad for the employees that have to work there. They clearly do an outstanding job but work in a store with inadequate AC. I called Dollar Tree customer support and was on hold for 23 minutes (have the phone screen shot to prove it) and finally gave up on them answering the phone - due to "high call volume" which is code for we don't hire enough people to answer the phone... If they treat their customers this way, I can only imagine how they must treat the workers!

Everytime i go to the Dollar Tree in Lisbon, you are always greeted by a friendly smiling face, and willing to help you locate the items you are looking for. Store is always fully stocked and easy to maneuver thru out. Big selection of items. Quick, easy store to get your items and leave. Generous parking lot, well lighted. I Never felt afraid to go out to my car and be robbed. Great little community. I love living here.

The store has a musky/ moldy smell. Floors haven't been swept, vacuumed or shampooed in a while. Carpet was very worn in some places. Trash was on the floor in the aisles. Boxes of merchandise was just sitting in aisles open while shelves were empty. No pretty displays anymore. Halloween decorations were on an endcap in the kitchen section, not organized at all. The front of the store had piles of freight in front of the balloon display it just looked awful.This use to be a beautiful store well maintained and organized. The displays were always neat and drew your attention. I hope someone from cooperate comes to the store and addresses the problems so it can go back to the Dollar Tree is used to be.

I frequent Dollar Trees quite a bit for my job and the Lisbon location is BY FAR the best location I've ever been to. It's clean, always stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. I actually drive out of my way to shop at this store over other locations. Can't say enough good things!

Love this store and it's location - so convenient! The store always has either just what I need or something that I can male do with. The employees are friendly and clearly work hard to try and keep the store in order...watch out for the toy aisle though!

Honestly, it was dirty, unorganized; just junky. The employee that checked me out was very nice though. I would not shop in this particular Dollar Tree again. Made me appreciate my Dollar Tree in Walkersville Maryland.

Very disappointed...messy...unorganized . Listening to employees talk and not acknowledge customers is not helpful. Hot no AC...I understand having disable employees..I'm all for it..if I'm going to their job...make it self check out. She knew how to work smarter and not harder...Will go out of my way to visit another location...or not at all.

Very clean store that is kept well-stocked. Friendly staff. No frozen foods due to limitations in lease by Food Lion. Great place if you need greeting cards for any occasion. New ad merchandise seems to be stocked on Fridays. Wide variety of items. If you are in the area and need something, look here first. Area does not have many stores in which to shop. Damascus also has a Dollar Tree; it was recently remodeled and enlarged and has frozen foods.

Sunday November 8th @ 10:55 am. I just witnessed a beautiful woman who was on her break and trying to purchase a soda for herself leave the line to assist co worker with balloons then come back to the line to try and help an elderly woman who’s card was declined- the woman was confused and the worker very quietly paid for her purchase as to not draw attention. Myself and the lady behind me saw this and happy tears came over me. This brings me such joy that I was able to witness this💙🙂

The store looks like a tornado ripped through it. Merchandise and trash are all over the floor. Multiple places had nasty looking spills on them that have never been cleaned up. The stuff is there, but navigating around the piles of goods is difficult.

poor staff, the cashier doesn't know much about the place I asked her if they have more AA batteries in the back probably because I couldn't find more and she said I don't think so! Overall the place is clean just need frozen foods like most dollar trees.

Today I found everything I need for my moms 80th birthday dinner. Table cloths, decorations, glassware, candles, cards, cake plates and even helium balloons. You can't go wrong at the Dollar Tree!
