Service and care 10/10. I always love taking my two dogs to Liberty Animal Clinic. Both of the vets I've worked with are very compassionate and understanding towards the animals, and I appreciate their holistic approach along with solid medical treatment. The front desk staff is responsive and very kind. If I am ever in doubt about my pup's health or wellbeing, I take them here. Their general checkup cost is about what you would expect, but their surgeries are better priced than other local animal hospitals. I highly recommend Liberty Animal Clinic for their amazing veterinary care.

Staff are friendly and professional. Care is excellent and prices reasonable. Our finicky elderly cat loves Dr. Spencer. Both vets offer excellent care and we bring both dogs and cats here. Great location on Liberty Rd.

You will not find a more empathetic and kind veterinarian than Dr. Koelemeyer!I love the way he treats his patients and their fur parents...throughout the appointment he will hold a conversation with me, but then also say things to my cat like "well, it sounds like you're not very fond of that prescription food, now, are you?" It may seem silly, but it just adds a level of warmth and comfort to an often stressful/anxiety inducing experience for this cat mom!I followed Dr. K from his previous practice because while I didn't see him exclusively at the previous place, when I did see him, he stuck out leaps and bounds as someone who genuinely cared for my kitties and was making the effort to get to the bottom of their health troubles. So after being strung along and a cancer scare with one of my cats, I tracked him down at LAC.Fast forward a few years (and adding two more kitties to my crew!) he is still giving my fur children top notch care and I could not be more grateful.My 2 senior kitties, one with hyperthyroidism and the other with early stage CKD, are in there pretty regularly these days while we do bloodwork/urinalysis to track how they're doing on medication and how their diseases are progressing.Whether in the office during our visits or in his follow up calls to let me know the results of their testing, he never rushes me, answers all my helicopter cat mom questions and is always offering up helpful suggestions.The gals at the front desk and those that assist him during visits have all been pretty great too. And while none of my kitties have seen Dr. Spencer, I wouldn't hesitate to if Dr. K wasn't available!I can't tell you how many times I've gone in expecting my bill to be much higher than it ends up being...especially with how often I'm there! I like that if I'm just bringing a cat in for a blood draw, I can just come in at my appt time and let the techs do that without seeing Dr. K, it saves me some money/time and saves him some time, too!I cannot recommend this clinic enough...as long as I'm in the area, my kitties will be treated here!

My son took his pit bull there for his visits. 6/24/22 My son had to put his Pitbull down June Black Crockett due to cancer. Dr. Warner-Jones and staff were great ! Very caring and compassionate during our time of grief. June is being cremated and my son will pick up his ashes in a week. Thank you and God Bless each and every one of you.

We had our Akita with this vet from 2 months until he was 8. Dr. Brown and the staff were amazing. Saw the new Dr. and had about a $500 hike from Dr. Brown. Also, he did blood work we didn’t approve of which costs us more. Immediately left and found a vet that actually cares.

Update: still upset about this experience. Do not come here..**BEWARE!!!!!*** They are NOT!!!!! honest about their prices. Check their website. The prices aren't even listed. It's because they decide when you get there. They told me one price over the phone then completely UPCHARGED me after the service was already done. I am pissed. I read other reviews about their unethical practices before coming here and decided the positive reviews outweighed the negative. I made a costly mistake. Never again!!!!!! The doctor constantly joked about my daughter being hurt due to our pet. How offensive can you get. The bottom line is they will smile all the way into your pocket. Don't make the same mistake I made. Someone really needs to open a case into their unethical financial practices. I can bet everyone is charged Different prices for the same services.

I used LAC at the strong recommendation of my neighbor and friend. We needed a place for end of life arrangements as one of our dogs came to that point in her life. The staff was easy to schedule with and accommodated a schedule change during the process. Costs were accurately disclosed and we met with Dr. Spencer late on a Friday afternoon. After assessing my dog's condition, he left the final decision up to us. Both the Dr. and staff were patient and gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes. Dr. Spence's bedside manor was peerless which made this difficult process as good at it possibly could be. LAC also facilitated cremation and rememberence items through a 3rd party. That company called to initiate that process the following Monday morning.I left the office very impressed and will use them for my other dog when the need for treatment is required.

I used to go to this vet years ago for my other dog, Shihtzu, before Dr. Brown retired. Gave them a try after and immediately transferred my dog out. I came in today with my SO's Shihtzu, and I've never at any vet felt unheard and ignored. I gave warning about dogs. No one listened until he wanted to snap. But that's not the issue. His last visit he was there for several things, not just vaccines, and the doctor kept saying that sedation wasn't the issue. This dog has had shots several times and never had any issues until he was sedated at your facility. At end of the transaction, I requested all records so I can get him out of there and somewhere else. I refuse to spend another dollar at a place where the doctor does not at least listen to the customer and just wants the money. I'm only giving 2 stars because at least his nails got cut.This was after working with Dr. Koelemeyer.

I had an appointment from my puppy mocha for the next day at 9am. It was the soonest they had available. Mocha got very sick that night & I had to take her to the pet er. She had parvo & they recommended to put her down because she was very sick. In the morning I called to cancel her appointment due to her passing. They was so compassionate. Today I received this hand written card in the mail. At first I thought it was from the pet er. But nope it was from her vet. I never seen anything like it before . They took time out their day to send me a card, that they actually wrote in. This is the best vet to take your pet too. They actually care 💙. They honestly deserve more then 5 stars !

Liberty Animal Clinic has some of kindest and most thoughtful staff working there. Throughout our ordeal they were with us every step of the way. In the end when I thought they couldn't get anymore wonderful, I was wrong because they sent us a bereavement card with hand written notes from each staff member. Thank you so much Liberty Animal Clinic for being who you are and thank you for caring for Mahogany and the rest of our family. ❤️❤️

This place is 110% about the money and not so much about your pet. They don't work with you, give you any kind of estimates just get you there and blindside you with all type of fees. This place is a prime example of how out of touch and money hungry American Vets are. 0 empathy or sympathy

What an awesome place!! In a time when everything is so crazy and most places very busy Liberty Animal Clinic really takes the cake! I brought my German Shepard there and they were great with him! Scheduled me in a reasonable amount of time, were caring and considerate not to mention just really nice folk. Will be taking my bull dog there as well. Nice to find a place that cares :) And after a week of meds the amazing Vet prescribed my German Shepard is doing so much better- Thank you guys!!!!

My Pug needed her teeth cleaned and several pulled. The Dr was very informative and answered all my questions. I picked up my girl later that day she was wide awake and had no issues from the surgery. The staff was pleasant and polite. I will continue to use this Veterinary Clinic.

I love liberty animal clinic. Dr. K is the best. Saved my ruby girl and did his best to save my ginger. Will recommend everyone to go there. The clinic cares about your pets first not your money.

I'm, just like some others, very surprised at some of the ratings. I've taken both my dogs to this clinic within the last 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience with them. The place was clean the staff was very nice and personal. I've meet 2 vets and both were great. Fixed my dogies up in no time.

I’ve been coming to this vet since I first got my German Shepherd. Very reasonably priced along with very open when you ask questions. My pup usually doesn’t like men because of her background but she loves Dr. Shawn. You can’t go wrong by bringing your dog here :)

This office has been amazing to me and my 🍋 we just moved to Orlando and informed them that we would be driving the 15 hours straight. They gave me an Rx to keep her calm on the ride and it made the world of difference. They really are all friendly and kind.
