Where do I start I used to love to shop here but I swear today was my last day of giving them a chance they won’t be getting my business anymore.the first offense happened 2 years back when the falsely accused my husband of stealing after the review his receipt the notice they was wrong didn’t even bother to apologize but we let it slide .And today to put the icing on the cake the cashier at the pharmacy this morning between 12pm to 2 .i wanted to purchase medicine at the pharmacy which I haven’t done for almost a year or two didn’t know they change the policy now they have to scan id which is not a problem for me at all I understand laws and regulations but that cashier pissed me off so bad .when I ask calmly when they change the policy she was very rude and disrespectful with her answer when I told her you don’t have to be rude about it .she said I don’t care an I am she literally told a customer she is rude I was so upset that I spoke to one of the managers.am sorry but people like that should not be in a customer service based environment.then when I call my husband in to come purchase the medicine I see the manager I spoke to talking to her in a Conner and they just laughing but I can tell it was about the situation.Any ways you lost a long term member customer because I will not be spending my money where am not respected.

Today (03/05/2024) I visited Weis market to buy yogurt but the yogurt was expired in January 29, 2024 but still in the shelf then I check some other items in the dairy which was expired a month ago but still in the shelf . I recommend customers should check expiration date before buy.i have same experience in 2023 and I reported to the staff but don’t see improvement.

I shop here often, and they are always stocked up! They even have fresh fish, meat, and bread. The staff is always friendly and the lines are rarely long. I applauded there customer service and quality products! I will say, for the it to be a lot of teenagers there they run a tight shift

While shopping for groceries yesterday, my truck had a mechanical error that required a tow. The store manager (Clarence) told us it would be ok overnight. However, when I arrived with the tow truck over an hour ago, they towed my truck. I have been a loyal customer for years, but that was my last purchase at Weis Supermarkets. The staff was very insensitive and not even an apology. I was just given a piece of paper with the tow truck information. No apology, nothing.UPDATE!On January 10th, I was contacted by the regional manager (Jason) from Weis Market. After listening to my story, I was offered reimbursement of the towing fees. I am a long-time customer of Weis and will continue to be a loyal customer. The fact that I received the money back for the tow makes me very happy. Thank you, Jason. Your assistance was greatly appreciated.

I really like this supermarket, however two things that annoyed me this morning: First your cashier didn't know what a split payment was (God bless her) and two why do you allow panhandlers to stay in front of the supermarket? There is this particular black guy that walks back and forth in front of the store and you can tell he doesn't work there, I watch him very carefully everytime I come here especially today! 👀🚨 UPDATE: April 4th Visit @10:40am 🚨Everything was going fine with this visit until the female employee with the glasses (Who always looks like she has a bad attitude any time I see her) at self-check out asked me about the flowers I had with me after helping me with the machine, she said "Are you going to pay for the flowers separately? I replied "The flowers are mine." Then she had the grand audacity to go get another female employee and have her ask me about where I got my flowers and I told her the same thing. Weis get your employees in line! 👀😐

It's got a good selection, that's for sure, but also really pricey. Great desserts and stuff. Checking out is often chaos, though I appreciate that they always have a line monitor keeping it moving and keeping people in line. This was Sunday before the game and after church - will not make that mistake again! Approx 25 people in line ahead of me.

Just got this spaghettios and meatballs from weis yesterday. It expired in January. Disgusting.Update: bought taco bell taco shells from them yesterday with a spicy seasoning on them. Looked good. and they were stale. Im going to a different grocery store from now on.

You all need to start putting price tags on everything. Sometimes you grab something you need and no price on and get quite the sticker shock at the register. You all ain't that boujie to be having those kinds of prices anyway.And the self check out lady is absolutely zero help whatsoever

Not a fan of this location. Some things are cheaper elsewhere, but most of it is about average. If you do go, do not go during the week. There is usually one cashier, and the line is almost always backed up down the aisle no matter what time of day it is.There are 3 or 4 registers that were converted to self checkout, but they're never open. The self checkout they DO have is poorly managed. Some people just go over, regardless of their being a line or not, and no one says a thing. Probably because the "line" for self checkout is not clearly marked at all, so it would be easy for someone not used to the location to be confused. Still, no one says anything most of the time. Same goes for the beggars that frequently appear out front, including one woman who likes to curse at people, and the employees just stand there, staring out over the parking lot (instead of, you know, asking her to leave or getting a manager to deal with her). So, if you're going during the week, make sure you have time to spend because it's going to take awhile.EDIT: To respond to the response below, do you think I haven't contacted Customer Service before? Nothing happens. No one cares, at least not with this location. Just like the employees hanging around, talking and laughing about the long lines on the 2 lanes with cashiers and the 4 working self service kiosks on the end...4 out of 6, since some always seem to be down for some reason (which makes it even more frustrating when people just do what they want, ignoring there being a line). Or the employees taking a drink from the cooler and just heading back to the back of the store without paying for it first. No one at Weis cares.

Make sure you check the dates- bought quite a few items that’s clearly been on the shelf for a long time and they just moved it to the front some even expired! Long lines, 2 cashiers the rest self check out! Never again, white men clearly some sort of managers didn’t open their mouth to speak barely wanted to move out the way of the cart! No thank you!👎🏽do better for people who have to no choice but to shop at your market!

I stopped at this store to buy groceries for a couple who lost their ability to provide for their family. Surprisingly, this store was clean, very well stocked, and the customer service at self- check out was amazing. There was one young lady that was so nice and very helpful, I gave her a hug. Her mom should be proud of her; I am.

Absolutely ridiculous that no matter when or what time I do grocery shopping at this store, there is a long line. Yesterday, on Monday, at 1:00pm I had to wait over 30 minutes to purchase a carton of buttermilk. The previous occasion, I had to wait for over 15 minutes to do self-checkout. It's a problem when you have to wait to check-out your items, but you don't get paid or get a discount for doing the work. Never had this problem when Super-Fresh or Safeway was there, or when Mars was in the area. I have decided to shop at stores closer to my job (Giant, Safeway, Sams Club) until they bring another grocery store to that area. It's still hard to believe that Weis has the monopoly over that area and that there aren't other grocery stores.

When I lived Rosedale MD we had 4 grocery chains the one was Weis the best . The meats were excellent as was the deli that carried Boarshead lunch meats . The prices were higher than the other chains but the store was very clean and didnt have other odors . The employees were kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Really nice market. Clean and bright. Very young staff and some mature staffing too. Every employee I had contact with was kind,courteous, and helpful and in a great mood. I'll be shopping there again soon. I felt welcomed to be there.

I called this morning to the service desk to ask if they have a western Union service, the staff who picked up my phone just tells me it’s not work. Then I ask when I will work, she just hang off the phone. VERY VERY RUDE! Train your employee better!
