28Feb.2024 First time in here. Small hometown spot for equine, dogs, cats, and other types of animals.Friendly as soon as I walked in the door. The best supply of pet food and expensive prices.The parking lot has a minor incline and it’s a bit sketchy if you don’t know how to navigate an incline properly. The star gauge is due to I’ve seen better small pet supply stores.

I've never been in because I thought they only sold farm supply. But they have WAY more than that. They have dog supplies, cat supplies, bird supplies, outdoor supplies, ice melt, pet medications, and a bunch more stuff. Definitely try if you have a pet. Plus the lady that runs it was very helpful and nice so was the younger guy with a beard. Both helped and gave a lot of info.

I went today to get hay for my rabbits and guinea pigs. I also got treats for my dogs and a food storage container. The sweet lady up front gave dog treats to me for my chihuahuas. She was super kind and helpful.I highly recommend river city feed.

Exceptional service. Despite being busy, they took time to help me find a new food with comparable nutrition for almost half the cost we were paying. Even volunteered samples to make sure Fido was good with it before we invested in a huge bag! We will definitely be back

I remember shopping here for small pet supplies when I was in high school. Today I brought my wife and two kids here to shop. This is great local store with a wide variety of supplies, good prices, and the nicest staff around.

Exactly what you would not expect and big name suppliers like Pet Smart... River City is the go to place if you want great friendly staff that actually knows what they are talking about... The staff here is always friendly and eager to help and take an interest in their clients... The rewards program is actually beneficial, you don't have to spend $1000 to save a dollar... very simply program, the more you spend the more you save. The even have a very friendly helpful young man who helps load your products... Bottom line, its the only place I go for my pets...

Very rude especially the lady in there... they have a cat and told my son don't touch it it will bite!Than why do you have a cat in there in first place!!!Than I was told to come in side door and was asked to see a receipt!!!? Um YOU TOLD ME TO GO IN THE SIDE!! REALLY!!!?NEVER AGAIN very very rude

I absolutely love this place, I enjoy local business’s that care about the community for the size of the establishment they have a pretty good selection I come here every month and the stuff is amazing if they don’t have enough of what I need they order it and get it there within 2 to 3 days I absolutely love this place I will she was going here over a huge retailer any day! I feed the wild birds and squirrels, rabbits too.This place has it all , huge inventory.Not just bird food, pet food of all kinds...even hay, and farm stuff too.I travel all the way across town to shop here, because it has the best variety, best prices and the very best customer service too.
