I have never had my cat groomed before, but unfortunately she got herself pretty matted. My cat doesn't like other people and I was worried that I would have to get her sedated at a vet's office to get groomed. But Trisha surprised me. She fit me in right away, and the whole process took probably 15 minutes. She shaved her mats, cleaned her ears, and trimmed her nails. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently she groomed my cat. Thank you so much!

Our guinea pig, Oreo gets his nails trimmed here. They give him the spa treatment. He enjoys the gentle care that they give! I like the affordable price!

I was able to get in touch with them before hand as my cat is special needs and needs a little extra attention. They were willing to work with me and had me bring him first thing in the morning. Both employees were friendly and welcoming. I was able to stay with him the whole time, the person doing the grooming did a great job and was able to get us in and out in a timely manner. Will definitely be making an appointment for my other pets as well

Amazing! My dog was done within 2 hours of drop of, he smells amazing, looks adorable, and you cannot beat the pricing. Trish is very talented and you can tell she cares about the animals. Very clean shop as well!

I left my toy poodle mix with Trish, for shampoo and hair cut. Picked up my dog there a were two one inch cuts on her thigh . She did not follow my directions on the hair cut. Today the cuts looks infected. Taken to vet. I believe that my dog was treated unfairly in my absence.

I find it hard to believe the couple of reviews like the one fella that expects someone sitting at the desk to greet upon walking in. If your a one person operation you can’t sit at a desk all day. The matted hair one now that was hard to read made my brain fry..This place has been nothing but wonderful every time our dog has been there to get a cut. The prices are great and customer service and hospitality are hard to beat. Don’t base your judgment on using Happy Hounds over those few Karens complaints go and see for yourself!!“Angel”

I had a first appointment scheduled for my Pomeranian today at 4:00. When the woman took my dog while I was filling out paperwork she said that my dog was matted and needed shaved. I told her he was not matted and that he didn’t need to be shaved. She proceeded to get a wire comb and literally rake thru his fur so hard that it scared (or hurt) him and his anal’s expressed. She was so rude during the few minutes that we were in there. Needless to say, she did not get my business and if you are smart, you won’t take your beloved fur babies there either. Hard to tell how she treats them when nobody is around! If I could give negative stars I definitely would!Trina
